Hard to give more than one star when you don't get any food. We were delayed in our arrival coming home at the Airport on a Saturday night. All day on a plane with no meal service and finally getting home we had to get out of the Airport and get some Chick Fil A. We placed the order on the app before we left the airport. Nothing unusual, just 3 meals. We knew the store closed at 10:00, we pulled into the parking lot at 9:37. They already had cones out blocking the drive through. No problem, we will just park and go in. We placed the order online so surely our order is waiting for us right? No luck. As soon as I walked in the door I was told they were closed and not taking any more orders. I explained that I had ordered online and the employee was able to bring up the order on his computer and cancel it, refunding us the charge. So no food even though we got there 15 minutes before closing. But on the positive side they didn't keep our money. Worst Chick Fil A experience ever. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your restaurant today. This is not the first time this location has failed to open on time, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for customers. Today, after waiting, I was told that my debit card had declined and, because of that, I was unable to receive my food. As a business owner, I know I had more than enough funds available in my account. To verify, I left your restaurant and immediately used the exact same card at another business without any issues. This leads me to believe the problem was with your payment system, not my bank or my card. Not only was I inconvenienced, but I also felt embarrassed by being told my card was declined when it clearly was not the issue. Customers expect reliable service, accurate information, and businesses to be prepared to serve them when they arrive. I hope this matter is investigated so that future customers do not experience the same poor service. This is the only Chick-fil-a I have been to in the state of Georgia that does not allow you to add extra honey butter on the chicken minis. I have lived in both California and Georgia and this is a comm request at all other locations. When asking the manager for the reason they don't offer any explanation other than, " the owner made us stop it's too expensive." There always seems to be poor service in this area. I'd recommend patronizing other locations over this one as providing what other locations offer is not a priority for this location. read more

Pretty solid service. I ended up getting what I usually get at Chick-fil-A which is the spicy chicken sandwich. Their drive-thru is incredibly backed up so I just went in and got my sandwich ate it and left so that I could catch my flight right away. The bathroom is absolutely filthy and the inside ambiance has a bizarre assortment of characters. Almost like something out of a crime scene. But it was reasonably close to where I needed to be for my flight so I don't have any major complaints. They have plenty of parking in a lot which is free and the service was friendly and quick. The one hang up I have about this place is what I asked for my receipt it was as if I was asking for the moon and three different employees had to work on printing it out. read more

I mean who doesn't love Chick-fil-A. I'm always rushing to catch the breakfast in the morning, but even if lunch makes it around quicker than I expected. I bet they still have something on the menu you'll love. What I can say is this Chick-fil-A tends to have a really big line which is not unusual for Chick-fil-A's, but at first the inside wasn't open for quite some time and they have just got back to opening the dining room. I'm excited to return back to the inside and always a number one fan of Chick-fil-A. I think the only downside could be wanting it on a Sunday. read more

Lots of customers in and out, no matter what time of day. But they generally do a great job of keeping things moving so the wait is not as long as you might expect it to be. This is the Chick-fil-A closest to my house so I'm here quite often. Since covid started the line has been wrapped around the building about 3 times and they still manage the drive Thru pretty well. This location sits in a plaza close to other business so when the line is especially long like during rush hour it can back up into the street. The line moves pretty quickly once you've gotten in line and the service has been pretty consistent everytime. Sometimes they do mess up my order or forget my sauces but it's understandable since there's only one drive thru window with no inside service so I just park and go up to the door so they can fix it. read more

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building like a boa constrictor. Just to get in the line took some maneuvering. I placed my order on the mobile app and curbside was not an option although there are numerous parking spots set up for curbside delivery. The employee who took my order seemed frustrated by the sheer volume of cars they were attending to and the typical friendly greeting was lost on me. She turned out to be the same traffic conductor at the exit of the parking lot who directed traffic into drive thru lane and out of parking lot. When I placed my order, I ordered CFA sauce and Ketchup and they were not included in my order. Although my order was brought to the car, I still had to wait to get out of the line for a few more minutes and stop by the window to pick up the two cones I ordered for my son and me. Although this is the home of the original Chick-fil-A ( which by the way is closed for renovation [and the purpose of this trip]- not mentioned on Chick-fil-A's website which I checked before planning this visit) the service was lacking in several areas. I went to this Chick-fil-A today. I went inside to order the kale crunch salad with a few toppings on the side. I had lunch there on Monday 6/12 and was very impressed with the the staff and food. The staff was very friendly and worked as a team to serve customers. The food was delivered to my table hot and was up to the standards that I have been used to with Chick-fil-A standards.
