Preordered Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak 1st time at a Jersey Mikes Taste: 5 stars It was delicious! We went in today 7/3 in the late afternoon to get 2 sandwiches. 3 people were working, a young Hispanic man, a young black man, and an older Hispanic woman who had trouble with English. We ordered from the young black man. The Young Hispanic man asked us to go ahead and pay even though they had not made the sandwiches yet. While paying, the young black man put a sandwich down in front of the older Hispanic woman who asked what I wanted on it. I told her and she made it. Then the young black man said that wasn't my sandwich, it was for my friend who ordered after me. He said he made it first because it was easier. The older Hispanic woman then scraped the toppings off including trying to scrape ranch off the bun. Then asked my friend what he wanted on his sandwich. He asked if they could remake the sandwich as it had vinegar and oil and ranch on the meat, which he did not want. The young Hispanic male then said "what, you can't tell the difference between the two sandwiches?" I explained it was the young black man's fault for making the order behind me first. The young black man said it was our fault for not knowing what sandwich was placed down. We then said we didn't want the sandwiches and were leaving. The young black man decided to tell us F-U! on our way out. Unbelievable! Those two young men should be fired. The older lady should be retrained. I called my bank to do a charge back for the sandwiches we never received. We will never be back at this location EVER! I SUGGEST EVERYONE STAY AWAY! read more

Was greeted with stare and mean face expression. While ordering attendant didn't ask what we wanted on our subs and when I asked for toasted bread the attendant told the cook "burn that sh*t" whilst I was ordering. Once we received our order it was sloppily packaged and inedible. read more

This store will not read your order customization! I have asked for a cheesesteak sandwich twice from this location both times no peppers, add bacon. The first time they did not add the bacon I paid extra for, the second there was no bacon and there was peppers! Unacceptable and a waste of money read more

I really enjoy Jersey Mike's. This location however is terrible about managing their online orders and the employees have a lot of attitude and could careless about helping you . read more

I struggled with a recent order through DoorDash from this location. Jersey Mike's was a request from a coworker and we were celebrating a special day for him. First, the DoorDash website would not complete the order. It was early, so I called the restaurant to ask if they used other services, or if there was a delivery alternative. The person who answered the phone did not but asked the manager. He was berated for asking the question and I was informed to take up my problems with DoorDash, not them. If not for our special request, I would have gone to a different restaurant on the spot. I tried DoorDash on an iPad through the app and got my transaction to complete. The Dasher was great, even calling ahead about my confusing building. When she left, I discovered that I only had half my order. I called her back and she said there was no other bag, so I tried calling Jersey Mike's again. This time I called 20x with no answer. I understand it's busy at lunchtime, but you have a lot of my money and I have no food. I imagine those other sandwiches were still sitting there, but their incompetence didn't allow them to see their mistake. I went back to DoorDash and was only allowed to cancel those items. I did that and placed a new order. Even though I started this transaction at 10 am, we could not eat lunch until 12:30. Fortunately, the missing food was the hot sandwiches. When we finally got it, they were piping hot & tasty. I definitely won't be going back to Jersey Mike's on Lemmon. read more

Order was stolen. Received no notice until after store closed. Junk franchise. And ofc, junk Uber eats.

This is my respite for when I'm missing a good old fashioned Jersey deli. The crew here (Lemmon Ave) are friendly and they work fast! I am partial to turkey and provolone (Mike's way) but might try something else on next visit! read more

I enjoyed my sandwich. The service was good and the location was clean. Not the best sandwich I've ever had, but I'd eat here again.

The service at this location was atrocious - do not recommend online ordering and they messed up order several times. This location is probably one of the worst I have been to. Go to a separate location. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Number 7 - Sandwiches Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I absolutely love jerseys mikes at one point in time I ate it 14 days straight twice a day but this location is a disgrace to the other jerseys mikes I've been to. The bread is constantly stale and I've been at this location 5-6 times maybe. I do not recommend going to this location hopefully they figure it out soon but I won't be giving them another chance. read more

