I ordered through the App to pick up my order. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was the only customer there at the time. I let the employee know I was picking up an order and she said she was finishing it. A minute later she handed me my sandwiches. We didn't have much interaction but she was pleasant. The place was super clean and tidy with calming beach decor. I ordered a Turkey and Provolone for me and The Original Italian for my BF. We both really enjoyed our sandwiches. The two gentlemen working Wednesday, August 19th from around 12-12:50 pm today were amazing ! They worked like a team and their energy was infectious. Ofc the food was so good ! i got a turkey provolone and 2 big kahunas, but you could tell they make things with intention . They work quickly and greet you warmly ! Even so nice to say " drive safely out there ". I'm a long time Jersey Mikes fan and the ONLY reason I'm giving this location 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:04pm on a Saturday and my order wasn't taken until 12:40pm, with only 3 other customers in front of me. The poor girls working were so overwhelmed with online orders coming in and trying to keep some type of systems going, they apologized to every customer coming in that they were backed up. I feel so bad for them! They mentioned to one customer who asked "if someone called out" that "no, due to their budget they are only allowed to have 2 on staff." Come 12:30pm the girls mentioned that their manager was supposed to be in at 12:30 and he still hadn't arrived when I finally left at 12:45pm. I told them that I would mention to him when he walked through the door that you guys needed more help, but the manager never showed. The sandwich was delicious and the girls were SO courteous to every customer coming through the door, even though I watched at least 10 people get out of line and leave due to the wait. This review is strictly to their management, 40+ min to wait in line at a "fast dining" establishment was unacceptable .... 2 people working during the "lunch rush" was unacceptable and the 2 girls working carried their weight best they could but this is a management issue and poor scheduling! read more

Clean, fresh, easy! Zack the sandwich man didn't disappoint either. Kid took care of us on a birthday with another family member at the hospital. Treated us like we were at a Michelin star restaurant and new from the visitor tags what we went through. He was proud of the sandwiches he made, but the roast beef isn't as good as his mamas! Ordered 2 Philly cheese steaks for my wife and I . They did not look any thing like the one's advertised on tv. Lacking cheese , peppers and onions. I love me some Jersey Mike's!!!! I'm so glad there's one close to home!! I love their sandwich menu!!! They have their cold and hot sandwiches. There's really something for everyone. I love the Italian. It comes with all provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. I always choose to get it "Mike's way" with all the veggies and the "juice", which is oil and vinegar. It's so filling. Even the mini is a good size. The hubby always gets the chicken Philly, which is exactly what it sounds like. It's pretty good with a huge portion of meat. The service is awesome. All the employees are so nice and friendly. Love this Jersey Mike's location. The staff are always friendly and greet you every time you walk in. The sandwiches are prepared to order and they always make you feel that you can have it your way (though they always offer Mike's way), it never feels like an inconvenience to have your sandwich made the way you like. I'm a finicky eater so I appreciate that they make me feel like serving me what I like, just the way that I like it is always a priority and pleasure for them. There are a couple of other locations near this one but I ALWAYS prefer this location due to the welcoming customer service that exudes from the staff at this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

GO TO THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEW AND SEE THE SAME ISSUE! The Younger Black girl RIKENA tried to round up my check for the donation and didn't ask me about it. It was nearly 95 cents rounded up. I caught it and made her remove it and RIKENA got a bad attitude with me! I asked her if she does this to everyone and she said oh it just slipped. But RIKENA has been doing this as far back as March according to the other review with the same issue. I will be calling the store and speaking to the manager directly. SHE IS STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THEIR CHARITABLE TAX DONATION DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT! Wonder if the employees receive an incentive for getting more donations? This is the best location to eat. Ask for Murphie, to accommodate your allergy needs. I have celiac and she made sure everything was cleaned to prevent cross-contamination. I ordered by Ubereats so this was a delivery. I will say, the quality of the 2 sandwiches were good if I requested them made Mikes way. Unfortunately, I ordered the 2 sandwiches both with banana peppers, pickles and red pepper spread added and neither sandwich had any of those on them. It is just kind of disappointing to think I have to actually be physically there to make sure my sandwich is made to the specifications I requested. Those additions are what make me really love the sandwiches so while like I said, the quality wasn't bad, it was not what I wanted. Just please take peoples orders as if they were there telling you each item to be put on the sandwich. Just because that person isn't there shouldn't effect how you treat their requests. I tried this location instead of my usual store to see if this one would be a good new place for me to give my business but I don't see any reason to do that if something as simple as what I want on my sandwich can't be respected. read more
