It is no wonder the restaurant fills with guests so quickly. The dining room is not fancy or trendy, but super clean and cozy. Humorous fish and local sporting pictures hang on the wall. I had the fried fish meal. The fish is wild-caught Alaskan whitefish. The fish portion was generous (I chose not to have the sandwich). The fish was lightly battered and flakey. The creamy coleslaw was very good. And I loved that they carried unsweetened ice tea (but I could have used some fresh lemon). My husband had the daily special of ham and bean soup, fried potatoes and a beautiful corn muffin. Portions are generous. Marlin shook our hands when we left and invited us back.
