Subs were very good with adequate meats and fixings on them. The number of selections of sub choices were good and the tastes are on point.

This location has always treated me well. There isn't much that really stands out about it. And that's just fine. It means that it is as solid, accurate representation of the brand. They have always gotten my sandwich correct which is what is most important to me. I usually use my app to order ahead of time and my food has always been ready when I got there. On the times that I've chosen to eat in, the inside has been clean and well kept. Parking has never been an issue for me. This is my go-to location in WR. I plan on continuing to visit and suggest you swing by as well. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Delis Near Me - Warner Robins, Georgia

I went in this evening and I will probably never go back to Jersey Mike's and unfortunately, it's my favorite place to eat but this place ruined it. I ordered a club sub but asked no ham when I got to the counter. I was charged for a turkey sub plus bacon, which was 250 for the Up charge. I asked why because I got the club sandwich and bacon comes with it and the person told me they don't have that option to take something off a sandwich so I never got my sub so thank you Warner Robins jerk Mike's for ruining my dinner. I ended up going to chicken salad chick and picked up some chicken salad and made my own sandwich when I got home. read more

Sandwich choices are good. Lettuce doesn't seem to be as fresh today.Their meats are all good......

Great location, easy parking and access off main road. Upon entry to the store, was greeted with a smile by cashier. Asked about options with chicken or turkey. Ordered a chicken Philly because wanted a hot sandwich. The person making my sandwich offered me different sizes and I ordered the giant. Also, was very specific on how to make my sandwich and what to put in it. They were extremely patient and made me the perfect sandwich. Place was very clean, lots of chips available and the counter where the sandwich was prepared was clean. Very sanitizing procedures too. The sand which preparer wore plastic gloves and a hair net the entire time. Manager came over to check if my order was satisfactory. His concern to make customers happy is above and beyond. Definite recommend for lunch or diner. read more

Walked in to buy a sandwich. They had 6 call orders as head of me. I don't feel I should have to wait until they fix all 6 sandwiches that are call in before I get my sandwich and I'm standing right there. read more

Excellent service and our sandwiches were wonderful!! The staff engaged with us and were so friendly.

Visted the Jersey Mikes location on Watson Blvd to pick up my online order. Service was swift and great as always. I then returned home to tear into my sandwich to only find a dead roach attached to the bottom of my sandwich. I returned the sandwich to the store and all they could say was oh no and here's your money back. The very young cashier didn't know what to do or say besides here is your money. Due to having to return to work, I kindly took the money and left as I did not want to cause a scene or deter the other customers. This is totally unacceptable and should never happen in a restaurant. This perhaps was my very last time visiting Jersey Mikes despite how good their sandwiches are. read more

We were greated as soon as we arrived and placed our order. The sandwiches are made fresh and tasted great. They were doing clean up when we sat down. Rest room we're clean and in order. Above all they have improved since last time we dined there. Bad thing was they ran out of the rosemary parma bread with no way to make or get some. We'll done read more

I went to get two simple subs. Y'all hired incompetent, mentally slowed people who mixed them up, and then gave them to the wrong people. Unbelievable.. read more

Food: I had a Philly Cheese-steak and it was great! I did not get chips as the sandwich was very large. The Philly was hot as it was made to order. If I am in the mood for a Philly, this will be my new spot. Atmosphere: Clean and plenty of seating; however, if you are eating in a large group, this may not be a good place. There are not many large tables and the restaurant is not designed to accommodate large groups. Customer Service: Quick and very kind. They cook your food fresh, so please be patient. Price: It is a little pricey here, so be prepared. I had a Philly and a soda for close to $12. Conclusion: 4 Stars. Great food...I recommend this sandwich shop if you are looking for a very filling sandwich. My only markdown is the price. read more

The Jersey Mike Staff is the greatest! My order is always ready; they call me by name ; and they are always friendly and in a good mood!

