She was taking all of the orders and making the ice cream items. She also handed out pizza orders for those who phoned in. There were others in the back making the food orders. I waited 1 hour 40 minutes to get our food. I had small children that became cranky and we were all hot sweaty and miserable. The food and ice cream were good but the long wait was not acceptable. The drive up line did move faster than the walk up line but I will never do that either. I think I could have churned the ice cream at home in less time.
