Have had good experiences here, and appreciate the staff. Sometimes they get slammed and we understand the wait time. Clean place inside, with usually plenty of open parking spaces even though it's a small lot out front. My new fave is the #26 w/ chipotle mayo instead of ranch, + grilled pepperoni. Yum.

Thankfully Fresco's was closed yesterday (Monday), and that Yelp had such good reviews about this place. Jersey Mike's is great!! But it's not perfect... Yes, the freshly sliced deli meat and cheese is a fantastic alternative to your usual pre-silced fast food sub shops (Subway, Quizno's, etc.). Something about doing this, just makes the flavors stand out so well. And everything they put on the sandwich mixes very well (or compliments) the other ingredients (especially getting it Mike's Way). The service is super friendly here!!! The guy at the meat slicer was asking about our day (in a genuine way) and one of the other guys came over and talked to us at the table (about international football, aka soccer) while setting the channels on the televisions. But best of all? They offer TASTYKAKES on the menu!!! Sadly, they're refrigerated, but where else in the Fort Worth area are you going to find these little bundles of baked goods lovin'? Now the bad... Though the service is friendly, it doesn't translate to speedy. Try to avoid this place during lunch hours (unless you have the time to spare). I think we waited somewhere around 10 - 15 minutes just to get to the counter and order (good thing we didn't have anything else to do that day). Overall I really like the sandwiches, but like Marisa said, it's a lot like Blimpie use to be (let me explain). Even though Jersey Mike's has more savory flavored meats and cheeses then Blimpie ever did, most of the other toppings lack a lot of flavor. The only thing saving the rest of the sandwich from being completely bland is the Copious (with a capital C) amount of oil and red wine vinegar that they douse all over your sandwich (which could explain Marisa's soggy bottom sandwich). I.... am a mann.. of constant sorrow... (sorry, I just read soggy bottom and got carried away). :D Finally, the price. Most of the regular sized sandwiches are roughly around $6.25 (see my attached pic for a look at a regular size sandwich - even though I took a picture of two halves). I know they slice their meat fresh, but if I'm hungry on a budget this would not be my first sandwich option (regardless of taste). But other then the grips, this is a nice place to eat and would recommend it if you have the time and money to spend.

Heads up people i am about to devastate a hoagie!

Yo bro i need a hoagie, like right now. Being from philly the feeling is overwhelming. Just hit the gym to make my body even more beautiful and there is no wawa to run to so I hit the next best thing, Jmikes. I was greeted with a smile by the lady behind the meat slicer and I told her I need a roast beef hoagie right now. She grabbed the beef and went right to work. Her expert strokes on the slicer were much appreciated and she created a beautiful hoagie for my immediate enjoyment. I had her put sweet peppers and oil and vinegar on that bad boy and it was ready to be inhaled. The good sevice was appreciated and I gave the the sacred philly head nod and I was on my way to destroy the workout I had just completed. The roast beef was a bit on the dry side but the bread brought me back to my days working in South Jersey. I am a roast beef junkie so I am tough on quality assurance but dont be fooled this sandwich was delicious. This wasnt my favorite Jmikes location but I was very pleased with my hoagie and the nice service I got there. After slamming that hoagie down I need to hurry back to the gym to get back to the business of maintaining my glorious body. Solid 4 stars for the best chain deli here in Texas! Enjoy

Hot, fresh, packed with flavor... the kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite like "hold on... this is GOOD good." And can we talk about the owner?! So attentive and genuinely kind. We remember him from his "shack" days, and seeing him now just makes it even better. You can tell he really cares about what he's serving. They don't skimp on meat or condiments, I think they are served fairly. The steak fries are great too. Never tried their burger, but it looks good and lots of people opt for it over the Philly when I've been there. As for breakfast, I'd say its just ok. Similar to a diner, you won't be disappointed and you won't be dazzled either. It was served quickly and priced fairly. No complaints here. As for the employees, I love the old guy. He can be edgy, but it doesn't bother me. I could see where some people may not get his humor, but I'd prefer someone with character over bland or dismissive any day.

I thought it was going to be one of those influencer-hyped-up bistros where it only looks cute, but the food is mediocre. However, I was proven way wrong - and in a good way! The menu on their website is outdated because they had a few additional items on their menu in the bistro that they didn't have listed on their website. After scouring over their menu, I settled on the Tropical Shrimp Salad Wrap. I typically don't like going to restaurants that only serve sandwiches and salads, but the FLAVOR on their Shrimp Salad Wrap was so full of depth. From the sweet and tartness of the mango, to the savory dressing and seasoning on the shrimp, it was all delightful! Not much to say on service other than that the food came out relatively fast which is great for a quick lunch! I will always encourage everyone to support local and small businesses and even more so when they have wonderful food. If you are a foodie like me and feel underwhelmed by the menu, stop in anyway and give them a try! They'll be sure to change your mind.

They play bistro, lounge or elevator music that is soft and relaxing. This is must experience and I encourage you to make this your home base for a great dining experience and or a place to meet for a wonderful menu of beverages. The service is great and love the friendly family that manages Grutogi Bistro. BTW- it is located on a back street at the corner of 377 and 1701 in Old Town Keller. Behind Keller Chophouse and Keller Tavern.

My top two favorite is the Thai coconut chicken bowl and spicy Korean bowl. The food just tastes so fresh. I do get tired of eating rice sometimes. It's nice that they have different bases to add instead, such as sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, cauliflower rice, etc. I also like to add their fresh juices with my meal. I'll admit that I don't eat enough greens, so I opted for the power green to get my fix of kale, cucumber, and celery. If you're an açaí bowl person, I would definitely get this if you're not super hungry. They do have a drive by area for pick-up orders only. With that said, you can also order through DoorDash if you can't stop by in person. I'll be visiting often since this is such a clean and delicious way to eat without feeling heavy/greasy.

I really liked the burger and Philly but they do lightly dress everything so we ended up adding a little bit more mayo at home. The hot wings were well made with a very vinegar based buffalo hot sauce while the fried pickles were absolutely delicious. They tasted like best maid pickles and I'm a sucker for those! The rand is made in house and was also very well made. The catfish was good but the breading was definitely on the saltier side, paired with tartar sauce it wasn't too bad. All in all we're definitely coming back!

Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)
