Upon entering, there is a decent amount of seating. Starting from the left side, a worker will write down how you would like your order. As you proceed to the check out station, other staff will be cooking/preparing/grilling up your food. The order is usually ready soon after payment at the end of the counter. The sub pictured is the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak. I get it without onions. It comes with chipotle sauce, grilled peppers, cheese and cheesesteak on choice of bread. Always turns out hot and delicious. The staff is helpful and seem to enjoy working at Jersey Mikes. The portion sizes and the bread have really gotten bad, yet the prices have increased. I got the club sub with double bacon Mike's way with no onions and added jalapeños. As you can see in the photo, there isn't much filling in the sub. The bread was also hard. For the amount of money for this sub, it should contain more. In the past this location was always fresh and consistent in the quality. This time though they were out of the rosemary parmesan bread. Settled for white bread and it was hard and chewy. Starving after a soccer tournament, trying to feed my family...look! There's Jersey Mike's! I was so excited. Walked in at 8:53pm (they close at 9) all the food was cleaned up already and the man refused to serve me! Was extremely rude to me! I showed him the time on my phone to make sure they were still open. He said "well you're waving your phone at me! What do you want then?!" I said "oh no, thanks, Sorry to bother you!" I went here today on a whim because I am tired of my usual three places I frequent, I thought i would give it a shot because I like the convienence of ordering online AND I am on diet restriction right now, and they have options for me. If you live in canton you know we have an over abundance of sandwhich places, so I wasn't expecting too much excitement out of this place, but man, it blows some of the other ones out of the water. I got the club "sub in a tub" and added pickles and banana peppers. The meat is sliced right in front of you, fresh for each order, the vegetables were so fresh and tasty, and there was a TON of food for the 7.95 I paid. You can make any sub into a wrap or a salad, and they also have gluten free options. Hubs and I have been wanting to try this place and I really was wanting to like it and to rate it higher, but for the price,I can't. We ordered 2 giant subs, a mini and a cookie and it cost us $36.94...for sandwiches!!! The Big Kahuna Philly was substantial and it was my Hubs favorite. It didn't really blow my skirt up and I've had better Philly Cheese Steak at other places for a fraction of the price. The Meatball sub was a MAJOR let down! The meatballs were so mushy and bland, it was hard to distinguish them from the sub bun. The Mini Italian was good, the meats had good flavor but again, for the price, I've had MUCH better. Oh man, this might be my new favorite place.....I've now tried hot and cold subs and man are they good. My ultimate favorite sub is the buffalo chicken. It is made with franks red hot and you can see them cooking it fresh together on the grill. Other family members have enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch. I tried the roast beef cold sub and while I don't get it the "mikes way", I do get the mayo, lettuce and oil/vinegar on it and it is so good. The vinegar adds a zesty taste to the cold subs that is so good. The subs also hold up even over night. One of the last times I stopped in I got a mini cold sub for lunch the next day and got the oil/vinegar on the side, but everything else on the sub. It was not soggy at all the next day, and was so good. Love this place, highly recommend! read more

This Jersey Mike's location is right next to a internet/cable support office. We have 300+ employees. A large majority of us get off work at 9PM. This location changed their hours so they close at 9PM. Why? We are hungry, and you're throwing away business. I ordered from this place twice a week, I'd buy subs for me and the family, my co-workers would bring your food home. Usually $45+ just for my order. Many of my co-workers as well. I understand sending your employees home early is cool, we all like to go home early, but closing at 9PM means you're losing thousands of dollars of business each week. With this HUGE surplus of customers why would you close at 9PM instead of 10PM? YOU ARE NEXT TO A COMPANY WITH 300+ EMPLOYEES, AND YOU CLOSE WHEN WE ARE GETTING OFF WORK. Who runs this place?
