My complaint is from Monday Aug 10, 2026 and I called corporate office only to find out that each store is individually owned and operated. Corporate said they would pass my information to the owner and I am still waiting for a call back. I am 64yrs old retired from USPS after 30 yrs and 8yrs service in the USN and I have never in my life been so humiliated and disrespected as well as treated like a child as I was on that date (by someone who said he was a manager). I had an appointment next door to the restaurant at the dentist and I love Jersey Mike's so I decided to get a sandwich since I was early for my appointment. I ordered my sandwich at 12:45pm and took a seat as there were not a lot of customers in the store. The employee came and gave me my sandwich and I left the store. It was raining really hard so I just stood there for a few seconds and hugged the wall to the dentist office next door. Halfway there my sandwich fell out of the bottom of the bag and hit the ground. The paper opened up and the sandwich touched the ground. I opened the door to the dentist and checked in letting them know I would be right back. I took the sandwich back to the store, explained to the employee what happened and she asked me what I had ordered, I told her and then I took a seat by the door to wait for them to make another sandwich. About a minute later a man walked up to me with a sandwich in his hand(he said he was the manager) and asked me what was the problem, I explained exactly what happened and he told me if I left the store how was he responsible for the sandwich falling out. I again explained what happened. By now all of the employees were looking and about 8 or more people walked in. The manager then started to demonstrate acting like he was opening the door and walking out and said again how was this his fault or the fault of the store. I kept saying sir, I don't know what you want me to tell you other than what happened and I said because you are being rude and disrespectful all i want is my money back. He said (I dont think i owe you anything, not a sandwich, not anything). This back and forth continued until he walked away from me going back behind the counter. By this time all the people in the store were looking at this unfold. One of the employees said I am fixing her another sandwich and the manager went back to where the sandwich was being made, and i told him i did not want him to touch my sandwich. At that time he went to the register and i asked him if he was refunding my money. He would not talk to me. I said are you going to tell me if you are going to refund my money. He would not talk to me. I told him I wanted his name to call corporate. He would not respond to me. At that time the other employee came over and gave me a sandwich, as I was reaching to get the sandwich the manager tried to take it out of my hand and when he couldn't get it he looked at the employee as though he was going to reprimand her for making me another sandwich. This manager told me not to come back to his store. I didn't get his name, but something was wrong with one of his eyes. This man started treating me as though i was a child and called me a liar. He said i wanted something for free after i paid 15 dollars for a 1/2 sandwich. I told him i wanted my sandwich and he tried to give me back the sandwich that fell on the ground. All the other employees were looking at him as though he was wrong. The people in the store were all looking at him as though he was wrong. I could not believe i had to go through this because of a sandwich. This gentleman needs training on how to handle a complaint and a customer. I am sorry to say I will not visit this store again if he is working there. He made my pleasant day very unpleasant, all over a sandwich. BTW, the sandwich i received was not the sandwich i originally ordered but i didn't want to reenter the store. The food is always delicious. The service is always nice and they always do my order correct

Super unfriendly employees, one gentleman was decent but they acted like they hated their job. FLIES everywhere, just generally not clean looking. The " manager" was standing at register when we went back up with question and he literally looked up and didn't say a word, no one standing there said a word just handed him what was asked. The skimpiest hot chicken sub we've ever seen. All bread. Please to top it off see their lovely drink machine below. read more

Terrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful employees, not willing to change anything about orders.

Ordered online in the app. Ordered a number 7 with no tomatoes. Picked up in store and brought home. Sandwich had 4 tomatoes on it. Called store to complain and they said bring it back in and they will remake. So I am supposed to spend my gas and time to correct a mistake they made. Beware of this store as they can not read orders. read more

This was honestly one of the rudest experiences I've ever had at a food establishment!!! I was ordering on behalf of a friend and didn't have the order exactly right. Instead of offering assistance, the employees laughed and acted dismissive. It was incredibly unprofessional and left a very negative impression. If I hadn't been ordering for someone else, I would have walked out. I truly hope management addresses this and teaches the staff the basics of respect and customer service!!!! read more

