Food is good, but the chicken and rice was 99.9% rice. The chicken was cut so small I could barely see them. They were the size of finger nails trimming if you keep your nails short. Drinks are disgusting. The fruit punch is red water. The sweet tea is cold brown bland water. Lack of service is extremely disappointing. Had our meals as a Uber Eats delivery. Now I use to love this place but, I must say the last 2 times I've been I have left irritated. My taste buds has ventured off & the wings are not as good lately as I use to think. The workers cooking the food never change their gloves after they touch other things. I watched the worker pick things up off the floor, touch his face and then make French fries and not change his gloves. Then if you say something they get mad and want to argue because you caught them. The manager don't pay attention to the cooks cause she's too busy watching the registers. I won't eat here anymore. The cooks had their masks on their chins while they were dealing with people's food during a PANDEMIC. What's the point of putting on the mask if it's not going to cover their nose and mouth? So this was actually my 2nd visit to this location as last week my co worker convinced me to try it out. I normally don't eat chain restaurants and surely nothing on their menu. However last week I tried their honey bbq wings and today found myself thinking of them again. Now I ordered a 5 piece all flats for $5.08 which just came with dressing. Since this is not my normal type of eatery I don't know if that was a deal or a steal. I was slightly confused when the guy said that a 6 piece was 7 bucks and some change. Did not know if that one extra wing was so great that it was worth 2 more bucks or if perhaps maybe fries came with it. I called ahead and was given an order number and when I arrived only had to wait about 4 mins, which was definitely a great wait time. Location is in a strip mall with the normal private parking so plenty of parking spaces. The interior appeared to be clean. There were several people there dining in so it must not have been too bad. The workers were polite and the service provided was friendly. I don't know when I will crave the exact food that I don't eat again but I do not know that I have no doubt that I will be back again. The only thing I wish that could have improved my visit would have been just a few pieces of celery but then again I didn't ask so not sure if it was customary or an extra charge. They seemed to have an extensive menu so if you have a craving I think they have just about every variety of food to try so give them a try if you are in the area. read more

The American Deli in Campcreek Marketplace shopping center is no different. I ended up on the West side for work and what did I notice....a good ole American Deli! I decided to drop in and get some food. If you have never been to American Deli, they are known for their wings and burgers amongst other things. It's one of the cliche chains in Atlanta but you know what you're getting when you come here for the most part and i knew what i was coming for....a burger! I ordered the burger combo which came with a drink and fries. This location gives you a number system(a.k.a the guy at the counter writes a number on your receipt with a pen) and they call out your number when your food is ready and then you go to the counter and get it. Now i must say that this guy's handwriting was pretty illegible. I didn't even realize that he had even written a number on my receipt. I saw him draw two lines on my receipt but how the heck was i supposed to know that it was an "11." lol...evidently i wasn't the only one who couldn't read their number b/c as the other employee called out the numbers....folks had no idea what was going on and she had to resort to calling out orders by the actual items that people had gotten instead of the number. I suggest making this number system better or making the guy at the front counter tell people their order number after taking their order or maybe even possible a handwriting class or two. All that aside, my burger was delicious. Double beef patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc. They also give you a ton of fries which helps fill you up along with the pretty decent sized burger. I got lemonade for a drink which is really good. I definitely suggest trying the lemonade, fruit punch, or the famous "peach" drink from if you decide to visit any American Deli! read more

Best fries from any American deli so far. Only had one weird experience with customer service but other than that no complaints

The employees are polite and the food is good. My only experience here is during the summer in which there seems to be no AC available in the building or they choose not to use it. The small dining area was stuffy and hot. I had the philly cheesesteak each time and was pretty happy with it, and the delicious fries. On my first visit I returned to the hotel with my food and found some small black bug among my fries running around about half way through the meal. This sort of killed the dining experience for me, but I gave them another shot due to desperation and everything was fine. read more
