A salad with barely a scoop of brisket and a spoonful of salad dressing for $19.36. Chipotle got me messed up. I knew I should've went home to cook. I haven't been to this location in a few years and recently received a Chipotle gift card and decided to visit this location. When I entered the location, the entire staff was talking loud and going back and forth with each other. There wasn't an aggressive vibe to it, but definitely not a workplace conversation. There were two people in front of me, and while waiting I heard the preparer tell the first lady that they were out of sour cream. I should have walked out. Its crazy to me when restaurants run out of condiments. There is a Target right next door and a Publix nearby, so I ask the lady what they were substituting for the missing sour cream. She rudely replied, you can come back another day. Damn! Instead I asked, what about free guac? She says no, we don't give out free guac. I went ahead and ordered because I have sour cream at home, and really just wanted to get rid of the gift card. Located in the Camp Creek Marketplace across from Target. Free parking is available. I stopped by to pick up me some lunch and when I went to open the door the restaurant was not open yet. The door stated the restaurant would open at 10:45 am. My phone displayed 10:32 am. I leaned on the railing to wait for the doors to be unlocked. I never heard the doors being unlocked. At 10:48 am I walked back to the doors to check and they were still locked. The workers were inside just looking at us outside waiting to enter. One of the guests standing outside knew one of the managers. She called her and the manager stated they wouldn't be opening until 11:15 am. I got back in m car and drove off. Time and time again I try to give this location a chance and they fail every time. I came here during the week around 2. The restaurant was out of pretty much everything. They told everyone in line that it would be a 20 minute wait for chicken and rice. I decided to wait then a few minutes later another person said that they couldn't serve us (several people in line) because of a very large catering order. I left and went to another Chipotle. I would think if it's a catering order they would be better prepared to serve customers that come into the restaurant but also have their order taken care of prior to the lunch rush. Every time I go to this location the lobby is filthy and smelly and the utensil station is in disarray. The customer service is fair but I often observe the workers touching various surfaces including their phones without changing their gloves. I asked the lady about my order. She didn't see my name. She looked in my phone & saw the order for p/u at her store, but when we looked at the details of the order, it still had the other store. So she went back to the guy, who said theirs nothing he can do. It's in the app. I'm like huh? I'm not paying Chipotle almost $15 for no food, you have to do better than that. He said ma'am, go back on app & try to get a refund there. I tried but couldn't. 19 minutes later I'M PISSED!! I went back to him & said I need you to give me Chipotle Customer Service number. It doesn't make any sense for ME to be wasting MY TIME getting a refund, when YOU see there is a problem with the app. You see I've paid for an order. Chipotle app & the issue with where they link some none existing restaurant is NIT my problem. But you're making it my problem, when you could've just made the bowl & sent me on my way. Where do I start? Ordering my food went well. No skimping. The line was backed up because of issues at the register..no problem still. I get to the register an I'm asked if I want a drink and I say sure and I'm rung up. I'm handed a small cup after I'm rung up and never given a receipt. I asked to pay for a large cup and cashier looks at me and tells me "No" because it would involve her getting a refund and her having to ring it up. I said, "Oh, no worries that's okay..she said "No", again. I looked at her and just walked to get my drink (because of various reasons). I try to get ice and there is no ice, I get to the juice/condiment/silverware area and it's a complete disaster. I carefully look and reach for forks and there are no forks or knives. I get the juice and the juice is fermented! I guess everyone but me knew not to touch the juice. Please can someone come help this location or just shut it down..PLEASE! This place is horrible! Overall this chipotle is all right. The food is pretty fresh but every time I go, I have to bother them about something that is missing on my order and my last order had a couple items missing and I didn't notice until I got home. I get the veggie bowl because it has guacamole, and for some reason, it was removed off my order. Very disappointing and all chipotle automated system did was offer me a free drink, they just need to get better about their accuracy. When i get a salad i always have to ask for the vinaigrette dressing it's frustrating. Literally this was the WORST chipotle I've ever had in my life. The rice was severely undercooked and crunchy and all of the toppings and vegetables were killed with salt, so it was pretty much inedible. So, I asked the employees what happened and they blamed it on being short staff. As bad as I wanted Chipotle, I couldn't bring myself to eat anything out of that store. NOT CLEAN! In some places I could not see the food through the glass sneeze guard. The glass was cloudy and un-wiped. Ive never been in a chipotle where I've it's noticeably not clean. The metal cans they serve the food from had crust and Rice was spilled on the counter. I've also never been in a chipotle where it's taken so long to get served. When our pickup person arrived, one order was missing and they refused to re-make the dish. A LOT of people were calling the corporate office today for missing food. Is this location a franchise cuz they're running the owner's business into the ground?!!! Bathrooms are disgusting. Tables ain't been cleaned. Even the barbacoa is mainly fat without actual meat in comparison to Roswell and Douglasville locations. My barbacoa salad has very little salad. There are 6 spinach leaves and no lettuce. I haven't been having the best of luck with take-out/delivery over the past couple of months. I'm completely empathetic because of the times we're in, so I refuse to give up hope. I like to eat Chipotle since they have veggie options. My order was the sofritos bowl. I didn't receive the sour cream requested, and I had cheese on my food that I didn't request. My daughter said her food was ok. My son said his chips were too salty (and that says a lot because he usually doesn't complain). I was just ready for my sour cream lol. I give this meal three stars for being 30 minutes after the anticipated delivery time with no communication, my order being incorrect, and no one answering the phone when I attempted to stop the delivery driver to make sure my sour cream wasn't in the car. read more

Okay!!! I see these reviews & was kinda hesitant on stopping this evening. It's around 10 PM. The place is clean. The girls at the front counter are one point wiping things down. They are very attentive to customers needs/wants & restocking the food, even with it being close to closing. They did have a situation where they only able to take credit cards as your payment. I don't know what that's about but overall it was a great experience. Makayla (I hope I spelled your name right ) thankfully was very nice explaining & even apologize for the inconvenience. Chipotle is omnipresent in the DC area, so when I moved back to Atlanta, I was hard-pressed to find one. I was excited that there was one that was near my house, so my fiance and I went in to grab dinner one time after work. Big mistake! The line was super long (on an off-time, well before the typical dinner rush time), but wasn't moving the way that Chipotle usually does. The cleanliness of this particular restaurant is substandard, and there was no soap OR toilet paper in the bathroom...so how do employees wash their hands?! They had skimpy portions of the chicken, and there were little gnats flying near the food area. Our cashier was extremely rude and was very unprofessional. It was disappointing because I will never step foot in this particular one again. I'd rather eat PB&J. You are better off patronizing a place that actually wants your business and isn't a major health violation. read more