Great location. Nice interior. Poor attitudes and utter lack of concern from Mgt/owner. I had a poor experience here three weeks ago. I spoke with the Manager about it the next day on the phone. She was the same person who was nasty the day before. She was the same person who messed up my order. (My sub was covered with onion and mushroom when specifically told them not to!) She asked my name, address ect...so that a check could be mailed to me. No check has arrived three weeks later. Love the subs when they are made correctly. Love the brand when people give a darn about the customer. read more

awesome service while visiting this Jersey Mike's. Hands down. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with skille smiles by Nikki, Angel and Alana. With a smile, I was asked what was I having today. I asked for cheese with my sandwich and was told there would be a uncharge. Then asked, was I ok with that? Then she proceeded to make my sandwich. My entire interaction with the team was awesome. You have assets at this store! Shaun completed my transaction, thanked me and welcomed me to come back. It was a must to complete a survey for this store. SC don't owe us anything! Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you Jersey Mikes! read more

Staff don't know how to do their job!! Very disrespectful sandwich was not made right if I was the owner I would get a hold on that!! Will not return!! The 5 stars reviews are most likely family members or friends posting them!! read more

So incredibly rude and hateful. The entire store is completely disorganized and the wait was ridiculous. We ordered online but the line was so long that we just got in line to get our subs instead. When we got to the part to actually get the subs made, the girl was loud and snarky and rude and would not help make our subs, even though we were IN LINE and PAID for our subs. She yelled at us over the entire store (an entire room full of 25 customers!) When we tried to cancel our order because she was so rude, she then pitched an actual fit and huffed over to make the subs by slapping the ingredients together. At that point, after waiting for 30+ minutes for an order over $60, we left and will not be returning. After writing this, I will be calling Jersey Mike's corporate and reporting her for her unacceptable behavior and yelling at a customer. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Not only did the staff come in EARLY to do a huge catering order for our party, they were ready right on time! Amazing crew here- highly recommend using them as a caterer! Thanks to the staff here for your hard work and kindness. read more

They have the very best subs you can get . They are freshly made with freshly sliced coldcuts that are thinly sliced as they make your sub. Never had a bad one. read more

Good food but the staff was very slow and seamed bothered that we were there. Came in with 5 people and it took 15 minutes for them to make just five sandwiches. read more

Food was ok but the service was terrible (aside from the young woman working today. She was nice). I'm visiting my Mom from CA and we dropped in to get lunch. The guy who took my order was rude, forgot to actually make my food and was just an overall jerk. I'm assuming he was the manager as everyone there seemed to be taking instructions from him. Not sure what crawled up his butt today but judging by the other reviews, this isn't the first time. Seriously, avoid this place unless you like being treated as an annoyance. I almost never leave reviews but this one just kinda stuck with me in the wrong way. read more

Probably the best Jersey Mike's that I've ever been to. All the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Absolutely the cleanest JM that I have ever seen. My order was completed to perfection with no problems. If you're needing a quick bite don't hesitate to stop in , you won't regret it. This place is ran with perfection in mind and they definitely deliver!! read more

Visited store today around 4:15 and there were 2 other people before me waiting to place an order. One worker sitting at a table eating & on phone and no one behind counter. Finally a worker came around the corner from back kitchen and apologized for not knowing anyone was waiting. One person left and the other person ordered. When I started to order there were only 2 types of bread to order from and she said that the other bread wouldn't be ready any time soon; like in an hour. I used to go to this sub shop regularly; now doubt I will ever return. Lazy workers. How does a sub shop ever run out of bread? Very poor management. read more

Subs are always very fresh with plenty of ingredients. Service and s fast and efficient. Love Jersey Mikes.

