My final stop for the day and the reason I spent so much time in Georgetown is because this Walmart tolerates overnight RV parking in their lot. Not every Walmart does so I appreciate that this one is cool with it. The restrooms were in great shape and the clothing areas were well cared for. Grocery section was well stocked and I purchased a case of bottled water today. The self-checkout worked fine. If you're an RVer on the road, please be respectful of the space. Today I went into get lunch meat at the deli. The meat was getting cut and then there scales that are all electric went down. They could print stuff for the container food but couldn't print the price per pound and some container they would type up the food the lunch meat I bagged just cut left on counter for over an hour they called manager twice the first time she touched three buttons and said it was fine. The manager left. The women who had cut my meats up 3 lbs of meat once again tryed to weigh the meat and print it's price. The machine wouldn't register anything on both the scales at deli. She called for the manager to come back. Another 30 minutes of waiting and watching the lunch meat sit on the counter already cut for the manager to unplug all machines and plug back in and hit reset type some codes and then to be told we can't do anything try the my pleasant store. So I'm told drive an hour in the opposite direction to get what's cut right there in front of me and a tag couldn't be printed properly off any scales but they were typing prices for the trays and bags of goods just not lunch meat? The girl who cut the meat said you should give it to them for free they were waiting so long and it's our fault the manager told her be quiet we can't do anything. So I left and came home ordered pizza and called it a day! Big fail Walmart in Georgetown South Carolina big fail! read more

This Walmart is nice. For the most part, it's pretty organized and neat. The associates are nice and helpful. Typically, they have plenty of registers open. The Valentine's Day items are out and they have a nice variety of gifts and treats. read more

My needed time pick up her medicine. We parked in the pickup area and it was brought out to us. The transaction went smoothly and quickly.

This Walmart is stocked with most everything you need. It still carries a selection of bolt fabric.

Be very cautious using this Walmart pharmacy for your medication. They actually run out of medication on hand. This isn't a product that could just go out of stock and they'll just re-order. It's someone's responsibility here to see that if a medication is running low GO AHEAD AND REORDER MORE!!!. I just came here for some insulin. They're telling me it's out of stock for the type I need. I've never been to a Walmart pharmacy other than this one where they are out of stock of a medication that is vital to life-support. I live 35 minutes away from this Walmart. Is the only Walmart pharmacy near me. They're saying come back tomorrow to see if it's in stock. If it is in stock? How about going above and beyond as a pharmacy seeing that you messed up take my phone number and tell me as soon as this insulin medication is back in stock. read more

1 star is too many...the store management has only gotten worse. Went to buy some paint and when I finally got some help the employee said that the paint mixer had been down for awhile. Bought paint from a hardware store instead. read more

One stop shop for all of your needs, when I visit Georgetown this is the place that I go to pick up what I need during my stay, also a great place to catch up with friends and family that I haven't seen in a while, I can't count running to them in Wal-mart, great prices and a variety of items to choose from. We just recently moved to the area and of course just HAD to check out this Walmart. We have shopped at several other Walmarts over the years so feel qualified to write a review. We found all the employees we had contact with pleasant and knowledgableabout the location of the products we were seeking. As for the products, they carry nearly everything we seek. We shop at this Walmart nearly every week and have yet to meet an unhelpful employee. read more

I have been shopping at this Walmart for years. The improvements that have been in and around the store is absolutely remarkable. They have worked hard to get this Walmart improved. The staff is ready and willing to help me in the store with whatever I may need. They keep the store stocked and clean. It's a joy shopping in this Walmart . I also like the fact that they now have security present. Definitely a plus. If I could give it 10 stars I would. read more

It may seem weird to review a Walmart but I've been to several in North and South Carolina and I just wanted to say that the employees at the Georgetown store are some of the nicest I've encountered. Pick your times, of course--late night they only have one or two lanes open, so if there's a problem checking someone out then you will wait an inordinate amount of time (or, like me, bail and come back another day). However, problems with payment processing are not the cashiers' faults and overall everyone I've dealt with here has been friendly and helpful. It's pretty clean as far as Walmarts go and if, like me, you're a night owl in Georgetown it's the only game in town after 10 pm. read more

Not 24 hours. I looked it up online and it said it was. I work nights so I'm that crazy lady that is up at 4 in the morning and needed cleaning supplies. So I googled it before I came. Got there at 5 am and an associate that was out front smoking said hours at 6am-12 am. read more