Jersey Mikes makes a good traditional sub. I've gone to the Greenville location for years but was glad that one opened up on Lovers close to my work. The employees are all pretty cool and friendly when you come in. For me, what has always made Jersey Mikes are the good ingredients. Their thinly sliced onions taste great. Pickles are thick, high quality chunks. Nice bread. And RIPE tomatoes...red like I like 'em. However, the freshly sliced meats and cheeses are what really do it for me. Plus, there is nothing like the nervous feeling I get while watching the guy slice the meat right in front of me. I really don't want to talk to him too much in case I distract him and he eff's up and slices a fingertip off, but yet he's always chatting me and others up. I like the #8 Club for a cold sandwich, but usually leave off the bacon. Recently started getting the cheese-steaks which are really tasty, but a little hit or miss depending on who makes them. Sometimes they've been half-assed in my opinion, but the chipotle one is addicting. Cookies? Cheap-think around 3 for a dollar, but not the best I've had. Finally, if someone can explain what happened to the other numbered items on the menu? They go up to like #56, but there are only something like 16 sandwiches? Maybe they're numbered like a sports team or something? Just picked their fav numbers for each sandwich? Oh, and if you go a lot, get the stamp card and you can earn free sandwiches all the time. read more

When I ordered, I felt like I was getting ripped off. Over $7 (including $1 tip for the cheery sandwich makers) for a basic turkey sandwich? (I'm lactose intolerant, so I said no cheese.) Well, the friendly people working here made it somewhat better. Still, I was having my doubts as I took the bag and walked out of the store. I ate this basic turkey sandwich about 8 hours later, as my dinner, while working a moonlighting shift in the ER. By that time, I was afraid it would be soggy from the "Mike's Way" oil-and-vinegar dressing. Surprisingly, it tasted fresh as could be. And delicious. Granted, pretty much anything tastes delicious if you have enough time to actually sit down and eat dinner while working in the ER. However, I was pretty happy. Plus, the "regular" size ended up being so big that I was able to save the other half for another meal. We'll see how it tastes 24+ hours after production. I'm betting it'll be just fine. I like how they slice the meats in front of you here. Kinda makes you feel like you're ordering at a real deli (a la Jimmy's Food Store), except it's a chain. But they really do their best to make it less like a chain and more like a neighborhood deli. read more

The sandwiches are great the cleanliness is acceptable, but the Pepsi machine makes the most horrible sound, a continuous sound the bores into your brain until you can no longer think. Seriously someone needs to do something about this, I will be taking my sandwich to go next time will not be eating in store. read more

I've been coming here for awhile now, I like the fact the people are always friendly. They have a pretty straight forward menu with a decent selection of sandwiches for you. The service is always good and sandwiches are made quickly, but well. The ingredients are always fresh to me and prepared the way I like it. The place is always very clean and I enjoy the large windows in the front. Great place for a quick lunch! read more

This sub shop is always point on. All meats and breads are fresh so you never get a bad sandwich or salad. The staff appears very hygiene conscious and the shops are are always clean. When I can't decide lunch or dinner I stop in to see them. Once you've tried them it's a no brainer. Toppings always fresh and clean also. Stop in at the shop on Lemmon Ave in Dallas. read more

Confusing ordering and service. Was told order was ready by the cook and while I was waiting to check out, the cashier gave my order to someone else, who promptly walked out the door. I was not sure of what to do as it was only my second time there. The cashier told me to wait until my order was ready, which I thought it was, so to avoid any confrontation, I walked out empty handed. I'm not interested in doing business with them. read more

It was a terrible ordering experience over the phone. I placed and paid for 2 catering boxes and got off of the phone. I decided to call right back to inquire about the type of cheese that would be on the sandwiches, that is when I hear a loud ghetto voice in the background saying " I KNOW SHE AINT CHANGING HER ORDER". I immediately advised the rep on the phone that I was not changing my order that actually I was going to add on another sandwich but now I will keep my order as is so that I wouldn't further upset the staff. The loud ghetto voice I heard in the background jumped on the phone and continued her rude antics. I apologized and advised I would be there at 1 pm to pick up my order . This was such a negative experience. If I hadn't already paid for my meal I would have canceled. It makes you wonder what they are going to do to my food. I definitely will not be a return customer. read more

Really delicious sub!!! I had the Chicken Philly Cheese Steak. Hot, delicious, and juicy. Good quality meat. That said, I did think it was a bit expensive-- $7.85 for regular or $13.65 for giant (and other subs were more)-- although sharing a giant between two people is probably enough, and that feels about right in terms of price. read more

Before visiting this location, I would go to Jersey Mike's on a weekly basis. During this visit, I ordered 5 sandwiches. I ordered my usual Philly cheese sandwich and when I went to eat it, it had so much grease, the bread fell apart and I had to try to eat it with a fork. When I went to check out the cashier with colored hair was so busy jamming music she was put off when I asked to check out. After correcting her 3 times on what I ordered, she ran to the back of the store to crank the music up and proceeded to dance again. read more

