Nothing on the signs mentions this, so customers are left in the dark. Other nearby businesses (Oil & Ve, Fickle Pickle, Chelo) clearly mark parking for customers only and don't force paid parking. Savory Gourmet offered no credit or apology, just the parking company's number for me to chase a refund. Really poor customer experience.

The cheesesteak was decent but smaller than I expected for the price point and way too greasy. The flavor did not match the expectations that my nostrils had set, which was disappointing. The house made blue cheese was not really good. My coworker came back, and as he was sitting down, a baby roach crawled out from under his burger.
