A great pit stop between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. We dined in. I haven't been inside a Taco Bell in a long time but I noticed the transition from colorful designs to a more modern, sleek establishment--I like it. The service was fast and the cashier was nice. The food was good. I had a grilled stuffed burrito meal and my boyfriend had one of the $5 boxes. The prices are great for the portion sizes. read more

Great food, great people. I ordered a triple double Crunchwrap with beans, no meat, two soft tacos with beans no meat and a12pk of Cinnabon delights. I received the correct soft tacos but a meat crunchwrap. They corrected it quickly. The Cinnabon's are my favorite but not all of them were completely cooked through. It's January and it's stifling, steamy hot in this place. Disgustingly and uncomfortably hot. Cracking a door would solve it but that's too complex one supposes. With just one combo they screwed up four things! 1) Specifically asked for no sour cream and it had sour cream. 2) Asked for fire sauce and they gave me hot sauce. 3) Gave me the wrong drink. 4) Combo came with nacho fries and they forgot to add the seasoning. I love me some Taco Bell. I worked at Taco Bell way back in the 1980s when I was in high school, and my affinity for a bean burrito still exists today. The decor of this Taco Bell is exactly the same as the one I worked at in Indiana all those years ago. In other words, this Taco Bell needs a pretty serious makeover. Despite the outdated decor, the restaurant is clean, which is a testament to the staff who work here. They are a pretty friendly and customer focused bunch of people. The food is hot and made to order. They take care and pride in the food they present. If you like Taco Bell, you'll like this one just fine. I checked out the restroom on my way out, and it's clean but outdated like the rest of the place. I give this TB a 4/5 because they do an excellent job of working with what they've got. read more

We came late at night after a bad experience with customer service else where and Ashley at the drive through was super nice!

first let me say that my food was hot and tasted pretty good. the issue comes from the fact that both doors were locked and a co-worker who was alr inside had to let us in. once inside one of the employees (think her name was toni) began yelling abt how there were ppl being let in. we placed a mobile order that took almost 20 minutes to be filled. there were no signs abt the store being closed due to staffing issues EXCEPT on the front counter. overall pretty terrible considering it's a hot spot for something relatively quick and inexpensive. read more

Sometimes, you think you've stepped into the Twilight Zone. The service is hit and miss. There are times they have gotten orders wrong, but the manager we've dealt with is great at correcting the problem. This is the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I went though the drive-thru placed my order and my daughter was in the car behind me she placed her order. I got to the window, paid for my order and then paid for my daughter's order. The guy never gave me a receipt for either order. When he gave me my bag I didn't check it till I pulled forward and realized it wasn't mine it was my daughter's order so I figured they gave her mine so I parked. She pulled up to the window and they told her that I had her food. We she tried to tell them I didn't get any of my food they got aggravated and told her she would have to go around because they don't do add insult at the window. So she pulled around with nothing. It was in the middle of a thunderstorm so I really didn't want to get out but the line was wrapped around the building so I wasn't sitting in line another 30 minutes. The dining room doors were locked so I had to bang on it till someone finally slowly walked from the back and asked with a attitude what I wanted. I told him I had not got any of my food so he said he'd check and let me standing in the pouring rain. After a few minutes of getting soaked another walked out to take someone else food and acted like I wasn't there. So I finally gave up and went back to the car and called the store a few times and no one would ever answer. So I was out $18 and got no food. I would have to say this is the worst service I have ever seen. read more

If you think the drive-through takes forever, try going inside. It's like spending time in purgatory. Not only is the place filthy, the staff could care less about the fact that you're standing at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to place an order. Hands down worst Taco Bell I've EVER visited. All the workers were very slow and lazy, all my friends had finished their food before I even got mine. The portions are small, the manager is rude and don't question anything about portions, service or other, the manager will tell you to call the corporate office. Very unfriendly, customer service is not in his vocabulary. I guess that location does not need my business because they won't get it again. Congrats to this Taco Bell unit. It has turned around and I hope it gets even better. This is the nearest TB to my house and was deserving of poor reviews on cleanliness and staff attitudes. The last three visits, I have observed improvement in both these areas. Last night, 01/17/17, whilst waiting for my order to be filled, a customer complained that her burrito was not made correctly. It turned out that it was made correctly. The staff was friendly and helpful and because the discussion took a little time to sort out they insisted on remaking the burrito as the original "might be cold by now". read more
