I LOVE jersey mikes and I have yet to go to one as consistently good as this one. I've gone at least 10 times this summer and I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in. My online order has never not been ready on time and sometimes when I'm 5-10 minutes early, it's still ready when I'm there, so shoutout to the workers who are on online orders. Wanted something quick for lunch so I stopped in to order a couple of subs. I opted for the number 55, the big kahuna which is their chicken Philly with peppers. I did opt to keep the jalapeños off, but I added bacon on mine and I made it a wrap. I will say making it a wrap, It is definitely much smaller than if you were to do a regular size sub. My husband got #17, the mikes original cheesesteaks, he also added pepperoni to his. Sadly, it felt like they only cooked enough meat for a regular, and not the giant that he got. Jersey Mike's, has been a must stop, when my wife and I are in the mood for a sub. We love to get the #43 -Chipotle Cheese Steak Sub. Although it's a messy sub, due to all the juices dripping. My experience with this location has been strictly via delivery thru the app and we have had multiple issues which finally have reached the level of having to find an alternative. I go directly thru Jersey Mikes app (not DoorDash or UberEats) and my order has been cancelled, or dropped only to have Jersey Mikes tell me I can "come pick it up". If that was an option in the first place, that would have been my choice. And typically at that point it's been an hour or more which as you can imagine really puts a hamper on things. The response always "deal with DoorDash" which I feel is a no win because when you reach out to DoorDash, they say "you placed your order with JerseyMikes"; which I agree with. Service was great! We met the general manager. He was really nice & personable along with the guy working with him tonight. Ambiance is nice. The place was clean. This is a good location if you are looking for Jersey Mikes. General issues with Jersey Mikes: The problem is the subs are just it's WAYYY too overpriced. $18 for the oversized giant, but $11+ or so for the way-too-small regular. Real charbroiled chicken breast would at least make more sense on the hot subs, but for $18+, I could get a full chicken parm dinner with pasta at many places. Publix has a better product all-around and comes at a better price, IMO. They put more meat on cold subs, have better bread and more flavor. A footlong is far more food than the Jersey Mikes regular for about the same price. Subway, on the other hand, has better prices (at least with coupons), but not always a great product. Bottom Line: Good people. Nice place. Overpriced and under-flavor. Just my opinion. read more

I'll start out by saying the subs were good and service was good. What I have a complaint about is the price. My husband and I usually hit Jersey Mikes about once a month, but it has been about six mos. since our last visit. We ordered 1 giant sub with extra meat and cheese and 1 regular sub with 1 bag of chips. Our bill came to $44 dollars?!!!!! What the heck!!! Six months ago our bill was about $30.00 for the same thing. If we had known that the extra meat and cheese ($9.00) would be half the price of the giant sub, we would not have ordered it. I have not eaten at a Jersey Mike's in years and was surprised by how good our subs were. We ordered and paid online. Afterwards you just have to walk in and pick up your order. We ordered the Cancro Special and the Big Kahuna. The Cancro is made with provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. The Big Kahuna has mushrooms, peppers, onions, steak, jalapeños and white American cheese. It was the favorite of the two. The kids meal was turkey and cheese on a sub roll. I have always had great service when I have come to this location. They make great hot and cold subs to order. They have a few tables that can be pulled together for a larger group, but typically the size tables are for parties of 4 or less. I typically do the cheesesteak and do mushrooms instead of the onions and peppers. Many place will charge you for the mushrooms, but they don't here since I don't get the onions or peppers. Great option. The kids subs are good and great size. My kids love the sandwiches here and it is a common choice for them to stop in at. I only gave them 4 starts since their location can be tough for parking due to the amount of businesses in the plaza and parking is an issue for all of the businesses. I am willing to walk, but there has been at least one time I could not even find a place to park at all after circling for 5 minutes with quite a few other cars. read more

Well, I usually love Jersey Mike's, and often come to this location. It is near my house and they are usually pretty quick. During my last visit, I noticed something weird when they were making the person's sandwich who was standing in line behind me. Unfortunately what they did next, in my mind, is unacceptable and pretty disgusting. The employee took the receipt/order paper and laid it directly on top of the meat on two sandwiches. Yes, the paper was laying directly on the ham. Now, maybe I'm just a Germaphobe. However, the thought of that paper laying directly on my food is enough for me not to eat it. That paper came from a factory, a warehouse, got packed into a box, was put on the back of a truck, was handled by someone who unpacked it, and put into a register that has been there who knows how long. All those germs, that same piece of paper, was laid directly on top of the sandwich that was going to be consumed by the customer standing behind me. I really hate to leave a bad review, I try to be supportive of all the businesses that I go to. This situation, however, was just a bit too much for me. My wife loves the sub in a tub since you get all the meaty goodness of the sub without the extra carbs from the bread. I normally get the large size and can easily down Half of it in one sitting and usually have to tell myself to relax since the other half will go down just as easily... LOL They have a decent kids menu so my children can enjoy their own small sub with a drink and a choice of sides. Potato chips cookies or fruit is usually one of their choices. They have a full selection of fountain drinks and also if you options for ice tea and flavored tea as well. Third time ordering from this location and I am even more disappointed than the two other times! My chicken philly was COLD like out of the fridge and left on the counter for an hour or so cold. The chicken was so dry and basically crispy. Then to top it off there were slices of onion skin in my sandwich (see pics). The other sandwiches I ordered were also room temp instead of warm or hot and didn't have the extra condiments asked for. I live close so there was no reason for that.
