They also have a spicy relish option for the sandwiches, which is great for anyone who likes to kick it up a notch. This is my second review here. Although my first encounter with this specific Jersey Mike's location was less than ideal, I have had nothing but a great experience since then. Which is why I felt so inclined to come back and give them another review. Since I have been in the last couple of times they have been friendly, accommodating, and Speedy. Went to the store with my wife today and asked for a giant classic. We wanted it split in half with half having provolone cheese and the other half Swiss cheese. Every jersey mike we go to those this with no problem. It's just cheese. Tried to explain that to the gentleman there and he flat out said he couldn't do that. That's the dumbest thing ever. It's just cheese. Horrible customer service we where forced to get it all the same cheese. Never coming back to this location. Food is 5 stars! Pleasant staff.. My only gripe is everytime I go in there to sit down to eat I'm forced to watch Fox news on all 3 tvs. Yes, all 3 tvs! I even asked for it to be changed and the staff said the owner took the remote away from them and it always stays on Fox news. Even on the weekends when there's sports on. It's mind boggling to me. It's a shame they have great food/locale, yet force their customers to watch 'the news' or what some would call propaganda bs when there's sports or anything else on. That's the second time I go to Causeway Boulevard to eat at Jersey Mike's and I receive the worse Big Kahuna ever. There is nothing big for this location. I've always eaten in many other Jersey Mike's in the area and this location is by far the worst. We pay $13 for a sub and it looks worse than the ones in subway. By the way subway is much cheaper and I understand if they make a smaller sub there. I will never return to the Causeway Boulevard Jersey Mike's in Brandon, FL. Great Subs! They cut the meat and cheese to order. Breads always fresh. I've never had a bad experience. They only negative I have to say about this Jersey Mike's, is the location. This plaza is so busy, it's a pain in the butt to get in and out of with the traffic unless you're going east on Causeway. I'd go there allot more if they were in a better location. I have been to jersey mikes several times and each time the service gets worse. Tonight, my husband and I walk through the door and immediately before we can even look at the menu in the very empty store the boys working Rush us to place an order. Next the one making my husband's sandwich begins continuously looks back and forth at my husband while making the sandwich as if to tamper with the food; causing my husband to pop up from his seat and watch the remainder of the process. At that moment turns his back as if to hide what has happened. Off hand I can't tell what may have been done to the sub. What makes it more sketchy, the receipt notates a female as the one who took the order. There were no other females in the store other than myself. read more

Well the food does taste good, and I like how it's always cooked fresh right in front of you. But I definitely have some qualms that brought the score down to a 3. 1st is they aren't very filling subs unless you buy the 11$ sub, and I'm sorry im not spending 11$ on a darn sub. Most the time it seems like I'm eating more bread than anything else. 2nd is more location specific. The causeway blvd location is way to small for the amount of business they get there. 2 times we've had to walk away from there and go somewhere else because there was no where to sit, not To mention a line extending to the door. This time we went a little earlier to beat the rush and get a seat. But before long the place filled up and next thing you know we have people standing with their subs in their hands waiting for a seat. And it was uncomfortable having people staring us down as we eat as they hoped we finished soon so they can sit. Almost felt obligated to rush through our meal to give our seat to the next customer who was watching and waiting for us to finish. read more
