This Jersey Mike's hit the spot on later night getting into town. Parking is nearby, but not much of it. I found the lot and walk up clean. The door dining room was clean and only one customer present and ordering. Staff took my order, not a lot of friendliness, but not rude either. I got a chicken, bacon ranch. The sandwich took too long, but was good. Fresh bread and the sandwich was hot. First time I can recall ordering and I would get again. A three seems to fit this visit best with weaker service. read more

Over the last 10 orders, 6 of them have had some sort of issue. When putting in pickup orders they've been either short staffed or just plain slow. Parking is also a pain as it's in a small strip. Staff doesn't pay attention to detail and I'm pretty sure they do not know how to read either. The Jimmy John's across the road has been our new go to. Why on earth is it such a problem to just put together a sandwich on-time? ‍ read more

Delicious sandwich with fresh veggies and cold cuts! Bread was very fresh and customer service was top notch. We will be back!

I go there once a week sometimes more never had a problem With my order always a happy face. Food is great. I look forward to going in there on Sundays keep up the good work. read more

This is a nice spot. It is quite popular, so if in a rush, lunch at 11 and dinner 4:30. Yet that is what it is. This area is quite busy. Yet thank you for "Mike's Way." Get that bacon on your sub, and it's delicious. I'm not a fan of the tipping option. While I generally will put a dollar or two in the tip jar, unless a full service restaurant, this seems out of place. It's only an opinion, and others are doing this too. As for the people working here, my hats off to them. They are nice men and women. As for the menu it's limited, but the vegetables are extremely fresh. Also an opinion it's priced a little high. Inflation is real, so will look at this more, if it does come down again. It's busy but comfortable and clean. read more

This was the first time I've been to a Jersey Mike's Subs location and my food was amazing. I got the veggie sub with gluten free bread. Possibly the best gluten free bread I have ever had, slightly sweet, and fluffy. The inside was very clean and the workers were nice. read more

Had a great gluten-free sub! Even though I arrived just before closing, the crew was friendly and helpful! Definitely will return!

Standard good sub chain ! Expensive but good ! Extra meat Italian sub ! No wait. Abbey road ! But parking up front limited!

My son and I went to Jersey Mikes on Pantios for a quick bite... walked up to the counter and asked the older lady... "Hey, How are you today?" She glared at me and said something under her breath... I said "excuse me?" ..... another glare and then asked gruffly.... What do you want.... I told her.. no more contact whatsoever... meanwhile the other two younger girls were huddled together whispering and giggling. Strange and uncomfortable customer service culture. I noticed they were talking and laughing with each other the whole time and not interacting with the customers at all and when they did it was quite inhospitable. What's happening? The Jersey mikes on 29 is awesome... I'll go to Jimmy Johns from now on. There's another sandwich place within walking distance, may want to get it together. Seems to me like when people don't like their jobs or their customers than it makes me really paranoid about the healthiness of my food. Has the health inspector been called in there lately because it didn't look very tidy. I had to wipe the nastiness off my table and it wasn't even busy in there read more

This place has some great sandwiches and staff. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's and I was not familiar with the menu and all of the extra options that they had. A young lady by the name of Olivia made my sandwich and she was very helpful explaining the different options. And the sandwich was great! This place puts subway to shame! I will definitely be back read more

Always great service and sandwiches. We tend to order takeout so the drive through is great.

Friendliness 0/5. Food 4/5. Cleanliness 3/5. Staff - Attitude for some reason?! Charged me twice on my card. This location needs some active oversight and customer service training. read more

Ordered a sub through the app, when I arrived three employees were sitting there talking to each other. They hadn't even started my food, I waited another 15 mins in the store for them to make it. read more

This Jersey Mikes has an exceptional team of employees. I go in often for lunch bc my work is really close by and they are always friendly and with a full staff always on board, you are never there long. If I mess up my order, they fix it no problem. The store is always clean and tidy as well, and of course the food is yummy!! read more