My husband and I stopped in Warner Robbins on our way home from Florida, we didn't know what we wanted to eat and it was getting late, so we decided Jersey Mike's they are usually good and fresh. I went in to this one was greeted when I entered and a very nice and polite young man to my order then another one was waiting to put my toppings on. I am sorry I didn't get their names but it was 3 young men on Thursday evening. They were by far the most polite and friendly young men. They are an asset to this store. read more

My team and I put in an order for 9 subs last Friday. It was our first time ordering and we didn't know that ordering a sandwich "plain" means it comes as the menu description. Upon picking up our order and bringing it back to the office, we discovered 3 sandwiches were incorrect. We immediately called to ask about replacing the sandwiches and were told that we could purchase another sandwich at a discounted price, but they would not replace any for free. Keep in mind, one order was completely wrong and the other had extra cheese that was asked to be left off due to an intolerance to it. The manager was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care that they had messed up our order. We spent over $130 there that day with the 2 repurchases we made... That will be the last money they get from my office read more

Went in and ordered in person. The staff is so friendly and approachable. I love the food and service. I do wish I could use the app to order at this location, but it was nice that I didn't feel rushed as I gave my order. Hits the spot when you need a sandwich. read more

Just to follow up. We got in contact with said customer support Danielle and got nothing but a lousy excuse and a $4 refund without being able to reply. Horrible customer service and during this pandemic it really shows who is out there to serve and help their guests vs who is just out there for money with over priced food and incorrect orders. Thank you jersey mikes for showing me where my money shouldn't go. read more

Jazzed to see we finally got a Jersey Mike's! Been once and all was as it always was in Carolina. Nice hot beef, cheese, and peppers. Service was spot on since I arrived before the cattle gates opened. Anything new in WR is always subject to stampeding diners for a couple weeks. That's the sport and entertainment here. Eating. Funny that my family in NC was pumped about getting a Firehouse and we're tearing down the doors of Mike's. Thinking about hitting them up tonight as the Chipotle looks like they're off to a stunted launch. read more

Best subs in Macon! We eat here all the time and have never had a bad sub. Everything is fresh and made right in front of you. You definitely do not leave hungry. I am so glad Jersey Mike's is in Macon. read more

Pretty good. Friendly service. Good sandwiches. I had the Italian and it met my expectations. No complaints.

Great service, great food. Tried the philly and I was surprised by the great flavor. The young woman that took my order was patient and helpful in answering my questions. The location was clean and very presentable. read more

Tried to order a kids sub with no bread or cheese (due to allergies). Was told they could not do that since tubs are not for the kids menu. Why pay $8 for my kid to eat 2 slices of turkey. Had done this frequently before the pandemic. Shift lead was very rude in answering and continued to speak in a rude tone. read more

Really good quality subs and they have gluten free rolls for an extra couple bucks. Now I can have subs again!

Wrong sandwich was made. They ran out of bacon on the line; saw the sandwich prepper grab the bacon pieces from the grease on the bottom of the storage pan to add to the sandwich being made before mine, already knew I was going to throw whatever they made me, directly into the trash. I thought I had ordered a club with turkey and bacon, but ended up with some mixed meat sub - I think it was the Italian. Thankfully there is a Five Guys next door. Really enjoyed the burger. read more

I give this store a "zero" rating. Customer service is horrible! And I've tried this location on several occasions. I've ordered in and online and the result is always the same. Today was it, I ordered in the store after waiting at least 5 mins before being acknowledge. After waiting about 30 mins and ordering from 2 other near by restaurants, No food, didn't even make it, asked if I'd ordered online. I'm done with Jersey Mikes! read more

Awesome Subs but they really skimp on the meat and cheese. If you like eating like a vegetarian you'll like this place. They charge premium prices, but give small portions of paper thin sliced meat and cheese. Update- Just had a #9 on Friday night and it tasted quite good. However, I awoke with severe diarrhea the next morning. Not sure if they don't clean their meat slicer enough or if some of the ingredients were bad. read more

