The manager and attendant asked what my name was and they were going to make it again without no apology. The workers were laughing about it amongst themselves and assumed I was not watching nor paying attention to what was going on. When I finally got my orders another worker brought it to me and avoided eye contact with me and just laid it on my table and didn't apologize then either. I ate my food to give me time to cool down a little and also give them an opportunity to apologize again but the later did not happen. When I finished I asked to speak to the manager and asked what happened and tried to explain why I was a little upset and they still did not apologize even when I told them all I wanted was an "I'm sorry this happened" or something for my inconvenience or anything. Multiple issues occurred here besides the mistake they made. 1) my name was never called out. 2) the other guy got my order and his and even took the extra food with him in a to go bag. 3) the employees were all snickering about the situation 4) I never was apologized to 5) the manager didn't take responsibility for their mistake and said it was my fault for not hearing my name called when it was never called! 6) and I payed full price for a meal that I had so many issues with.