The Manager working was completely rude. He was rude to the employees and costumers. I needed a kids meal and he was rude and said, " next time tell me when you're ordering." I was ordering at the time. He was just in a rush. Your customers should leave happy not upset where they do NOT want to come back. As a manager it was so disappointing to hear him talk the way he did. We will not be returning to this location. If you don't like your job then quit. Find something that makes you happy and want to be at work. read more

We stopped in after a very long day of traveling. It was so nice to be met by Charis's friendly smile and patience as we ordered! Ethan did a great job creating sandwiches just the way we wanted them! The bathrooms were spotless, definitely an added bonus. Thank you for making a long day better. read more

Cant go wrong with Jersey Mike's. My food was great, but there was a little bit of a wait, which I usually don't experience with this chain.

I'd give 0 stars if possible! No organizational system and took an hour!!! Terrible customer service. Can't manage customers or mobile orders! read more

Great subs! The staff / service is hit or miss, thus the reason for 4 stars v. 5. Always fresh veggies and breads. Can be very busy but line moves quickly. read more

Was trying to grab a quick sandwich on the way to the beach, but ended up taking a 45-minute dragged out detour at Jersey Mikes. Ordered online to beat the line (because the staff specifically said to) only to have the people in line getting their subs before me. No one in charge made sure people were getting their food in time nor apologizing for the inconvenience. Just a disappointment as a whole, will never come back. read more

My husband had the Philly cheesesteak and I had a mini number 7 on wheat. The owner was there working. He had a great attention to detail. It was great to be in a place with good fresh food that is locally owned. I hope everyone gets a chance to support their small businesses. read more

I dropped by this past Saturday, 6/6, and there was a long line with a lot of incoming online orders. I just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentleman working as they were extremely diligent, friendly, and provided overall great service....plus the sandwich was great too! Definitely recommend this place because they could have shut down during this busy time, but they were great! read more

The food is really good but the call in service is another story. Unfortunately, they dont answer the phone half the time. When they do either you're on hold or they pretend to take your order. Once you arrive to pick up your phone order they deny you ever called and you have to reorder. This is a regular occurrence. Publix makes great sandwiches too. read more

Normal Jersey Mike's, it's clean & they don't give you a lot of meat. The sandwich is still good though

Food is good, no complaint there. Services leaves much desired. Could barely hear the folks who were making our sandwiches and ringing us up, hardly any eye contact. Ask the lady about the flat Pepsi, she did come out and check it but never heard back about it or fixed it. Meh... The three behind the counter today, customer service not there strong point read more

Horrible Experience. ....husband ordered the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak with jalapeño peppers grilled onions lettuce tomato when we got home other only thing on his sandwich was chicken and cheese....unfortunately we were not given a receipt and didn't think to get one .....we had just literally left and got home when we noticed the sandwich was incorrect.....the staff tried to justify their actions and not correct the order nor offer a refund of 14.12 ( he ordered the giant) husband goes their quite often and has never had a bad experience until now...I think he will drive the Xtra 10 miles up the road to the other location read more

These guys are great for catering!! I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and I cater in the area a lot. The owner/manager has made it exceptionally convenient by giving me his cell phone number so I can text him my orders. He keeps my credit card on file and delivers for free, leaving my receipt in an envelope when he delivers the food. The price per head is very reasonable and I get points with every order -- they add up! My whole family enjoyed free subs this weekend using my points and I have plenty more left over for next time. He always checks with me later in the day to make sure everything went well, which it always does! read more

I had the most wonderful opportunity by accident to meet the owner of the Pawleys Island Jersey Mikes. It was very delightful to talk and interact with he and his wife They were genuinely interested in my experiences at their store. These are owners who actually care about the people who patronize their establishment..this is such a welcoming thing. I Love the subs at Jersey Mikes. Something about warching the meat in my sub being cut just for my sandwich..and you can order and pay online the best of all worlds. read more

These guys put subway to shame. Tried the cheesesteak tonight and it was elegant. Also the giant Italian is great.

Went back into this location as one of our beach guests loves the chain. Lo and behold they now have an adult lady as manager. We were so impressed with the changes we visited multiple times over the last several months. The new manager and her son I believe are top notch. This location is now exceptionally well run and managed. Buy there with confidence. read more
