Food is absolutely delicious every time. Fast drive through. Orders have been made correctly and are of nice quality.

Just got 4 sandwiches and paid 57.00 the one sandwich had a torn out spot on the top piece of bread! Why would you use a piece of beard like that wow! Won't be going there any time soon hope the other jimmy johns are better!.

Every time I come to this location i go through the drive thru and when i order I am interrupted about 7 times. ALL by the same lady. This lady messes up my order every single time. Then today I'm pulling up to pay and her mask is under her nose. So now I have her breathing all over my food and my hand and my credit card during a Covid surge. Like how is she even able to continue working here. EVERY TIME I come she cuts me off during my order, then reads it back correctly then my food is 100% wrong when I get home. And what can I do about it? Nothing because I'm home and I'm sure as shit not walking into that jimmy John's where they clearly don't take Covid protocols seriously. Husband ordered a Vito with no oil or vinegar, no lettuce, add mustard and peppers. He got a sandwich DRENCHED in oil and covered in lettuce AND they ADDED tomatoes and did not add mustard.

I eat at this Jimmy John's all the time even though it's been a bit never had an issue till now. Lettuce looks like saurkraut, and bread was hard as a rock! I'm super disappointed, and this cost me almost $9.00

One of the reasons I drive out of my area for Jimmy John's is their consistently fresh baked bread...well I am very disappointed with my order today. I believe the bread they used had to be days old. It was hard and inedible. i ditched the bread and ate the meats, but it just wasn't the same. i also didn't notice extra onions or pickles which were requested. I'll think twice before I try them again. Looks like Jersey Mike's will get my business. I would have taken it back for a refund, but it's too out of way to go back.

NOT "Freaky fast"!

I stop by several times a week, and the service is ALWAYS fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I absolutely love the staff here, and Gabby always remembers me and knows my order. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They take the time to have genuine conversations and remember their regulars, which is especially impressive considering how many people they see throughout their shifts. My usual go-tos are the Burstin' Blue Raspberry, the Coconut Macadamia BDE, or honestly any of the Best Drinks Ever since they're dairy-free. But lately, I've been completely obsessed with the Iced Pumpkin Chai. SO good! This location has some of the best service, and I'm always happy to come back.

After several ads, I thought I'd finally pay another NLV visit for their pumpkin spice. We ordered the Pumpkin Pie Best Drink Ever and the Pumpkin Dream Puff. Both were incredibly disappointing this morning. Neither had any hint of pumpkin spice. No cinnamon nor nutmeg. And the "Best Drink Ever" was SO watery! I've never wished so badly for a milkier coffee. It wasn't one bit creamy, and I left feeling like I'd wasted $20.

While I had Cheddar Shoestring Fries, she enjoyed Shoestring Fries topped with Cheese Sauce. And while she ordered and liked Shrimp and Fries, I was enraptured by a great Italian Beef Sandwich with Green Bell Peppers, White Onions, and melted Provolone Cheese dipped in hot and savory Au Jus. Although it was not needed, I also finished off a large Chicago Dog holding a wiener with a distinctive snap that was classically prepared with a Dill Pickle Spear, Yellow Mustard, Emerald Relish, White Onions, Sport Peppers, and Celery Salt loaded inside a supple Poppy Seed Bun. In keeping with Windy City tradition, I did not add any Tomato Ketchup. Our server brought drinks and food to our table, and she was very welcoming and responsive to our needs for more napkins and a soft drink refill. The restaurant offers both a cash discount and a military discount, which we appreciated. This remains a great place to indulge in several choices of comfort food.

It's not half pound hamburger…read more Today, August 12, 2026, I purchased a half pound hamburger to-go at Great Links restaurant, as shown in my attached receipt. The cook ripped me off. It's not a half pound hamburger. It's a 1/3 pound. I knew it wasn't a half pound before I left the restaurant but I didn't want to say anything because they might do something to my food, and I already asked him twice if it was a half pound and he said yes. They have an open kitchen so the customer can see the food cooking behind the counter. Therefore, I could see it wasn't a half pound hamburger on the grill but he insisted it was. So when I arrived home I weighed the hamburger to make sure it was a half pound. It's not a half pound hamburger, as shown in my images. I paid for a half pound hamburger as shown in my receipt here, but they made me a 1/3 pound instead. They only sell two size hamburgers, 1/3 pound and 1/2 pound. They sold me the 1/3 pound after I paid for the 1/2 pound and after I verified twice with the cook that he was grilling the correct hamburger (It looked like a 1/3 pound on the grill while cooking instead of 1/2 pound so I verified with him that he was grilling the correct hamburger, and he said yes it's a half pound). The cook thinks the customer doesn't know the difference between a 1/2 pound hamburger and a 1/3 pound hamburger. Well we do know the difference. I also tried to pay with credit card but the cashier wanted to swipe my card himself because they don't have a dedicated swipe machine for the customer, so the cashier has to handle our credit card. There also was a handwritten sign on the counter that said they prefer cash. So to avoid the cashier handling my credit card, I paid with cash instead even though I do prefer to pay with my credit card so I can keep track of my spending, but its ok. That's not the problem. The only problem was that the cook ripped me off with the half pound hamburger. This is the second time I ate here since they opened. And this will be the last time because they ripped me off on my 1/2 pound hamburger. Sixteen (16) ounces are in one pound. The hamburger should weigh at least 8 ounces for it to be a half pound hamburger. The attached image shows the hamburger they sold me was only 5.4 ounces and it had grilled onions on top that I never ordered. It's suppose to have a plain uncooked onion ring, not greasy grilled onions. The grilled onions alone with all the grease it was fried in probably weighed another ounce, so the hamburger was really only 1/4 pound or 4 ounces as shown in the attached images. I'm posting this because the out of town owner should be aware that his cook is ripping people off on the 1/2 pound hamburger purchases. This is the type of case class-action attorneys like to file. He should correct the problem by properly weighing the hamburgers. See images. End.

I got an assortment of all of the pastries they were offering that day and also purchased a loaf of their sourdough. The star was definitely the cinnamon roll that came with a side of delicious cream cheese frosting. The various croissants were also good but not remarkable. I was very confused about the sourdough when I got home. I do bake sourdough at home myself so I am very familiar with the process and taste profile. My husband and I both thought this bread tasted like regular yeast bread as it didn't have the tang nor the consistency of sourdough. I would not have opted to pay $10 for a loaf of regular country bread. All in all, the bakery is solid but i did not understand the hype reviews. If I had to choose one item here, I'd go for the cinnamon roll.

Comes with hash browns. See pics. Enjoyed it but wished there was a hotter pepper to add over the Jalapeno. The hot sauce was ok but not the same. The hash browns are on the "raw" side which went well with the Omelet - for my taste that day. I vary depending on what I'm having - and this time, it was nice not being well done.