For fast casual dining my family has found this place to be one of the best! The food is consistently fresh and tasty. They make the subs to order (which is especially wonderful with the cheesesteaks!) The sandwiches can be on the pricey side and are a little small (my 5 year old can polish off the meatball sub by himself) but they are also in the Charlottesville Attractions coupon book (BOGO) and there's a yelp check in for a free drink and bag of chips. Employees are masked and pleasant. No place indoors to sit down, but the restrooms are available and clean. We've come a few times since COVID19 to pick up food to enjoy at a park or playground nearby. read more

Check your order for accuracy when placing mobile orders. On NUMEROUS occasions they have filled my steak and cheese with onions when it was clearly removed from the order. So disappointing to drive 45 minutes home to find that I couldn't eat my dinner. read more

Ordered 3 giant subs online for takeout and every one of them was disappointing. All three were steak subs and at least 3 inches of bread had not a single thing on it. Subs were missing items and they were out of the bread we ordered. The steak didnt taste fresh and the experience was overall subpar. read more

I actually tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago and man i was not disappointed. I had gotten a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and man when I tell you it was good, IT WAS GOOD. Everything about the sandwich was what I expected! read more

First off... the food, especially their cheesesteaks are awesome! The attitude, especially today by their grill cook, was horrible, even to the point of slamming his spatula on the grill and forcefully throwing one of his mistake sandwiches out. Dining room fairly clean but the restrooms... try to find somewhere else to go. They can be dirty and stinky. They are not maintained regularly. read more

The customer service at this location was unkind and unprofessional today. The fact my order was steak and not chicken, I came back politely with no attitude. Yet when mentioned to the cashier she automatically had a problem. Not pleased with this location although usually I have no problem. She attempted to make me pay for the new food but I told her I wasn't in the wrong. Yet again another attitude problem that shouldn't of been there. read more

Stay away from this location! The manager is abhorrent and yelled at me because she didn't want to put fresh lettuce out and told me never to come back. The lettuce was visibly rotten (pink and brown). The worst restaurant operator I've ever encountered. read more

First off, I love they're subs. A little pricy but you get what you pay for. That said, went there today at about 1400 hours to get a sandwich. No one in line, two people working behind the counter, and I stand and wait, and wait, and wait. No one said hello, can I help you, or anything else. They just puttered around behind the counter like I wasn't there. I guess no one wanted my business, so I left. Pretty poor. read more

Extremely disappointed with the way the staff allowed a man to walk in with NO MASK ON. When clearly there was a table with several free disposable mask available. I didn't want to cause a scene in the establishment so I walked out. Once I returned to my vehicle that was parked dead in front of the store I then noticed a staff member remove her face mask. THIS IS PEOPLES FOID THEY WOULD LIKE TO CONSUME INTO THEIR BODIES. Your disregard and lack of respect and concern for mankind is worse than distinguishing it is down right FILTHY. read more

They say location is everything... This Jersey Mike's is in a great location for me. It's in a strip of businesses on Pantops that has everything I could need on a Saturday. It has a place to get your haircut, a self serve dog wash to clean up after the dog park, lunch at Jersey Mike's and a coffee at Starbucks. When we arrived at Jersey Mike's there was only one other customer. It was a little late for lunch. While I typically get the club, I had a taste for something different. The one person in front ordered 6 sandwiches so I had plenty of time to decide. I ended up going with the Chicken Philly. I love that they cook the chicken on the flattop behind the counter. The same goes with the onions and peppers. They come out piping hot. Another point for Jersey Mike's is the bread. On one trip to Philly (ironically on a cheesesteak tour) I heard one the main differences between various cheesesteaks is the quality of the bread. The bread at JM's is the perfect texture. You have a hearty bite of bread that is just soft enough due to the hot cheesy chicken. Great flavor from the onions and peppers makes each bite great! The one negative for me is the price. I feel like the price point has continued to rise. I know quality ingredients aren't cheap, but not at the rate i've seen. Overall, very nice place that I plan to return to. read more

The employees here are so nice. They also make a really good sub. Thank you jersey Mike's employees for sure a yummy dinner. We also got some cookies and they were hitting. Get one with your sub and enjoy your meal the right way read more

My girlfriends and I were on our way to hike yesterday and wanted to grab a sandwich to bring along. We ended up at Jersey Mike's because it was open at 10 am..we actually walked in right as they opened. The three employees were not bothered we were there so early, in fact, they treated us with amazing warmth and hospitality! My sandwich was fine, but what my friends and I were impressed with were the people. We were blown away with how genuinely NICE the staff is, and I think the owners should know what great employees they have! Thanks for making a quick trip into a sandwich shop so special! read more

