First timers. Didn't have high expectations. I ordered something "safe" the club sandwich. Got a side of the sweet pepper relish. Sandwich was yummy. Service was fast. Staff were super friendly and patient. The amount of the meat on the sandwich surprised me, as I no longer to go to subway because of the amount of meat they put. Me and my friend stopped by before our concert to grab a quick bite here and shes a more avid jersey mikes fan and she stated this was one of the best jersey mikes shes been to. I have gone to a few and have never really liked the experience/ sandwich. The service was amazing, I didnt get the name of the guy who helped us out but he made small talk and our sandwiches were one the best we had. I got a California Club and the portions were really great as well as the rosemary parmesan bread was really good and paired well. If I am every in the area and want something fresh, I will definitely making the effort to go to this location. read more

Jersey Mike's is one of those places where they don't offer a vegan option. It's crazy to me because there's a lot of vegan sandwich "meat" and "cheese" options available so I would think they could offer at least one but nope they don't. If you want a vegan sandwich, it's going to be bread and the veggie toppings/fixings. so that's what I ordered, which is not a very exciting sandwich. The bread was good. The fixings/toppings are good, what you would expect they taste like, and I like how they shred thier lettuce. but it was all drenched in oil and vinegar so the bread on the bottom became soggy way too much oil and vinegar. Next time, however, we will be choosing Jersey Mike's because we had the best experience from a welcoming and hilarious guy named Mark. For the first time in a long time, I didn't feel like I was interrupting social hour when placing my order like I do at most other quick service restaurants these days. I regularly visit jersey mikes and have always had a great experience especially at this location. today i ordered off uber eats because i am extremely under the weather. mistakes happen and i believe my correct sandwich was accidentally switched or misplaced so i received something different. i was very disappointed being sick and not eating once yet. uber eats was being pretty difficult to get a resolution so i called jersey mikes directly. i ended up speaking with the manager Tom and explaining what happened. Tom went above and beyond to make things right and made sure i got the correct sandwich. i really hope upper management and other higher ups at Jersey Mikes realize what a gem them found with Tom. how he treats customers and ensures a great customer experience is very impressive and should be recognized. thank you tom!!! read more

I visited Jersey Mike's last Wednesday after receiving a coupon from the new manager, which encouraged me to try them out. I came close to closing time, so there was no one else there, which allowed me to get a parking spot right up front. Two employees helped me with my order. I decided to ask one of them for recommendations, and he gave me a couple of choices to choose from. Ultimately, I decided on the Club Supreme since I'm a meat lover. Throughout the process of making the sandwich, the cashier was very friendly and engaged in a lot of small talk with me. When another customer came in, the other cashier took over, and he was also very pleasant. Despite the place seeming clean, I didn't want to eat there since I was the only one there and it was late, so I decided to take out instead. I found the portions to be quite large. I probably should have saved some for another day, especially since it was late at night, but it was so good that I ended up eating it all. Overall, a solid choice for a sandwich and exceptional customer service. I'm happy with my visit to Jersey Mike's. read more

Of course, the food was fresh and delicious. But, my boyfriend's son is going through suddenly possibly needing a heart transplant. My boyfriend is working so hard to help his son to survive this and heal. The person working that day asked how he was doing. My boyfriend said, "Not too great," and then told the worker a short version of the terrible situation his son is going through. When it came time to pay, the worker told him, "This sandwich is on the house." My boyfriend insisted that he could pay for this own sandwich. The worker insisted that my boyfriend not pay.