Order two chicken Philly's through Doordash. My wife and I had never previous had Jersey Mike's so we order a regular size regular chicken Philly and a Chipotle chicken Philly. The price of these extremely tiny 7" subs were 9.60 each. The taste was sub-par for the price. I should have just ordered from American Deli, their food is just as good but you get twice as much food. I really wanted to like the place and find something different but sorry it just isn't worth it. read more

Our Jersey Mike's experience was great! Not only was our food wonderful, but we were promptly greeted and served. The facility was very clean, and we were able to sit and talk as long as we wanted (which was until they closed). Even then we did not feel rushed, and one very nice employee brought us to-go bags for our leftovers. We will definitely be putting Jersey Mike's on our list of routine dinner destinations! read more

Great food but workers need customer service training. I was not greeted when I walked in the store and this has happened the last couple of times I've come in. Also, Sierra (sp) who had not helped me at all, walked up to the register after I had already paid another young lady and started ringing me up again. No apology for trying to charge me twice, then she sarcastically reminded me to give all instructions to the server before placing my hot order since I asked to have it cut in half and add lettuce and tomato after another person had started cooking the sandwich. A small inconvenience for the person who hadn't started putting the sandwich together since the meat was still cooking, but it could have been handled better. I give this business too much money to not have great service. read more

Excited to have a Jersey Mike's in GA. Grew up eating here and it still taste just as great!

I like their subs but they are overpriced and if you get a hot sub it takes way too long to get your sandwich. I waited almost 20 minutes for a Chicken Parm (#18) which is not acceptable. Also chips and a drink is a bit high too at $2.99 for regular and $3.19 for large. read more

The two-star review is that low mostly because of the prices. My wife's sandwich was very good; mine was just okay (their tuna fish salad recipe is VERY bland...not bad, but pretty boring). Service was fast and friendly (so much so that we left a tip for them). But what shocked me were the prices...$40+ for two sandwiches, drinks and a cookie? That's too rich for my blood for sandwiches even if they were really good. read more

I live in Macon now but will drive to Warner Robins to the Jersey Mike's Subs, not Riverside Drive in Macon, to satisfy my craving for a Jersey Mike's sub. While I probably pass 5 or so other sub shop it's worth the drive for the Mikes way subs and the freshness of the meats and bread. The service is much better at this location and it's worth the drive down 475 versus across Macon to the other location. read more

Ate at Jersey Mikes earlier and it was not a good experience. My food was ok but my dads was cold and it was a meatball sub. The food was not really the problem though the service was horrible. We walked in and went to the counter where one employee was working on his own food and the other was more concerned with watching football than taking our order. I watched the one guy the whole time I was in there and he was constantly looking at the tv even when making ours and other people's food. If you want good service I would definitely go elsewhere. read more

Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been in and I have been going to the original in New Jersey for 10 years. They were slow and the service was rude and after waiting 10 minutes they finally told me that they didn't even have the item that I had ordered to make the sub. If this had been my first time at a Jersey Mike's I would never go back again. I recommend closing the store here to save the brand name. read more

Jersey Mike's could be looked at as just another sub shop, but it is not quite that. They have placed their own twist on the classic sub. They slice all of the meat and cheese fresh, right in front of you. The quality of the food was awesome and the portion sizes were generous. While most sandwich shops give a you an option of 6inch or footlong, Jersey Mike's smallest size was huge! Almost more than one person could eat, measuring in at almost 9 inches. The overall experience was very good, friendly staff and good food, I will go back in a heartbeat! read more

I've had my fair share of cheese steak as I used to live in Philly, and I'm glad I found my fix in Warner Robins. The big Kahuna is delicious. It's no philly cheesesteak but it really is quite good. Not the best for my poor arteries, but if this was the way I go, i'll take another giant sub please. read more