OK; a 6 inch sub for "$8.85!" A rip-off! Don't bother. Subway is not as good, but a much better price. I suspect they won't be in business very long. read more

This was my first time to any Jersey Mike's. I got the Ruben. This was the best Ruben that I had in a long time. I would travel from town to here to get a Ruben. And the Manager was very friendly. read more

I have gone to this shop a couple times and every time this woman who is assistant manager or manager is yelling at employees in front of customers. She is rude to customers and a little condescending. I go out at lunch to relax, not to get stressed watching her yell at paying customers. Seems like she needs a class in customer service and reminder that customers are needed to keep a profit. The other employees were friendly and quality is good but Jimmy Johns is faster and friendlier. read more

I swear to god the employees never listen or care about what they make. The only time I can get my order right is when I'm literally standing in front of them telling them. And then they still don't get it right unless I'm almost hovering over them to make sure they make it with what i ask on it. I shouldn't have to feel like someone's babysitter too buy a sub made the right way. And I order a big kahuna cheesesteak. Not like anything extraordinary. Jersey Mike's this is the 4th time in the past month!!!!!!Every time I come here I never get what I want. Then have to complain to cooperate. Why pay for bacon to when you don't get that either. Don't ask for a cheese steak because there is no cheese just steak peppers and bread This is beyond ridiculous read more

The employees are definitely not the friendliest or the most welcoming, but my sub was still really good. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they should work on their customer service. read more

We love this place for the subs, they're quite delicious! The Club Sub is likely the best cold option to get. Meanwhile the subs are heavenly, the service was below great, but that's okay. I definitely recommend it for a quick lunch roadstop, and that's usually when we go. read more

Love this place. My coworker and I go here at least once every week for lunch. Tasty subs and friendly employees. Definitely one of the better options on Pantops. read more

Stopped yesterday afternoon 9/19 to pick up a sub for my son. I was appalled to see that they were cleaning the floor of piles of trash and food scraps as they were preparing the food including shaking out the rubber mats. I took a picture of this, questioned why they were doing it with open food nearby and the staff got extremely angry at me. The male employee screamed at me not to take his picture, threatened to kill me, had to be restrained by a coworker. They ordered me to leave. I called 911, stepped outside, the male employee came out, pretended to get something from his car continued to shout at me and threaten me. Police arrived (I think they had actually come for lunch and simply got the call) and defused the situation, took my report, eventually the officers facilitated a cash refund for me. The individual who became irate and threatened me continued to work. I will never again go to this location. I also left a detailed report of this with the corporate office. read more

Yesterday my cousin treated us to a sub at Jersey Mike's Subs. I was impressed with the staff and the sandwich fixings. Everything was fresh and the sub bread was soft and it was simply an excellent sub. I will be returning. The staff there was great! they seemed to want to help you and get it right the first time and get it to you quickly. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant lunch and delicious lunch. I was so impressed I got an extra sub to bring home to have for dinner. read more

Staff too busy joking around to realize how unsanitary it is to touch your face and continue prepping food. Do not recommend!

The big kahuna with chipotle mayo (affectionately known as the "99") is the greatest Philly cheesesteak available at any chain restaurant. I could eat one everyday of the week and not get tired of it. read more

Freshly sliced deli meats and cheeses, and grilling the chicken right in front of you. Definitely a lot of care out into these subs and wraps. The service can be a bit slower, but that is because they are preparing everything fresh. Nice place. read more

The subs are alright, I'd probably give them. 3/5 for their subs. I'm giving them a 1.5/5 for how expensive it is for what you get along with how they outright ask you to tip the cashier. When you order the sub and get to the checkout and pay with your card, they ask you to answer a few questions on the payment screen. The questions are how much you want to tip... and they just look at you waiting to see how much you tipped. I shouldn't have to pay for getting a sub. I didn't eat there nor did they serve me, I just thought it was ridiculous for them to ask that. Their service is no different from Subway or Little John's, so why do they think they can ask us that. This is a bad way to do business. read more
