Note I waited to cool and clam down (2 days) before I wrote this review. Service: we ordered online (which means that we were able to place an order). We were given a 30 minute wait (cool). We arrived and I walked up to the food truck (Gresham rd and Flat Shoals). No one is inside... I found that out by looking inside the open window and door and saying hello (the truck was wide open... anything and anyone could have entered the space where food was being prepared). As I was walking away the owner who was sitting in her car said "you here to pick an order" but she had a confused tone and aggravated look on her face. Also as I was walking up we made eye contact... so she saw me walk up to the truck. She then said "well I can tell you it ain't ready (very rudely with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her)... How did you make an order? It was closed... Was it doordash or online... yeah you couldn't make an order. I closed it... I know I did cuz I had to pick up my son." I said yeah we did place the order online. She said "you couldn't have, because it's closed online" as I walked to the car to check and try to cancel the order she somehow found the order ticket and yelled out "oh I see it, give me 7 minutes". I wanted to leave but I tried to be understanding (being understanding came back to bite me in the butt). 7 minutes turned into 15/20 minutes. She put on gloves but I never saw her wash her hands. After a while I walked back up to the truck (because at some point I went into the store and then walked back to my car) and she scooped my food into the food container and put it in the bag and said "we don't have sweet teriyaki sauce". I am a sauce queen and that was the last straw (not just the sauce but she was rude when she said it...and she had already been rude as if it was my fault for placing an order. I said nevermind I want to cancel the order. She then said "because I don't have sauce? Well, you are not getting a refund because I made the food. I have never had that happen. Just because of the sauce" I then told her that the issue is beyond the sauce it is the whole experience. I then pointed my cellphone camera at her and her vibe changed... Got the food and it was orange and extra greasy. I felt I was one grain of rice away from food poisoning . Mr. Everything clearly has low standards and no oversight as she let me know she was the owner of the truck. This experience was so bad I decided to start a tik tok channel to expose this behavior.
