First time going, and it was a very pleasing experience. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very nice, especially one of the workers named Ryan. I asked for his name so I can write in the review because I truly believe, I have never been to an establishment with such a kind a worker. Once the food came out it just got even better. Ugh. I should have believed the reviews. I got there at 8:45pm and they close at 9pm. Which "should" mean that they're OPEN until 9pm. As soon as I walked in it, I knew I wasn't welcome. All the food was put away, wrapped in plastic. The slicer was cleaned. I ordered my sandwiches and got an attitude from the high-school kid that you could cut with a knife. There were three high-school kids there and they were ALL put out. They were out of tomato's and bread. I skipped the tomato's and they went into the back to rummage around a dumpster to get me bread, I'm sure. I should have paid attention to the clown making my sandwiches because when I got home, I found a few slices of meat on bread. Not my normal sandwich which I get all the time so I can tell that a LOT was missing. I'm willing to bet that the slicer doesn't get cleaned again after I left. Probably a quick wipe down to make it look passable and with just enough food material on it to make the first customers sick tomorrow. These dopey kids think that they're so clever mumbling and making faces at each other, as if I'm not noticing it. Kids, I've been on this planet DECADES before you were a gleam in your father's eyes so I've seen it before and believe me, you're not getting away with anything. Late Friday night, I placed an online order, selecting same day and within 20 minutes I would pick it up. After I paid, it said it was for the following night!! I drove there to get a credit, but the guy on the grill came over and offered to make the sandwiches right then for me. I could not thank him enough! And, my sandwiches were made just how I placed the order for them! I wish I got his name so I could have called to let a manager know the outstanding service he provided me. read more

Some of you that follow me on a regular already know I love me some Jersey Mike's. But.....this parking lot situation is SO stupid! Let me see if I can paint a descriptive picture for you all. In a parking lot which is all but closed off by a moat of a sidewalk sits a series of suites in factory outlet form. To get inside this lot, you can only enter (and exit) through one side only. This opening is only accessible via the side road it sits on. Which means you obviously can't get directly to the stores in question from Hollis street or whatever it's called. Now, this would be bad enough on its own. But then...you get inside the parking lot only to be greeted by myopically designed two way paths which seem to suspiciously mimic a downtown-esque situation. A cornucopia of limiting, claustrophobia inducing pathways which ultimately serve to accommodate the drive-thru of the almighty Starbucks. *bows sarcastically* Still, despite the fact that the architects of this place could have very easily given Starbucks its own island of a building so folks wouldn't have to drive around the entire block just to get to the friggin sandwich shop, Jersey Mike's still makes some pretty slammin' sandwiches. Their location seems to be the biggest inconvenience. This is even seen with their delivery. It takes a bit longer (and costs a bit more) to receive an order because of where we are versus where they're located. I dunno. It seems to me like Jersey Mike's would have done better being located somewhere on Amherst street, but whatever. Everything else on the inside looks pretty much the same. It's a chain, so JM is pretty consistent with their menu items. Biggest negative though is their ridiculous location. I'm gonna give this Jersey Mike's in Hudson 3 super cramped parking lots with a drive thru line long enough to block traffic out of 5. read more

We have been a few times. When we first started going the subs were plentiful, fresh, and good. Last couple visits were not as good at all. Subs were very skimpy, not much meat at all. All of the people behind the counter looked mad and like they did not wat to be there. Guy who took our order just grunted a few times and was not pleasing to work with at all. I got 2 "large" subs and the subs were literally 6" subs which is half of what subway offers. I spent over $30 for 2 "subs" and a drink which turned out to be $3+ for a 20oz drink that costs literally $1:50. I got shit sized subs and and a $1 drink and was was extremely overpriced. Went to the Jersey Mike's Sub new place on Amherst ST in Nashua on Saturday, 3 AUG at 6:51PM. I ordered a Giant #7 Turkey/Provolone sub. Got HALF the meat that I get from any other Jersey Mike's. ALSO: was charged for a #13 Italian that I did not order. Got that refunded. Noticed when I got home that the 50% coupon that appeared to register on the scanner, did not credit on my bill, so I paid full price for half the meat that I would get from ANY other Jersey Mike's. The food at Jersey Mike's is generally good. Only issue at Hudson location is online ordering. Seems they prioritize in person orders and at times 15 min after order is scheduled to be completed they have not started and it's faster to order in person. 5 visible people working but not really working in sync. Otherwise a great shop but would be really helpful to invest in your team and consistent experience. read more

