I typically enjoy their cold subs, but have also enjoyed their Big Kahuna Chicken too. We like their Club Sub, Club Supreme, Turkey and Provolone and our son likes the Giant Chicken Bacon Ranch. I like that they keep track of your Shore Points, which you accumulate for each purchase. We've used points to get free sandwiches several times, which is a bonus. The staff are friendly and they are quick and efficient in making their sandwiches. There is ample seating inside as well. read more

Friendly staff at this location, never had an issue ordering or placing an online order. My food is always done on time and correctly. We've always enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs and appreciated the way they make their sandwiches, especially "Mike's Way." We've remember the first day they came to this mall. Plenty of parking, just during peak hours, it's challenging but people are always coming and going. One non-gender restroom. They offer fountain drinks, bottled drinks, chips, & cookies. Today, we were fortunate to meet with the owner of this location. Her name is Lauren. She was friendly, bubbly, personable, and ran a fun tight crew. The service was great and worked down the line of customers. Friendly, courteous, with great attitudes. Since the rivermark location closed down in Santa Clara I tested out this location. First thing I noticed was how crowded and overpopulated this center was. There was so many cars and it was a mess trying to get in and out. It gets packed during lunch times as all the business come here for their lunch breaks. Small little location and if there's a line be prepared to wait a little bit especially if it's one of the "hot sandwiches" since they have to grill these up. Wished for more meat in the steak sandwich and for maybe more toppings to make the sandwich more substantial without having to pay extra for additional toppings. The regular standard size is decent but I find myself still being a tad hungry, so I think the regular size would be a tad larger. I find that the rosemary bread option is the superior choice and my personal sandwich favorite is the big kahuna cheese steak sandwich. read more

Very disappointing. Parking lot on a Friday at noon is an absolute nightmare. Most of the parking spaces are too small so trucks and suvs are parked on or over the line. Would avoid coming here again for that reason alone. Sandwich was heavy on the vinegary toppings, which I like. But unfortunately the my were super skimpy on the meat, and the bread was awful. Some of the worst bread I've ever eaten. I ordered the #4 and I could barely taste meat or cheese at all, mostly just veggies and bread that was somehow both crumbly / swdusty and soggy at the same time. I should mention that I'm gluten free, so maybe their other bread is better. Being gluten free is not an excuse for bread to be nasty though. They need to check out the gf bread at sandwich spot or Zanotto's and take note cuz there's no reason gf bread needs to taste this bad. This sandwich was also more expensive than sandwich spot or zanottos, and those other places offer at least twice the meat, if not more. They get a star because my order was ready on time and pick up was very quick and easy once I managed to get a parking spot, and another star for their pepper relish that most other places don't offer. I definitely won't plan on coming back. If I'm ever in this shopping center again, I'd go for the kebab shop and stick to dinner time only when it's slightly less packed. read more

The BF and I have been coming here nearly every Sunday for the past 3 months. We always get the same thing, original Italian and the the big kahuna. It's always perfect and consistent. I always get my Italian grilled and it makes it so yummy with the cheese melted. The service is always so friendly and fast. You are always greeted and acknowledged when you walk in. The restaurant is really clean, I constantly see employees wiping down tables. Their workstations always look clean and organized. My son and I enjoyed another good lunch yesterday. This location always seems to have a steady stream of customers that come and go. The staff are very efficient, quick and friendly when making the sammies. I was surprised that my son didn't finish his giant club supreme, since he typically can polish the giant size on a routine basis. He saved one section to enjoy later. I enjoyed a regular turkey and provolone. I like that their bread is fresh and you can watch the staff cut your meat and cheese once you order. This way the meats and cheeses don't dry out, if they were sliced in advance. I also was impressed how quickly and efficiently the staff cranked-out an order of almost $400.
