I've called twice in the last two weeks, and I have still not been refunded. They sent me a refund receipt at one point, but they apparently refunded the wrong card. I've always enjoyed the food here, but the management is just awful. They made a mistake, took over $35 from me, did not apologize, and did not follow-through as promised. I can't believe I had to keep calling and tracking this down. It's baffling to me that you can run a business with this kind of service. I'm sorry, but you've lost a loyal customer.

I personally could've used a little more cheese, but even so, it was one of the better pastrami sandwiches I've had in Atlanta. The brisket chili was another standout -- packed with tender brisket and very little filler. If you're someone who loves a hearty, meaty chili, this is absolutely the one to try.
