This is a neighborhood bar that has good food, and a true regular crowd on the bar side. Big tables, if you have a group of 6-8. There is a less loud dining area. Monday to Sunday daily specials, some menu items you don't normally see, frog legs and chicken livers. Don't hesitate to try this place out. The Saturday we were there there was an issue with the pizza oven so our crust was a little burnt in a few spots, and very brown on on side, but the pizza was still good, plenty of sauce, cheese , pepperoni, mushrooms. Our waitress apologized, and offered to replace it, but we said we'll take it, I like a crispy crust. The boneless wing are a hit, very good, they have a thin breading with a hit of pepper, and a hint of other spices, they are delicious naked. I got the sriracha bourbon sauce, and honey bbq, I mixed them for a perfect flavor of sweet and heat for me. Well I had to get a pork tenderloin, it was delicious too, comes with tavern chips, yum! The beer choices are from the Anheuser-Busch and Miller brand, no fancy domestic beers or imports, or local brews, but that means no expensive pints, and I rediscovered my original favorite Michelob! Wait staff is friendly and service was acceptable for a packed bar full of folks watching Big10 football. So if you're not a regular find a seat and they will get there, in a few minutes.

The menu is easy to read with all of your favorite Mexican dishes including a variety of flavored margaritas and desserts. One of my favorite things when seated, is that they provide the table with free chips & bean dip! And on top of that, they offer the most delicious & fresh self-serve salsa bar that allows you to choose the right combination for your taste, offering several flavors of salsa from mild to hot! They are closed on Monday's and open Tuesday's-Sunday's. I enjoy the Taco Tuesday specials with the Chicken hard shell taco being my favorite, my husband likes the Beef! Also, it's a fun place to enjoy a birthday dinner! The staff will sing for your birthday and provide a birthday treat! I definitely recommend this place to everyone and give them 5's!

I ordered the beef biria tacos and a margarita. Tender beef with a consommé on the side. Also this is the first time I have ever received a bowl of pureed beans on the side of the chips prior to the meal. There was a serve yourself salsa bar to go with the chips. The marg was good as well. We are going back.

I think the theme of this review is "delightfully unexpected"!…read more Tucked away in the woods of Brown County, the mere location of The Farmhouse Cafe and Tearoom is delightfully unexpected. I had anticipated my visit for a little while now but I can imagine I'd be delighted to find this spot on an adventure through the area. The vast plant nursery was also delightfully unexpected. The inside of the Farmhouse is just like a farmhouse, with the most charming interior that feels like Thanksgiving dinner with a collection of all the tables and chairs that you could find in your house to host everyone. First course, delightfully unexpected, was queso and chips! Free of charge, we were served a nice Rotel-style queso dip with multigrain chips. Yum! The tea selection is nice, it's all bagged teas that you get a small pot of. I got a salted caramel tea. Delish! Delightfully unexpected! I got the chicken salad sandwich with kettle chips. I love a chicken salad sandwich and this one hits the spot. We split a slice of peach pie for dessert that was just lovely and warmed up for us. All courses arrived pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend a stop to the Farm House on your trips to Brown County. I hope I can make more road trips in my future plans as soon as I can so I can visit again!

They deliver a bowl of warm spinach & cheese dip with stone ground chips. Very tasty. It took a little longer to be served as today was extremely busy with several large groups. Our table tried the chicken salad sandwich, ham sandwich, chicken, BLT wrap and vegetable quiche. All dishes are served with a side of potato salad, fruit or seasoned chips. The servings are plentiful and flavorful. The chicken salad is seasoned with dill and tarragon, nicely balanced. The chicken BLT was filled with chicken and bacon. The ham sandwich was a bit skimpy on the amount of ham. The quiche was a bit overcooked. All in all it was a delightful girls outing as we also walked around the flower and herb garden. We would return.