The crew at store 37002 did an excellent job preparing my #13 The Original Italian Giant sandwich. I believe Kai sliced the meat, Chase prepared the sandwich and Spencer finished preparing a large order of Hot Sandwiches and Danny helped throughout the store. I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They are all very professional while being nice and courteous to all of the customers in the store. I haven't eaten at a Jersey Mike's for years. Door dashed tonight and requested no onion on a 16 dollar sub. The sub arrived with onions. I'm allergic. It's a basic request. My door dash credit was about 50% what I paid. Not happy. We waited in direct eyesight of the person telling us this, had given the name and waited twenty more minutes until we approached the counter again and then order had been sitting there a while, we saw them place it on a rack. Do you think I want to eat this? A hair sandwich... Seriously. I am beyond disbelief at the moment. I was expecting a quality J Mikes meal and instead I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich full of hair. I would rather have a feeding tube connected to my stomach for the next 35 years then eat the disgusting abomination of a sandwich I was handed. Ordered a BLT and there is more lettuce in the sub than any bacon. More like a LT sub. Some of their new hires should try to makes subs how they were when the location first opened. I've wanted to try Jersey Mike's for awhile and they seem to be popping up more and more in my area so go figure I tried one far from home in New Hampshire. I picked a bad time as it was close to lunch and packed. This is a place you should order ahead for pick-up for sure. I was uneasy waiting in line for almost half an hour. It was pretty slow going despite the fact there were at least 7 people working in the background. I wanted the California cheese steak which is listed on their online menu but this location said they didn't make that sandwich when I got up to order. I ended up going with the regular Philly chicken cheese sub. I liked the rosemary parmesan bread but the fillings in the sandwich weren't that great. I added on pickles and tomatoes. The whole thing was small (especially for the price - almost $10 for a regular size) and messy. The chicken was not that great but I did like whatever special sauce they used. Food was just okay - line was outrageous. If I go to another location I will 100% order in advance. read more

We ended up getting the #9 Club Supreme Giant and there was enough for two people to have two meals. There was a bit of a line but it moved along pretty well but got confusing near the end as people with pickup merged in too. Overall the meal was good and I think after a few months (it just opened) things will be smoother. Went to jersey mikes for the first time at the Hudson no location ordered mikes famous philly #17 No Onions! Got back to work and my sub was just steak with tons of onions!!!!!! Out nine bucks!!! Well no lunch at work today. Went there again the next week on my lunch break Ordered mikes famous Philly #17 No Onions when I got the sub this time I asked the girl no onions Right she said #17 with onions had no time to wait for them to make again I asked for my nine bucks back she asked for a receipt I said you did not give me one. Well no lunch at work again out another 9 bucks for a total 18 bucks Wasted. The problem is the girls taking the orders at the counter constantly interrupted me while I was trying to order . While waiting for my wrong sub I noticed her interrupting everyone trying to place an order. And at least 4 people came back in with wrong orders. New Jersey Milke's just opened in Hudson NH today! I have never been to a Jersey Mike's before so was excited to try. A big crowd of folks behind the counter taking care of the customers, moving the line fast, getting operations off the ground quite well. Lots of people to help. Every sub made to order. The #13 Italian is absolutely delicious - this sub really stands out as a Jersey Mike's specialty - it will be hard not to get that every time. Mike's Famous Philly steak and cheese was well prepared and tasted good but not a big differentiator from other sub shops. Tuna sub was ok - a little mayonaisy but its the first day. Overall result was quite a good lunch. Looking forward to the next trip already. read more
