Rude Ignorant service. I will never cross the thresholds of this Jersey Mike's again! I placed an order for six sandwiches. One particular sandwich I asked for double meat and the counter person had a fit. Literally copped an attitude. Claiming she's a little too busy for this. Why I did not walk out is beyond me. I guess I was really hungry. In the end I was charged for double meat and did not receive it. I'm Angry. If you don't want to work then just stay home like other leaches on society. Oh Jersey's Mike's - if you could only iron out quirks and be consistent. I've been going here at lunch time, during the week, since they opened until very recently. Because they offered a 'daily special' for $8 including chips and drink they were a bit better on value than others locally (Potbelly, Jimmy Johns and Subway to name a few) but they recently raised the price, with tax, to just under $10 which takes them well out of the game. I've also had some issues here which I believe are caused by management turnover. Frequently the person working register will tear off a sheet of the wrapping paper without a glove on and use their hand to place it on the counter, palm down in the center of the paper where the sandwich will go. I nicely pointed it out to the manager but even after addressing it several times, they do it still. The other issue is a cleanliness issue - the fountain pop sometimes has floating dead gnats in it. I noticed it once when I had the cream soda and pointed it out... not a good sign when the employee says "Oh I know what that is, I'll take care of it" - it demonstrates an ongoing issues of not cleaning the nozzles. The second time it happened I stopped with pop and switched to iced tea. They just need a manger to take over who is not afraid to hold people accountable. They have some really good employees who have been there a while and some others who won't adopt the consistency standards that Jersey Mike's corporate has in place. I know this b/c when they first opened, for almost a full year, they had a manager helping who lived in the northwest suburbs and it was like clockwork there. Only after he stopped running the store did the issues begin. I can't justify the price increase with the issues listed above, there are better choices nearby with better value and without the issues. I emailed the management team (Pascal) recently but based on his response I don't think he wanted to hear it. He only tried to justify the price increase in what I perceived to be an arrogant response. If you must get a JM's fix, do yourself a favor, drive to Harlem Ave in Palos, same management group but much more consistently run. read more

I walked in and was the only customer in there. The girl came out of the back asking me what i wanted i told her a giant 26 and a giant 9. 2 girls walked in that appeared to be former employees or that knew the employee that was behind the counter because me as a customer completely was forgotten about. Tell The girls to look in the back the way things were left and she wasn't going to close that way and she's leaving it because it's ridiculous. So again I asked for two giant she made me two regulars and then when I said no I want to Giants she picked the bread off of the back counter and made both of my Giants out of regular leftover bread. On my number nine I asked for Mike's way with no tomato no lettuce pickles onions and extra mayonnaise I got no pickles I'll put the picture in the bottom and then I was asked if I wanted the bacon on the sandwich the bacon comes with the sandwich there's one and a half pieces of bacon on my giant sandwich. I was never asked what I wanted on the number 26 they put tomatoes on it and that was it. Also there was a Half a slice on either side of the bacon chicken ranch the number 26 see the below pictures. I normally get chips and a soda there were very few choices of chips no barbecue chips just jalapeño ones and then Cheetos. So I took the two cookies that were left because there's no cookies either and two bottles of soda plus my two sandwiches she put my number nine the two bottles of soda and the two cookies in a bag. When the number 26 was done because of the gentleman that was making the number 26 was too involved with the customers that were coming in to visit with him that again were former employees because the kid said sorry man I just couldn't hang out couldn't do it here anymore I just wasn't happy he was handing me my single sandwich over the counter when my bag was on the other side of the register I was just standing out of the way of the other customer that came in. This is the second time I've had a horrible experience at this Jersey Mike's if you can go to any other Jersey Mike's I would read more

Used their app to order some food. Delivery was super fast, too fast. They sent us someone else's order. I called the store and they said they couldn't send the correct food, all they could do is refund the money. I don't want my mint back I want the food I ordered!! the food i ordered was delicious, we had ordered 2 cheesesteaks and 1 italian sub, living in south jersey allows me to be a sub snob, my one and only disappointment was no ketchup, none to be found in the whole shop, what was even sadder was the questioning of whether ketchup belonged on cheesesteaks at all! I was the only person in line the store was empty you would expect a new store would be neat and clean but absolute opposite slicer was filthy counters were dirty and when I asked politely if they can clean the slicer I was looked at with confusion. Ive been a customer for to many years and will be disappointed if this franchise went downhill. Staff is very friendly and their subs are great. I have a gluten allergy and every time I come they take measures to ensure my food is prepared properly. Every staff member changes their gloves, a different knife is used, the meat cutter is thoroughly cleaned, etc. Great service and allergy friendly. Their gluten free bread is very soft and tasty. I was disappointed in this location. I go to jersey mikes all the time & this location was not up to par with other locations. The bread was hard & the bacon which I wanted to add to my sandwich looked like it had been sitting out since yesterday so I didn't add it. The lettuce was wilted & before I could even figure out what I wanted on my sandwich, the employees were asking for payment. All employees were not wearing mask properly over their noses. Made an online order and I cut the line how I was suppose to and the people just ignored me they kept on taking care of people that were in line. When I finally brought up that I had online order I found out that it was not ready, I thought that was the point of ordering ahead online so it would be ready waiting for me. I've been going to Jersey Mike's for years and I have been to many locations but this Crestwood location has got to be one of the worse. The sandwich was horrible. No taste, old lettuce and slimy tomatoes. 4 people standing behind the counter snickering and giggling. I definitely will not patronize this location again. read more
