Super unfriendly employees, one gentleman was decent but they acted like they hated their job. FLIES everywhere, just generally not clean looking. The " manager" was standing at register when we went back up with question and he literally looked up and didn't say a word, no one standing there said a word just handed him what was asked. Ordered online in the app. Ordered a number 7 with no tomatoes. Picked up in store and brought home. Sandwich had 4 tomatoes on it. Called store to complain and they said bring it back in and they will remake. So I am supposed to spend my gas and time to correct a mistake they made. This was honestly one of the rudest experiences I've ever had at a food establishment!!! I was ordering on behalf of a friend and didn't have the order exactly right. Instead of offering assistance, the employees laughed and acted dismissive. It was incredibly unprofessional and left a very negative impression. If I hadn't been ordering for someone else, I would have walked out. I truly hope management addresses this and teaches the staff the basics of respect and customer service!!!! read more

Great location. Nice interior. Poor attitudes and utter lack of concern from Mgt/owner. I had a poor experience here three weeks ago. I spoke with the Manager about it the next day on the phone. She was the same person who was nasty the day before. She was the same person who messed up my order. (My sub was covered with onion and mushroom when specifically told them not to!) She asked my name, address ect...so that a check could be mailed to me. No check has arrived three weeks later. Love the subs when they are made correctly. awesome service while visiting this Jersey Mike's. Hands down. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with skille smiles by Nikki, Angel and Alana. With a smile, I was asked what was I having today. I asked for cheese with my sandwich and was told there would be a uncharge. Then asked, was I ok with that? Then she proceeded to make my sandwich. My entire interaction with the team was awesome. You have assets at this store! Shaun completed my transaction, thanked me and welcomed me to come back. So incredibly rude and hateful. The entire store is completely disorganized and the wait was ridiculous. We ordered online but the line was so long that we just got in line to get our subs instead. When we got to the part to actually get the subs made, the girl was loud and snarky and rude and would not help make our subs, even though we were IN LINE and PAID for our subs. She yelled at us over the entire store (an entire room full of 25 customers!) When we tried to cancel our order because she was so rude, she then pitched an actual fit and huffed over to make the subs by slapping the ingredients together. At that point, after waiting for 30+ minutes for an order over $60, we left and will not be returning. After writing this, I will be calling Jersey Mike's corporate and reporting her for her unacceptable behavior and yelling at a customer. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Visited store today around 4:15 and there were 2 other people before me waiting to place an order. One worker sitting at a table eating & on phone and no one behind counter. Finally a worker came around the corner from back kitchen and apologized for not knowing anyone was waiting. One person left and the other person ordered. When I started to order there were only 2 types of bread to order from and she said that the other bread wouldn't be ready any time soon; like in an hour. The Manager working was completely rude. He was rude to the employees and costumers. I needed a kids meal and he was rude and said, " next time tell me when you're ordering." I was ordering at the time. He was just in a rush. Your customers should leave happy not upset where they do NOT want to come back. As a manager it was so disappointing to hear him talk the way he did. We will not be returning to this location. If you don't like your job then quit. I just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentleman working as they were extremely diligent, friendly, and provided overall great service....plus the sandwich was great too! The food is really good but the call in service is another story. Unfortunately, they dont answer the phone half the time. When they do either you're on hold or they pretend to take your order. Once you arrive to pick up your phone order they deny you ever called and you have to reorder. This is a regular occurrence. Publix makes great sandwiches too. read more

These guys are great for catering!! I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and I cater in the area a lot. The owner/manager has made it exceptionally convenient by giving me his cell phone number so I can text him my orders. He keeps my credit card on file and delivers for free, leaving my receipt in an envelope when he delivers the food. The price per head is very reasonable and I get points with every order -- they add up! My whole family enjoyed free subs this weekend using my points and I have plenty more left over for next time. He always checks with me later in the day to make sure everything went well, which it always does! read more

It was very delightful to talk and interact with he and his wife They were genuinely interested in my experiences at their store. Went back into this location as one of our beach guests loves the chain. Lo and behold they now have an adult lady as manager. We were so impressed with the changes we visited multiple times over the last several months. The new manager and her son I believe are top notch.
