Fast fresh and delicious subs. I highly recommend getting it the Mike's way on a super sub.

Tried Jersey Mike's Subs today in York and all I can say is NASTY FOOD and NASTY SERVICE. First off we walk through the door and aren't even acknowledge, the two employees were speaking in the speak to each other then they finally see us and one come over and asks "What do you want?"....well hello and good day to you too. We tell her we are still deciding and so she rolls her eyes and walks back to talk to the other employee for a minute or two, comes back and my partner places his order, then she looks at me and i tell her what I want and as soon as she realizes it is a hot sandwhich she rolls her eyes again and proceeds to shout at her co-worker and asks which of the two sandwiches she wants to make. I swear, the rudest experience, I am unsure how this person has a job, especially with her hair getting everywhere. The sandwich I order was disgusting and my partners was nasty as well. The quality of meat was next to something you would get at a Dollar Tree or Family Dollar. Save your money, unless you don't mind paying for RUDE eye rolling service and a trash sandwich. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. I've had a bad experience before but wanted to give it one more chance. The employee looked extremely annoyed that we came in (at 7:30-not even late). He asked us what we wanted and proceeded to mumble his way through our order while looking like we ruined his whole day. Once we got our order in, the employee proceeded to yell at his coworkers who were in the back "One of you b*tches come out here and make the hot sandwich." I'm not a prude but to hear someone cursing in a customer service role was shocking and wholly unacceptable. At that point we figured the service wasn't going to be good and we couldn't trust him with our food. We told him to cancel the order and we left. They really need to be more nice they are always frowning and making ppl feel un-welcome. And the big dude does not ever have his hair in a hair-net and they is just awful because his hair can easily blow into the food. And that would upset me and then I will never go back there again. His hair is very long and stringy and he sits at the register and never ever smiles, just rings up orders.........This was a while back I don't know if he even still works there but don't get the Philly meat they have changed it and it tastes stringy and disgusting if you do decide to get it please don't say I didn't warn u. That meat made me want to regurgitate! At one time the steak meat was delicious but now it is horrible! Tastes chewy. The one in Winston Salem and the one in york has that stringy meat. I used to eat at the one in Gastonia and I never had and issue with the meat but stopped going there because the staff is awful and the owner is racist. York is also very uncouth and non-friendly. None of these Places have great customer service like chick filet sadly so I'll just keep eating chick filet until I'm tired lol. I can at least say I've given them a chance by supporting these places and trying to help keep them In business in these crazy covid times but they can't get any more of my money franchise or non-franchised it's a no for me! read more

We waited over an hour for our order only to show up and then tell us that they ran out of bread and it would be another 30 minutes. The app needs to update and text with issues like this. However, the store could have called and let us know. So we went back home and waited 30 minutes. We called 6 times to check on our order and no one ever answered. We ordered at 7:00 and at closing time, no one would answer the phone. We drove back after they said they would have bread made and AGAIN no bread! Beyond upset. It's now 9:00 and we have no dinner. Can I give a negative star? We've had numerous problems with this store and i decided to give it another shot. I ordered two subs and both were wrong. I ordered no Mayo and both subs were covered in Mayo. When I called the manager, he could give two craps that my order was wrong. He was lackadaisical and unapologetic. This is the worst Jersey Mikes that I have ever gone to. Order online not ready, the staff in the store did not acknowledge our presence. When I inquired about my online order, was told they were busy. They were rude, unprofessional. Do not go to the York, SC store. This is not the first negative, bad experience with this store. I placed an order and after over an hour of waiting they cancelled my order and would let me try to place another one. WOW

i don't recommend anyone to go to the store! two females was goofing off and came in 47 minutes past time. three young males was working hard! i give the young males all the credit!! the one female went into the bathroom with an non employee while on clock, instead of making my two sandwiches!! then other female went outside goofing off with two non employees while on clock (i took a picture and emailed it the the manager off the card i picked up from inside) lazy ladies!!! the 3 young males did my fathers two sandwiches no problem!! i do have all names and the young males deserve something !! the females need to go home and not get no more free money while on clock!!!! every angery and disappointed! i will go over the manger if i absolutely need too!! ridiculous!!! Also was waiting 1hour 30minutes for my food! Ended up going to McDonald's and getting my food and waiting less then 15 minutes!! read more
