What I cared about was the older gentleman who tapped on the door of the MC, and what happened when it was opened to him. He told the woman inside that his wife had made an appointment online, and they were there. The woman told him he'd have to wait for a phone call and then they'd let him in. He explained that his wife had a problem with her foot which was so painful she was barely able to stand and that's why they made the appointment online. The woman then got very rude, telling him that she'd said she would call him, and that she was on her lunch hour so they'd have to wait. She spoke to him in the rudest tone. I was shocked that man was treated in such a rude and condescending manner.
