From the beginning, Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Most importantly, his quote came in over $2,000 lower than the competitors we contacted. Although we originally received our quote in January, we weren't able to move forward with the project until late April, and Charlie still honored the original pricing, which we truly appreciated. The entire roof was completed in just one day, and the gutters were finished the following day. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and did an excellent job cleaning up all debris before leaving. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. We highly recommend Charlie and World Roofing to anyone in need of roofing or gutter services.

Enrique was able to set an appointment on my busy time frame, showed up on time and did not try to up-sell you like other companies. My roof had been leaking for apparently awhile now. He assesed the damage and worked out the quote. He let me pick the shingles I wanted and didnt try to get me to go with higher priced ones. I was real comfortable hiring Orellsna's Roofing. Install day was push a day due to rain but still kept me next on the schedule. I live in Pa and my roof was being done in NJ. I didn't need to be there for any part of it. His workers dot the job done cleaned up and hauled away everything. Enrique kept me in the loop through the process sending me pics of the tear down and damaged I had. I came down to see it and the job donw was better than I expected. I was overall pleased from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them (and already have) to anyone who need their service. I only had the roof done but know they do other work as well. Payment was easy as well they take all forms it seems. Cash, check, Credit Card and even Venmo. Made the project even better. Will hire again when needed.

Well, they did, but the guy showed up without a ladder. Imagine that, a roofer without a ladder? How was he going to fix my roof shingle (one shingle that was sticking up)? I have a video clip of the guy walking my properly and staring up at the roof and then he left, but did absolutely nothing. Multiple text messages, phone calls, no satisfaction whatsover. I only wish that I had seen the negative posts on Yelp. My neighbor used them and had no issues, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. They have ghosted me big time. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano. I kept trying to be nice with the text messages and phone calls, being very polite. Long story, but please, please, do not use this company. Go with Frank Vincent Roofing and Siding. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.

When others wouldn't come out in the rain, Drew didn't think twice about him and a co-worker coming out right away to assess the situation which put not only my mind at ease but our tenants also. It was much appreciated. Drew also followed up and answered any and all questions. The work was completed as soon as the weather cleared within the same week. Their pricing was fair and straightforward. I would recommend to anyone.

I'd really LOVE to know your secret to how you lay your head down at night knowing you inflict homelessness on families with children. How you think you can get away with hundreds of thousands of dollars of misappropriation of insurance dollars from your clients, and think you're going to run off into the sunset, with your wave runners and country clubs?
