We ordered 2 giant sandwiches, the 99 and the chicken bacon ranch with buffalo sauce. They were delicious and made just right, it could have been filled with more meat than veggies, and they didn't have any hot cherry peppers at this location which was a bummer. To say this was the worse $18 sandwich I ever bought would be an understatement. Today about 1 pm, I ordered a #9 roast beef, turkey, bacon on a gluten free bun, toasted. Medium drink & chips. When I got home and took it out of the bag I realized it was not toasted, and the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. I took the fixings out of the bread and ate them. Went in yesterday and got a hot chicken sandwich. I took a bite out of it and decided it needed more flavor so I opened it to add something on it. Who would have known that it was a good decision to open it up. As soon as I saw the chicken in my sandwich, I was grossed out. They didn't cook it, it was completely raw! We drove back to go show them and let them know, my wife had them look at it to see what they had done or in this case hadn't done and even they were grossed out and apologetic. Word of advice...if you decide to order your next sandwich from the mobile app and you want to add special instructions like "easy on the mayo", consider it a gamble and a difference of opinion. It's a gamble because you hope they follow instructions and it's a difference of opinion when you call the store and the manager says it's correct when you've been to many sandwich shops and know what "light mayo" is supposed to be on a sandwich and how it's supposed to taste (subtle, not messy and every bite doesn't taste heavy of mayo). I understand I couldn't get a refund on the sandy, nor was I asking for full refund. I asked if I can get a partial credit but management declined. They would rather I drive ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE STORE to, what I'm guessing, remake the sandwich or ask me to dissect the sandwich for a more careful review, than simple entertain a PARTIAL credit. Really? Again, word of advice, don't bother ordering online or ordering sandwiches from this place, drive all the way to your home, then gamble with expectations when you ask for special requests, when you would have to drive back to the shop and show the difference between regular spread or light. I came in on 6/22 around 930 before closing, the girl who made my sandwich greeted me so warmly and was so fun to talk to, it took her maybe less than 5 minutes to make it and she was so kind the whole time. I know their thing is all about fresh cuts meats, but I wouldn't mind if they freshly cut some meats before rush hour and just make the sandwich without spending too much time on it! It took us 45 minutes to wait in line and get our sandwich and be out the door. If you get stuck behind someone ordering more than 2 sandwiches, your pretty much fked. The store manager was unable to assist me in fixing this and said I have to email Jersey Mikes. I emailed them with 1 response in 1 month asking me for a screenshot of the charge, which I provided and never got a response back. I sent about 4 emails to them total trying to resolve this. I have no choice but to dispute this unauthorized charge with my credit card company because everyone at Jersey Mikes refuses to help me. Its only an $11 sandwich, should've just given me what I was owed at the store. Losing a customer over an $11 sandwich makes no sense. The food is good, but the way I'm treated makes me to not want to visit much anymore. Used to be my spot for lunch during work, but not since I was scammed and refused help. Pretty disappointing experience. I've always loved jersey mikes because of how big the sandwiches are! I haven't been in years but had a 'buy one sub get one free' coupon so decided to stop by. The process was simple and easy. While I was watching them put on the toppings I was stunned at how little they put on. I didn't realize until I got home at how incredibly small my sandwich was. Definitely the smallest jersey mikes sandwich I've ever had. I ended up putting more toppings on it at home, no one wants to do that! People just want to be able to enjoy there meal right away! Not have to add more toppings. Staff was friendly but kept mixing up the toppings between my moms sandwich and mine. They accidentally put her toppings on my sandwich and I had to remind them which sandwich was which. Overall, I won't be returning. I hate this shopping center as getting in and out is a mess. Regardless, this Jersey Mike's is convenient and has friendly staff. They're located by Nothing Bundt Cakes and usually has plenty of parking. Friend ordered me the #10 Tuna Fish ("Our protein-packed tuna salad is made right on site with freshly chopped celery, mayo, and a dash of pepper"). He ordered it Mike's way which surprised me for some reason. I was surprised how much I liked this tuna sandwich on wholewheat. The tuna wasn't fishy and tasted deliciously creamy. I think there was also cheese in the sandwich. The packaging was thoughtful too. They put the oil and vinegar in a soda cup so it wouldn't spill. The sandwich isn't cheap but tasted fresh.
