I ordered two different pizza's tonight, 11 19, 2022 from Dominoes through the online ordering site, and, they were offering 50% off for pizza's!!!! YEA! The pizza arrived in 40 minutes on a BUSY SATURDAY night, so the time was very good considering. I am handicapped and do not drive, and, I had two teen grandson's here overnight, so, after making an Angel Food cake and Cherry Crisp, I was "spent" to make a meal tonight. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Dominoes delivery service, and, especially when it was only 15 degree's outside! Another wonderful addition is being able to "track your pizza!" I signed up to receive txt msgs, and txt'd not only when Llsa was on her way, but, pulling up to my drive; this was great, as, I use an electrical chair lift that is very slow and was concerned that I would not able to get to the door soon enough. The pizza's were wonderful! We all gobbled them up quickly with lots of "um's and yums!" I, also, LOVE that options include a garlic crust! I certainly will be ordering again in the future! Sidrah can't read, everytime I add light cheese they add extra. Could also be cooked a little longer and there's barely any seasoning on the crust and only on a couple pieces. Definitely just thrown together without a care. read more

Very disappointing experience at this Domino's location We placed our order at 6:15 PM, and the app said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. We didn't actually get our pizza until 7:09, and by then it was only warm -- not fresh at all. We had ordered extra mushrooms, which is shown on our receipt (photo attached), but there were barely any on the pizza. On top of that, we waited at the drive-thru window for around 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally did, the lady at the window hit her vape right in front of us before speaking to us. Overall, the food quality and service were both disappointing. Definitely not the level of professionalism or freshness we expected from Domino's. read more

This is a franchise that made it's name off of being a cheap and fast delivery option. People order from here because they are in no condition to drive, the game is too good to take the time to go get good pizza somewhere, or they just don't have a car. So why does this location so often not have drivers available and calls customers back to ask them to come pick up the order? If people wanted to drive somewhere to pick up food they'd choose something other than Dominos. This store seems horribly mismanaged. read more

Order a pizza to pick up around 5:15sh. Website said ready in 25 minutes. Left around 5:35. Made 2 stops first got there about 30-to 40 minutes after placing order. Waited in line around 5-8 minutes before they helped the car in front of me. Then waited another 5+ minutes before anyone came to the window( more then once in this time 1 employee looked at me several times but didn't respond) once he finally came to widow said it would be another 10-15 minutes. Said they were working on deliveries still. So my question is. They do deliveries be for anything else? I thought they would do orders on line as they came in. Last time I did a delivery if took 2 1/2 hours. This place is a joke anymore. Pretty sure I'm done with them. They don't seen to care about customer service. read more

When you can get the to answer the phone (or accept online orders), the food is burnt and disgusting. They can never get the order right, and their delivery takes far too long (food is always warm to cold). I only live three blocks away. Go somewhere else. The incompetence of Rantoul's Domino's is on a whole new level lately. Ordered using a coupon that includes 2 med. One topping pizzas, bread bites, cinnamon twists, and a 2 litre of pop. When the order arrived, there were no cinnamon twists. The delivery driver instructed us to calm the store to inform them and get it squared away. The lady we spoke to said they would have to bake a new batch and they would get them to us asap. We waited and waited and waited. After a couple of hours, we gave up on them. read more

We ordered food over the phone on a Saturday night. They told us it was going to take an hour. My father showed up 10 mins after time and they informed him it was going to be another 20 mins. They told him to park on the other side of the building and they would bring the food out when it was ready. After waiting 45 mins he pulled up to the window and sat for another 10 mins before any of the workers bothered coming to the window. They then told him he had called in and canceled the order which he hadn't!!! He was waiting in the parking lot!!!! Come to find out they canceled the wrong order!!!!! And they tried to blame it on my dad. This is not the first time we have had issues here but this is the final straw!!! I worked in the food service industry for 20 years. I have never seen such poor service to customers. read more

The store was awesome until they got some new district manager that fired a bunch of great people. They delivered on time, made amazing pizzas, the management was just the best. The store was always clean, management was kind and polite. We always had a great experience with this place, until recently new management. We really wish we could have the old management back. The app says they won't deliver to my address right here in the middle of town so I call, they put me on hold I wait for about 10 minutes on hold before I said "fuck it" and called Papa Johns who answered right away and took my order. Thank dominoes dicks, I hate papa johns. read more

We live right here in the same town and have only had minor setbacks with this restaurant. However, this evening we used a coupon for a free pizza from ordering a certain amount over time. We ordered an additional pizza in a coupon including garlic bread knots. Shortly after ordering, we received a phone call informing us that they no longer had the oil they use for the knots this evening. So we asked for a replacement and they offered dessert, which we made clear we didn't want. We asked if since we couldn't have the bread if they'd just discount the total... then they informed us that our total actually went up. After talking with the kind lady on the phone, she grabbed her manager. With him being totally unaware that she hadn't muted their end, he flew off the handle cussing about "It's only such and such more. I've got it. YOU'VE got it. Who doesn't have it?!" Throw in a few F bombs and then she quickly hit the mute button. Once she unmuted the line, we informed her we'd no longer like our order and to cancel it. We placed a call to the Dominos service line and got a detailed message to whomever it concerned. Fair warning, if you have an issue with your order, don't expect kindness and understanding in its place. read more

My pizza and bread bowl was not cooked all the way. The pizza was sticking to the box because it was not cook all the way. They take for ever too fr there and it's only a 10 mintue drive. You call and Complain on them they are rude and hung up the phone. read more

Ordered online. 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. Pizza arrived on time, but was only partially cooked. Driver had also forgotten our drinks and had to return to the store to get them. Had to cook the pizza in our oven for about another 20 mins or so before it was done enough to eat. Do NOT order from here, you will probably regret it. read more
