Most car washes use brushes which do nothing but, wreak havoc on your vehicle's paint. Causing scratches and swirl marks so I avoid most car washes like the plague. Upon arriving there was one SUV ahead of us and I watched as they meticulously and thoroughly cleaned it. I then knew that I had made the right choice. About 10 minutes later I pulled into the bay. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to stay in my vehicle in the air conditioning unto they needed to clean the interior. They even have a little sitting area in the shade for you to wait while they are cleaning your interior. I purchased "The Works" package for $25 as my Cayenne is consider a large vehicle which includes the following: Hand Wash Bug Remover Hand Dry Vacuum Floors Clean Windows Air Freshener Clean Rims and Tire Dressing Once they were finished I was completely blown away as they cleaned every nook and cranny of my Cayenne. We had an overheating auto while on vacation at Surfside Beach and a scheduled departure the following day. I limped into the Car Doc's place with a temperature gauge that was about to fly off the dashboard, a wife and 2 year old in the car. They were the nicest folks imaginable and immediately set to taking a look at my car issues. They not only diagnosed and repaired my faulty thermostat in record time, they did it for parts and 1 & 1/2 hours of labor. And this was on a not-easy-to-work-on Cadillac DTS engine. Just getting to the engine requires a half hour as does reassembling everything. They took me and my family down the road to where we were staying, and came back to pick us up when the repair was done. Honestly I don't think a dealership's "concierge service" could possibly have been any better. We pulled into the Car Doc completely stressed out with a car that was massively overheating and short timeline to get anything done, and walked out a couple of hours later with the peace of mind that the car was fixed. I've dealt with some mechanics that would have done the same thing, but too many that wouldn't have. The cost was absolutely minimal, and we drove home would perfectly functioning cooling system in some serious heat. Thanks to the good folks at the Car Doc for your much-needed help in a tight situation. I cannot thank you enough! I have NO idea what business the first reviewer on Yelp was dealing with, but I am fairly certain that it was NOT this Car Doc.