Great, friendly service and delicious sandwiches with super-fresh ingredients! I got the Giant Italian Sub, Mike-style (just ask them about it, or get it, it's great) and it was HUGE!! GIANT is an understatement, that sammich was chopped up into 4 pieces, and starving, breakfast-less me could barely eat three, I had to give away that last part to a friend, who agreed that it tasted delicious! 8 hours onwards (including a gym trip) and i am JUST starting to feel hungry! This place is now on the TOP of my Subs List! I'll be back to try more sammiches! :) read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Giant italian sub! Whoa, this thing is HUGE! - Sandwiches Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I've been going to this location for years, and I can't get enough. Friendly staff and generous portions on your sandwich, it's always a good decision. I never realized just how dissatisfied I was with Subway until I started eating here. At this point I'd never go back to Subway, the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are just better, all the way around. This location is always welcoming and clean. Try the Club Supreme! read more

I've been eating at this place regularly for over a year, and its great. It is always clean and bright on the inside. The staff always greets me when I coming in, and being a regular, always asks if I'll be having one of my "usuals", which for me is either the Buffalo chicken wrap or the Club Sub done Mike's Way (a combination of spices, olive oil, and red win vinegar). My food is always made fresh from quality ingredients and is out very quickly. A large selection of good chips is available, and you have to try their sweet tea. Overall, the great service, quality food, and clean environment makes for an excellent dining experience. Add in that this tradition has been kept up for over a year, and you have a place that is worth coming back to again and again. read more

I normally wouldn't review a chain place like this, but this particular location is different. The sandwich makers are absolutely the heart of the operation. Like elves on Christmas Eve, they are taking orders and cranking out wonderful little sandwiches with bits of tastiness sprinkled on top. The meat is fresh, the veggies don't look like they were last years gifts, so go try it and enjoy! Generally you can get a good little deal, sandwich, chips, drink all for less than $8...with no side effects!! The parking lot is a little tricky to enter, guess maybe for only Santa's sleigh?? read more

Great sandwich! and best service you'll find anywhere at any sandwich shop, bar none. Want your order modified? No problem. Like I said, best service I've ever had at any sandwich shop. If you are concerned about access or leaving the front parking spaces when traffic is heavy, check out the parking around back (enter off Inwood Road, northbound), drive East along the back of the the building (to your right) and park nearby the passageway that takes you to the front (Lovers Lane), right to their front door. No more excuses. Now go get your Jersey Mike's fix! read more

I am from the north east and we are used to eating some good subs, well this place took me close to home again. I am a new Dallas resident and I think this chain maybe in my new "go to sub shops" Good food and good service! read more

One of the best subs I've ever had...I got a club sandwich and I wasn't sure if I should get it "Mike's Way" because I didn't really know what it was...the lady behind the counter talked me in to it and Oh. My. God. The olive oil and vinegar and stuff that they put on it just took it to another level. I've definitely found my new permanent lunch spot! A little bit on the pricier side but let me tell you, it's well worth it. read more

This sandwich shop does it right. Everything from the amount of meat on the sandwiches to every employee working on the line! This location is hands down best in Dallas, others just don't compare. Personally I get the number 7 or 8 most of the time. With so many options to choose from you really can't go wrong. Staff is excellent and always extremely nice. Would recommend this whenever looking for a solid sandwich!! read more

There's not a sub shop that compares to Jersey Mike's! This one, in particular, is the kind of place where they remember your face and your favorite sandwich, they always take the time for a friendly greeting and take great care to give you exactly what you're craving. Eric and Sunny are the owners and are incredibly generous when working with the community. Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Don't forget to add the cherry pepper relish for an extra kick! The app or online ordering makes picking up lunch incredibly quick and easy. Best sub shop in Dallas as their customer service is the best around. read more

No AC?! Really?! Great food but I gotta sweat while I'm eating it. Cool story bro .........Your poor employees. I would of quit!

I have only been to Jersey Mike's twice in my life. I think I will just stick with WW or PB if I want a sandwich. I ordered the 43(Philly Cheesesteak with peppers, onions and cheese). My mistake for assuming they knew what type of cheese you use for cheesesteak(at least in Texas). Who in their right mind puts WHITE AMERICAN cheese on a steak sandwich?!? Evidently JM does instead of using traditional PROVOLONE cheese. Also the peppers they use are precooked caramelized sweetened peppers that they just reheat while cooking the steak. Philly's are not suppose to be sweet! Totally ruined it for me. I think JM needs to do some more research on how to make a Philly. read more
