This is the only Chick-fil-a I have been to in the state of Georgia that does not allow you to add extra honey butter on the chicken minis. I have lived in both California and Georgia and this is a comm request at all other locations. When asking the manager for the reason they don't offer any explanation other than, " the owner made us stop it's too expensive." There always seems to be poor service in this area. I'd recommend patronizing other locations over this one as providing what other locations offer is not a priority for this location. read more

Pretty solid service. I ended up getting what I usually get at Chick-fil-A which is the spicy chicken sandwich. Their drive-thru is incredibly backed up so I just went in and got my sandwich ate it and left so that I could catch my flight right away. The bathroom is absolutely filthy and the inside ambiance has a bizarre assortment of characters. Almost like something out of a crime scene. But it was reasonably close to where I needed to be for my flight so I don't have any major complaints. They have plenty of parking in a lot which is free and the service was friendly and quick. I mean who doesn't love Chick-fil-A. I'm always rushing to catch the breakfast in the morning, but even if lunch makes it around quicker than I expected. I bet they still have something on the menu you'll love. What I can say is this Chick-fil-A tends to have a really big line which is not unusual for Chick-fil-A's, but at first the inside wasn't open for quite some time and they have just got back to opening the dining room. This is the Chick-fil-A closest to my house so I'm here quite often. Since covid started the line has been wrapped around the building about 3 times and they still manage the drive Thru pretty well. This location sits in a plaza close to other business so when the line is especially long like during rush hour it can back up into the street. The line moves pretty quickly once you've gotten in line and the service has been pretty consistent everytime. Sometimes they do mess up my order or forget my sauces but it's understandable since there's only one drive thru window with no inside service so I just park and go up to the door so they can fix it. read more

Lots of customers in and out, no matter what time of day. But they generally do a great job of keeping things moving so the wait is not as long as you might expect it to be. This Chic-Fil-A is always busy with a line wrapped all the way around the building and sometimes on the the street. However, given it's location you might expect that. I try to avoid it when I can, but I was starving and hoping to get something quick to eat for my Mom and I. I placed my order in the app, so I just needed to pull up and let them know. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building like a boa constrictor. Just to get in the line took some maneuvering. I placed my order on the mobile app and curbside was not an option although there are numerous parking spots set up for curbside delivery. The employee who took my order seemed frustrated by the sheer volume of cars they were attending to and the typical friendly greeting was lost on me. She turned out to be the same traffic conductor at the exit of the parking lot who directed traffic into drive thru lane and out of parking lot. When I placed my order, I ordered CFA sauce and Ketchup and they were not included in my order. Although my order was brought to the car, I still had to wait to get out of the line for a few more minutes and stop by the window to pick up the two cones I ordered for my son and me. Although this is the home of the original Chick-fil-A ( which by the way is closed for renovation [and the purpose of this trip]- not mentioned on Chick-fil-A's website which I checked before planning this visit) the service was lacking in several areas. That's an entire meal. I realize that they don't necessarily brand themselves as a healthy brand of fast food but they know people believe that they are healthier than other fast food chains. Fine. If the masses arent doing their research OK. But when I asked for a nutrition guide so I could make a comparison before I made my order.... I was asked for which food item??!! Well...i need to fing compare so that's what I need. Instead a woman printed out an individual sheet from.her register that had one item on it. I asked for the sheet Bc I had to dig forever to find out my salad that I was planning to order had over 1000 mg of sodium. They need to come up with a better way of informing consumers that WANT to know how much sodium there food has. I appreciate the posted calories but being thin isn't my only concern. Jan 1, 2019, was the first time I experience McDonald's customer service at Chic fil A (Camp Creek). The young girl first words were "name? go ahead with your order" I was shocked. I had to look up at the sign ensure I was in the correct drive thru. I wanted to inform her, you're working at the great Chic fil a. I ordered anyway. The young lady standing outside handing out the food at the drive thru window was having a joyous time laughing and speaking with her coworker standing inside. Not acknowledging customers.
