1st off - I am a fan of Jersey Mike's! I used to be a bigger fan! I was disappointed this week. I got a Roast Beef/American cheese sub, Mike's way. When I realized I would have to choke it down; it was dry as a bone. I had to open it up to look at the roast beef. For years it was always pink or light red. The way I like it. The roast beef in my sandwich was purely brown. I wondered what happened and here is what the General Manager of Jersey Mike's had to say: Sorry you were not happy with your sub. We used to bake the roast beef in the store, but not anymore. It comes in pre-cooked and it's never red/pink these days. JERSEY MIKE'S FRANCHISE WAS RECENTLY SOLD! i knew that happe ned a few months ago but was not expecting their cost cutting would include selling dry, choke inducing roast beef. I'm sure future future surprises await me. Not good ones! I was emailed quickly by the General Manager of my store emailed me to apologize as mt negative review crossed his desk. I've never been here before so had to give it a try. I wasn't expecting to be impressed so I was satisfied with my visit. I was greeted and acknowledged when I came in and got to got to enjoy the Club Supreme. The cold sub came with roast beef, anti-biotic free turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, and mayonnaise. Came to this location with 5 total people at 7:45 pm. There are 5 people working and it appears as though all are new-nobody greeted any customers, restaurant is DIRTY, took a very long time to get subs (over 15 minutes), dropped cooking utensils on the floor and put them back without cleaning them. I eat at the Jersey Mikes in Ephrata, OA and NONE OF THIS WOULD EVER BE ACCEPTABLE. It's disappointing the standards at this location. read more

Honestly I used to love coming here, now not at all. This is like my last resort if I cant figure out what I want. The crewmembers just seem like they have bad attitudes, like they don't wanna be there. I have to repeat my order like five times. I don't understand how you get confused with a regular when I always ask for a GIANT that just proves they're not listening. Atmosphere is very uncomfortable and it's just awkward. The best subs on the east coast. Anyone who says otherwise is TRIPPIN. Fresh cut met and cheese right in front of your eyes. You need to get it Mike way. Heaven in a bun. The toppings are phenomenal. They work quickly for a small restaurant with limited employees. read more

Between the dead panned - fly catching - gapped open mouth of the kid who looks ready to drool in your food at a moments notice working the condiment line. to the guy cutting meat not wearing any gloves, and even the cashier telling us to "go somewhere else and wait" while wr were just trying to gather out items instead of helping us bag them. Rude service could have been dealt with however the hair in our food, when not a single person in the establishment is wearing a hair net, no hat, and with hair down past their shoulders. You're better off either going to the subway down the road from this place or choosing another jersey Mikes location. read more

Every one behind the counter was rude ! I hate to push this to a racist thing but it's exactly how I felt . We were the only colored people there and they made me pay for my order before they even started making it at the table like they do with every1 else . The sub itself was pretty good. No real complaints there. I ordered through GrubHub and there was no option allowed for special instrutions, so I couldn't order extra mayo which is how I usually like it, but I have mayo in my fridge so NBD. However. This place is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. I had never ordered from this place before. GrubHub didn't list sizes in inches, it just gives you options like Mini, Regular, Giant, etc. The Regular was $11, so I figured it had to be at least a footlong. Even at $11 I was questioning if I really wanted it, but I had such a craving for roast beef I decided to go for it. I figured if it was a footlong I could make two meals out of it, and $11 for two meals isn't bad. With GrubHub's fees, tax, delivery charge, and tip, it was $20 altogether. Still not bad for 2 meals. The thing arrives, and at most, it was 6 inches. WTF. What a colossal waste of money. It's my own fault, I was the moron who spent $20 on a sub without knowing how big it was actually going to be, but OMG, lesson learned. I will never order from this place again. I absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike's, I'll go out of my way to stop by for a hot sub. Well this is the last time I'll shop at this location. Girls behind the counter were too concerned about chatting, thy screwed up my order (no onions / no peppers) when they only gave me ONE sub I questioned, she said she made it wrong and would make another one. I didn't want the one she made correctly allowing it to get cold, I asked for them to remake both. She said she would. They called me up when they were ready only to be told they only remade 1, so now I have 1 fresh sub and 1 older sub that has been sitting to feed my family with. When I serve dinner, I do so making sure everything is served together. Not one plate at a time. These young girls behind the counter don't seem to care much about the customer, that was always one of the things I liked about Jersey Mike's. I see a few other not so nice reviews as well. Unfortunately this place is fairly new. Doesn't seem as though they are making the typical friendly customer service cut that Jersey Mike's is known for. read more

I have ordered 17 times over the last 11 months from this store. The food has always been good. However, the "SERVICE" at this store has diminished DRASTICALLY over the past month of June 2021. Online order 06/11/21 3 hot sandwiches and two cold subs Supposed to be ready at 04:22 PM = I arrived at 04:25 order still not complete. While I was waiting Customer walks up = orders a cold sub = sub prepped = customer walks out the door Second customer walks up = One Reg Sub; One Giant Sub = subs prepped = customer walks out the door Third customer walks up = orders one cold / one hot sub / soda / ships = order is prepped = customer walks out the door MEANWHILE = my hot subs are in the bag and 15 + minutes later = after THREE WALK IN customers orders are placed and prepped = my two cold subs are finally prepped. I walk out very dissatisfied after three walk ins were completed BEFORE my order and I am 15+ minutes after the supposed order time. Today 06/30/21 online order 2 cold subs / one large hot sub / two cookies. Ordered 11:45 AM = pick up at 12:33 PM I walk in and my bag is ready and sealed = on time 12:33 PM I walk out to my car and realize the bag seemed light and I open the bag. What a surprise = the giant hot sub # 42 is not in the bag. I go back in the store and now have to wait another 10+ minutes to get the hot sub completed When it was SUPPOSED to be ready when I walked in at 12:33 In BOTH cases the manager or person at the register offered nothing for the long wait. I hate when people leave bad reviews on a place due to things that are out of the control of the establishment. As long as the food is good in the customer service is on point, I can't yell at them for their prices because I have a choice to either pay it or not. The reviews up here aren't fair to management, the staff, nor the organization because again you have a choice to pay the price. The only reason it gets 1 star is because they put more meat in it than Subway. My 8" sub was $9 (no chips or drink). They barely have any topping options and only 1 cheese option. They took forever to make my sandwich. The one girl's nose was out of her mask and they put my sandwich directly on the counter! I don't know if it's clean or not. The girl put on clean gloves and then hiked up her pants right before touching my sandwich. I should've just walked out of the place. They should call it Dirty Jersey Subs. I will NEVER eat here again. I'd rather eat yoga mat subs from Subway. At least they're cleaner and know how to wear masks properly. read more
