I love their hoagies but this time I got a chicken cheesesteak and it was way too salty

Went here for lunch today. I explicitly asked for a *very small amount* of oil and vinegar on my sandwich. Lady working there absentmindedly poured these on to the point that the bread was soggy and the wrapping was wet by the time I got home, ruining the sandwich for me. Also, this particular location is not kept up as well as other Jersey Mike's around here for some reason. read more

The food was classic , I like jersey mikes so very good !! The service was also amazing, was greeted upon my entrance and exit , I was even offered a water when I decided not to purchase a drink, very nice n cool staff!! Take out often for multiple family members ranging from 4yrs to 60yrs. Princeton location on RT 1 has a pleasant, efficient staff. Usually order ahead and order is always done in a timely fashion. Bread is fresh and cold cuts are good. Good fast food. read more

Just the best!! Worth going on route 1 out of your way for it haha. So happy when they built this location. The staff are very friendly. When my kids were babies (they have food allergies) we would go in and ask for just a slice or 2 of extra turkey on the side for them and they would give free of charge. As for the food - the club sub and Italian Omg so good (I don't care for tomato's or onions too much but I order them mikes way every time!) and as for their Cheesesteak (#17) it's my opinion that's it's my favorite cheesesteak ever!! Better than any cheesesteak place in Philly, any other fancy cheesesteak restaurants, seriously the best I've ever had flavor wise! I love their points system too for regular customers. read more

This is a chain sub in a region where mom and pop deli reign supreme so, either dig deep for the real McCoy or indulge in a Jersey Mike's almost deli creation which wasn't half bad. I had a premeditated notion that a simple turkey/swiss model with a drizzle of condiments would be the best approach since my experience with facsimile Italian luncheon meat from a mainstream franchise might enrage my taste buds enough to spontaneously reject anything not reeking of authenticity. In a pinch turkey and swiss always delivers. On balance the sandwich was terrific and the bread surprisingly tasty. Turkey that tasted like turkey and swiss that put a little bite on your tongue. Even better, the tasty torpedo wasn't drowning in globules of nondescript mayonnaise due to a very light touch. For what it is Jersey Mike's impressed the hell out of me. I am not one to leave bad reviews but a veggie sub from this location of Jersey Mike's has given me severe food poisoning. Like think of every possible symptom because I have it. Came here for lunch today and enjoyed it! Parking is easy since the restaurant is located in a strip mall, and there's plenty of seating available inside as well. Jersey Mike's is my favorite non-small-sub shop. The people are super nice and they generally get your orders right. The pricing is pretty right and they have a good selection of veggies. The best thing though is that they slice cheese to order which kind of does something random and great for the cheese. I'm a vegan so I told them please no cheese and they accommodated me with no problem or hesitation and they actually gave me a discount for not having cheese. I should have known when it says 'subs' and not 'hoagies' I ordered the chicken ceaser wrap and my friend got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were fresh and made to order; yet I found myself wanting to add salt and pepper to my wrap. Although the lettuce was fresh, the ceaser dressing was running and watery. The chicken was tasteless and it seemed boiled, or microwaved with no flavor. My friend who ordered the buffalo chicken wrap said the same thing; even with the buffalo sauce; the chicken was lacking flavor. All in all, it was a work function and I am not complaining about free lunch BUT if I do return to Jersey Mikes; I would probably stick with a traditional hoagie instead of a wrap. read more

Consistent decent sandwiches. While it's no where near earth shattering or mind blowing, Jersey Mikes delivers on a product that fills the belly, and satisfies the need for quick, easy and relatively cheap lunch. I can appreciate that they cut the meats to order, but I've started wondering how sanitary it is to cut pretty much everything with the same slicer. Despite that, I'll still go. Staff is friendly. The food is good for what it is, just be careful of sodium if you are sensitive to it. I had half of the reuben in my picture and it was arguably the saltiest thing I'd ever eaten. I understand that adding tons of salt to a dish is a cheap way to boost flavor, but this was bordering on the unethical. read more

We really liked this. Top of the line hoagies. When you want to taste what was meant with the invention of the SUB, Jersey Mike's fare has a certain back-in-the-day quality. And even a condiment juice, which is standard. We asked to have a bit of mayonnaise spread on, too, before the goodies. I realized I don't eat a sub for the vegetables after all, and don't enjoy skimping too much on meat, either. Our meal: the Italian selections. Great sports-tv viewing in there, by the way. This line of restaurants will make all other chains look up from the mud-heap of less satisfying sandwiches. Even some mom-n-pop delicatessens. It is a challenge to find a sandwich shop that sells gluten free hoagies but this place delivers. Their "regular" sized sandwiches are huge and bursting with meat and veggies. Served on gluten free rolls, the one sandwich was enough for the two of us. We got it "Mike's way", which is dressed with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar and oregano. Came here to get a something, didn't know they were closing soon since i am visiting the area. Ordered both subs the guy was so upset i guess bc they alreadY started cleaning, he threw the meat on the counter and had such an attitude he went to the back. The doors however were still open. I then realized how his attitude was so i asked if they were closing soon the other guy Looks and me and says yea in six seconds. I politely told them to wrap everything up i did not need their service. Very rude and unprofessional. I am a GM for Best Buy i would never deNy a sale or have an attitude with people who help supply me with a paycheck. read more

The food was okay. The customer service however was god awful. I asked for them to grill my wrap, they didn't. I paid ten dollars for a wrap with turkey-literally that was it. I only discovered that it was not grilled when I got back in my car. The employee began being rude and saying "we don't grill subs." Apparently that was too much to ask. Don't spend your money here.
