We have ordered from Jersey Mike's on several occasions without issues. We are fans of their Philly Cheesesteak on their white sub roll. The combination is quite unique and enjoyable. My son was home for the holiday break. We wanted to share our love of this sandwich with him. We ordered via DoorDash (as we had a cocktail and were not about to drive). It wasn't even close to closing. When our order came we were shocked to see each sandwich was prepared incorrectly. All of the sandwiches were on a completely different bread. One was a completely different sub- the chicken bacon ranch which our cat found more enjoyable than we did. There was no cheese on one and chipotle mayo on another. Usually a store communicates if there's a substitute. This felt like a disgruntled worker nearing the end of the day annoyed at making any more subs. We will see if we go back. After this experience we are seriously reconsidering. Very disappointing. read more

Great experience. The server/sandwich maker, was quiet, but very polite and provided great service and a perfectly made sandwich. The restaurant only had a few seats, luckily we were able to snag two seats. The place was clean and well stocked. They had a steady flow of customers during the week at lunch time. And a LOT of to-go online orders that were non-stop. Everyone seemed very happy and pleased and some seemed to be regulars, which is definitely a good sign. There was plenty of parking too. We would definitely stop here again if we are in the area. We would probably place the order online if we were not staying here to eat. read more

1st time at Jersey Mikes. Very impressed with my Turkey & provolone on white. My wife's tuna sub was quite substantial & my wife gave her sandwich a 5* rating. 3 size breads to choose from & 3 different breads to choose from. We opted for a mid sized sandwich which turned out to be very large & very filling. Yes we will come back to Jersey Mikes to try other subs. Kudos to the man making my sandwiches. I haven't been to this location in over a year, even though I live locally. Different staff. Same problem. Order placed 55 minutes ago. Not even started. Staff looks at you blankly and then picks up the lone slip sitting there. Only one person waiting, so they're not busy. They're just completely clueless at this location. Wow. That sandwich was so so so good. I had a turkey & provolone with the fixings. I added cherry pepper relish which I loved. The turkey breast was great & the bread (I had a white sub roll) was the absolute best. I will 100% be back for more! On a side note, I ordered online & my sandwich was ready when I got there. I was there in early February 2024. I'm GF, so I chose to have the Italian in a bowl. The attendant was ok but had no personality and had a dour look on his face the entire time he was serving me. Nice portion of meats and provolone. I asked for all toppings except pepperoncini, I think, and the attendant still kept asking me which toppings I wanted after adding each one. I skipped the shredded lettuce because iceberg is not my thing because it's all water. I used my own romaine lettuce when I got home. I was curious about the ingredients in their deli meats because on their website, they make a point of stating that there's no Nitrites/Nitrates in their turkey breast. BUT ALL of their pork deli meats (ham, cappicola, salami, pepperoni, and proscuitto) have Nitrites /Nitrites in them. Not sur if there is preservatives in the RB. So, because of this, I will no longer be ordering from Jersey Mike's. Sorry, because even though I had to add my own lettuce, it made a pretty good salad for dinner. I also suggest you try hiring CS staff that are friendly and outgoing. It makes people return. read more

A-MAZING first experience at Jersey Mike's! This is my first time eating here. Ordered gluten-free tuna and it was handled with outmost care. All 3 of the staff who touched my food changed their gloves prior to handling my sandwich. It was placed on a tray lined with paper and a separate knife. The staff was super busy but very efficient and friendly. The store was clean. It has only been opened a couple of weeks but they already have their system down. Despite the long pre-order ahead of ours, our sandwiches where done within a few minutes. Sandwich was fresh, tasty and excellent all around. read more

I love Jersey Mikes no matter what. Everything is always tasty and fresh. However, this location really needs a better system for online orders, door dash, etc... when you arrive you wait FOREVER to receive your food because your order is not complete. This has happened to me and others a handful of times. I will always come back BUT will no longer order online ahead of time because it isn't worth it. read more

Probably the worst attitudes in any sub shop experience I've ever had. Got yelled at asking which sandwich I ordered 2 times, I simply couldn't hear her beyond the glass. I came in super excited for a sub (because they are delicious) but was scolded and felt to be a nuisance in this location for just grabbing my lunch & supporting the new location. Now I love me some Jersey Mike's. But this particular location does not do the chain any justice. Maybe an off night? I am not sure. We called our order in because it was a big one. The guy on the phone was less than thrilled to be taking our order. We go to the place and still had to wait. No big deal. One sandwich was being made wrong, we asked for it to be redone. We asked for no onions, they removed the onions and tried to say they remade it... come on ... try again. We got home and found that they did remake the sandwich, on stale hard bread. We had a #17, and it was so thin, it was like it was a wrap instead of a roll. Hardly any meat in any of the sandwiches. Generous 3 stars because a couple of the sandwiches were done right and reported tasted great. Do better! read more

Great tasting sandwiches, but lacking on order / pickup flow. I have seen this at a couple of locations as well. Please help to improve the sandwich hand-off between building, finishing and cashing out of the order. Food gets a 10! The jerk at the counter ( first contact , and he slices the meat ) cant speak English , wears glasses , is rude and reprimanded 2 people in line for not knowing how HE wants the order. I think the owner would have fired him on the spot. And true to form , the jerk screwed up my order . my husband and I love Jersey mikes. have gone to many in New England. but this location in Saco maine has some serious issues. I ordered on line for pick up. arrived at the store 20 min after ordering. our order wasn't ready. a girl working behind the counter said, I'll let them know you are here. after waiting 40 minutes she apologized. six workers behind the counter. two girls just kept talking! . one was traning a young man. he was working in a slow motion. ( must of been his first day! It's a long holiday weekend. No time to be training I sat and watched 11 people come a in and place their Order. And then leave. And we are still waiting. I feel bad that this Jersey Mikes is so unorganized and untrained on customer service. It's going to be a disaster for this branch this weekend. I ordered my fourth sub tonight, and so far, although I've ordered the same thing everytime, I have yet to get what I ordered. A chicken bacon ranch, no tomato, hot sauce on the chicken while on the grill. Tonight's episode is why I post. I watched the guy not put hot sauce on the chicken, watched him load the sub and then ask the girl that took my order what "this" meant. I heard her say he wants buffalo on the chicken while grilling. He looked down at the sub, saw no hot sauce on it at all, and bagged it up knowing it was wrong. From walk in to walk out on a Monday night, 24 minutes for again the wrong order. I love the sandwiches but this location is horrendous.
