We love jersey mikes, and when this one opened up almost walking distance from us we were very excited. They often have promos or events going on through the app, and while others have complained about orders being incorrect we have not had anything missed or short in the dozen plus times we've stopped here. They can get busy at times but at no point have I felt the restaurant is dirty or the workers be sitting around. read more

I love Jersey Mikes, but I always have a bad experience with this location. It's the closest to my house and I was starving so I decided to give it another try. I placed an online order and requested "bacon on the side please". I waited over 15 mins for my sandwich and when I finally got it I checked inside, and it had the bacon inside. I was already hungry so I decided to remove the bacon myself when I got home. As I was eating my sandwich I noticed a light brown/blonde hair, it ruin my whole appetite. I tried to pull it out but I had to open my sandwich to do so, it was under all the veggies. It's so disappointing. read more

We've been wanting to try a Jersey Mike's sub for a couple months since they opened one near us. Tonight we finally did it. We all (4) ordered our sandwiches online. What we got was not worth repeating. Items we paid extra for weren't even on our sandwiches. I ordered a California Club (the avocado makes it "California style"). Well I guess they forgot it. Oh wait, no they didn't. It was only on one side of the sandwich, not both like normal people would do. We asked for pepperoni, that was forgotten, one of the bread selections (something with rosemary) was not good tasting and they don't have "dimensions" on their bread. Mini, regular and gigantic. I'm guessing that's 4", 8" and 12". We got the regular size not knowing it was NOT a footlong. When my Hubby went to pick it up he mentioned that it looked like a bunch of teenagers worked there and they looked like they could care less if they made your food right. Apparently so. So we love Danny DeVito, but this is absolutely NOT a Sub Above anything. Highly doubt we'll ever go back. read more

I think I'm a glutton for punishment as I keep ordering food from this place, knowing my online order will be at least 10 minutes late. When I do come in for my order, they're still working on it.. but not really because it's sitting on the counter half-made as the person who was making it is doing something else. Or that time when I actually have to tell the person who is making it not to put a specific condiment on the already late sandwich and then that person gets upset by it (even re-reading the order receipt). I want to reiterate what has already been mentioned on other reviews - they tend to use dirty wash cloths to wipe down the counter. Do they not have their food safety cards? Wtf? Are they in short supply of clean cloths? It seems the only person who knows how to do anything is the tatted dude with, I think, Link from Zelda on his neck. I came in with my daughters this evening, and Vander greeted us with such a cheerful personality. He was so polite to my daughters and me and prepared our sandwiches just as we wanted them. While eating, he asked us if the sandwiches were good and if we needed anything. Honestly, he was genuinely attentive and cared about his customers. This is a review of the Jersey Mike's franchise but this location has all the same issues. Every time I think it would be a good idea to come here, even with what looks like a short line, I spend an inordinately long time waiting for food. There were 4 team members working today with 6 sandwiches ahead of me and it took more than 30 minutes in line for, let's be honest, a totally unremarkable sandwich. They were trying to keep up with DoorDash and the lobby traffic using only the lobby make line. Jimmy John's makes a better sandwich much quicker. I don't know how this franchise is still in business and I probably won't be back. read more

I've tried this location 4 times since I've bought a house in the 89131 area. I don't feel safe eating the food they make at this location, I always go to the Cheyenne location. I went to this location at 4:00pm on 7-12-25. Their chubs of loosed u wrapped meat were thrown on existing sealed chubs of meat, disgusting and gross. The person making the sandwich DID NOT wash their hands after using the register, they went back to my sandwich and started putting lettuce on my sandwich.....GROSS!! It took 35 minutes to make the sandwich and the place had 5 customers in the store. The people that called their sandwiches in on the phone were waiting too. The associates were friendly, but the business is ran very poorly. It's been two years since I've eaten at this location. I'll try it again I n two or three years from now. Hopefully it will be ran by different owners that care about their business. This is a Filthy and dirty place, I don't trust them with my health. I'm contemplating calling the health department. I'm certain that the health department has been called on this location before. I was so hungry I ate the sandwich and haven't gotten ill yet. Horrible. So disorganized. Got the order wrong every step of the way from ordering to toppings to the check. I don't think I have ever had an order so screwed as I have here. Ordered a giant, got a regular Order wheat, got rosemary Ordered a club, forgot the bacon Orders a kids, charged us for a tiny but it was the same size as the other kids sandwich I ordered. Mixed up toppings on the different sandwiches Soda machine was broken On top of that, a customer in the store had to write out his online order because it they didn't have it. Trust the reviews This man try to clean off the slicer with a dirty rag & with the same gloves, make my sandwich, & guilt trip me for coming in late. Should have believed previous reviews! This locations service was terrible. My son and I were only customers when we walked in, first time going to this location. Ordered 2 subs nothing fancy, younger man who took our order had no professionalism or personality. Just blank stares and spoke as if he was irritated he had to even utter any words to you at all. Someone came in behind us that they were obviously familiar with so they started making both orders even though they hadn't started my son's hot sandwich. I waited in front of the counter with the veggies for my second sandwich and they stared at me, I said I have another sandwich I was waiting for. They said yeah we're making it and to go to the register.I moved down, they finished the order for the guy who came in after me and then got my second sandwich off the grill. Wrapped it up and handed it to me, I said I hadn't put any veggies on it and they said oh is that why you were standing there, we don't do hit sandwiches like that, veggies are told before we cook it. Never once was i asked what I wanted on my hot sandwich and even told them I had another and they told me to move. So I paid $12 for a sandwich with meat and cheese on it. And they said there's only 2 of us, remind you again we were only customers when we arrived. We have been to this location multiple times since they've opened. The store initially was great but the last two times have been subpar and I don't think we will be back. Last time placed an order in the app and went to pick it up and had to wait 15-20 for them to make bread (30-40 min total time since we placed the order). This last time today I placed the order at 230pm. Went in at 3:00pm and it wasn't ready so I was expecting having to wait again. Nope, completely out of white bread! I asked if I could get a refund for the order and the manager stated he can do the refund in the pos system later as he was busy! Really!? You guys can't fulfill my order that was placed a half hour ago and you can't make it right by issuing the refund then? Stated to leave my name and number and will do it later. I did so as I have no other option but also submitted a request to corporate as this is ridiculous! I'm hoping we actually get our refund or we will be doing a chargeback with our credit card. I've never left a Yelp review before but needed to stop and take the time tonight. I was blown away by the customer service at this location. I walked in around 8:30pm and was only in there for about five minutes. There were other customers ordering and picking up and the team was fantastic. They were friendly, enthusiastic and engaging, all the while, focused on working efficiently and quickly. I am franchise owner as well and I don't know where you found these young people but I'm super jealous!! Their training is spot on. Kudos to you and the team! Then, they gave us the wrong bread & made the sandwiches completely incorrect. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is terrible and rude, too. I should have left after the man in front of me had his sandwich completely incorrect and waited far too long as well and all the staff did was tell him to have a great day. While the staff did speak when we entered the restaurant, that was the only thing that went right. While my sub was being made, the young man making the sub was talking to other staff, as well as customer in line behind us. His conversation on skate boarding and other personal conversations was the focus to the point that a sub that I didn't order was made. If the young man making the sub was not so focused on talking, then he would have made the sub correctly. Let's not forget the young lady sanitizing the counter with a dirty white cloth. The cloth run up against the top of the sub roll for my sub. This should have NEVER happened. This is a health code violation!!! All of the toppings need a lid on them. The tomatoes looked over ripe and mushy, the lettuce was soggy and some of it was light brown. The pickles had mayonnaise and something red in them. The cashier noticed that the sub maker, the young man, made the wrong sub for us. Instead of remaking the entire sub, the young man starts taking the sub apart and taking off stuff that wasn't supposed to be on it rather than remake the sub. At this point, we decided not to purchase anything. ALL of the workers made it seem like we were the problem when they were more concerned about having personal conversations with other staff and their friend that was waiting in the line. The young lady behind the counter that put the toppings on asked the person in front of me a question. The man stated that he didn't hear what she was saying, as she and the other staff were chatting with each other. The person making the subs was talking loud and laughing with his friend who was behind us in line. Instead of the young lady repeating what she said to the man in front of me, she told him nevermind and walked off. Hopefully, this is not indicative of the staff for Las Vegas's newest Jersey Mike's location. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

Stopped in to Jersey Mikes Skye Canyon location for lunch today. Vander was so helpful on recommendations, he let me know I can customize my sandwiches to my likings. He recommended the red pepper chili flake sauce to add to my cold cut and it was 10/10! Malik killed it on the grill for #26 Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and asked how we liked our food after we finished! He informed us that the meats are sliced, bacon is cooked and the cookies are made daily to ensure freshness. The cookie was amazing, chocolate chip was so soft and delicious! The amount of chocolates chips was just perfect. The entire staff was super friendly! The food was fresh and delicious! Restaurant was clean and well put together! I ordered three separate sandwiches on the phone and read off the exact order for each sandwich. They messed up two of the sandwiches, forgetting ingredients or adding on. One of them I specifically ordered was a club sandwich which is turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, and mayo. I only got turkey, provolone, and ham on it. Another sandwich I ordered without cheese and they put cheese on it. The manager that I talked to was really kind though and understood the situation. I really appreciate that. I come in about once a week and every time I come in, there is a young guy either working the cash register or the slicer. He is constantly sick and always wiping his nose. A few weeks ago when I came in, he was at the cash register and he wiped his nose then proceeded to bag my items. this week I went in to get a few subs. He happened to be at the slicer when I ordered and he sneezed three different times on the top part of his glove, then proceeded to slice the meat. The entire time he was making the sandwiches he kept wiping his nose with the top part of the glove or sneezing on the top of his arm or hand. I was honestly so grossed out that I did not end up ordering myself a sub. The ironic thing about this is that every time I go in and he is there, he seems to be sick or has an issue with wiping his nose all the time to where it is extremely noticeable. I can't be the only one who has noticed this, especially because he does it right as he is making your sandwiches. If you are going to sneeze on your arm or be constantly wiping your nose, and you need to change your gloves each time. If you are sick, then you should not be at work, especially in the food service industry. read more
