I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your restaurant today. This is not the first time this location has failed to open on time, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for customers. Today, after waiting, I was told that my debit card had declined and, because of that, I was unable to receive my food. As a business owner, I know I had more than enough funds available in my account. To verify, I left your restaurant and immediately used the exact same card at another business without any issues. This leads me to believe the problem was with your payment system, not my bank or my card. Not only was I inconvenienced, but I also felt embarrassed by being told my card was declined when it clearly was not the issue. Customers expect reliable service, accurate information, and businesses to be prepared to serve them when they arrive. I hope this matter is investigated so that future customers do not experience the same poor service. I have always expected better from Chick-fil-A, and today's experience did not meet those expectations. Asked for corporate number and was given a business card with store number. Asked again and was told I don't know it by manager Sion.

Love the way it looks since they opened back up. Great food and the inside has way more space to accommodate more guest. Everything was great and the staff is super friendly. Definitely will be frequenting this location for lunch.

I came here because I wanted to grab some breakfast before my flight. Service was quick and the place was clean. Staff were top notch and really nice. The spicy chicken biscuit was small. I would have paid more for a bigger sandwich. Tater tots and Lemonade were also great.

I needed food on the way home but I had to GO really badly after being in traffic all afternoon. I was not about to get home and be hungry so I went to the only place I knew I could be in and out in a few minutes. Chick fil A never fails with moving the line quickly and smoothly. I arrived at 5:53, my order was taken at 5:55 and by 5:58 I was pulling out of the line, headed home to tinkle lol. Its always gonna be Chick fil A for me.

I was so happy I did not have to go in the store to get a drive-thru order corrected! Everything was good and hot. The fries do taste a bit soft but I am pleased with the quick service and hot food. This is a very busy location that have many taking orders outside to minimize the wait.

The smallest chicken biscuit I've ever seen from Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit

What is this a kids meal chicken biscuit? I've never gotten one so tiny before. What the hell you should be ashamed of yourself.

Mobile orders and drive thru only. Dinner room is still closed due to COVID-19

This location is always packed. They tend to forget items from your order. Before driving off please besure to check inside your bag. They seem not to care at all at this location. Chick-Fil-A is known for their over the top customer service. Not so much here. I will go to the cascade location

You can come in and place an order; however, I recommend going to their website and placing an order online. I found out the menu was clearly labeled, listed all the ingredients, and there were numerous healthy selections. The protein options are chicken, salmon, or shrimp. I like that you can make it into a bowl or a wrap. On this visit, which was my first, I had a salmon bowl. You can choose your sauce option. I chose jerk sauce. Today, they were having a special on their website: buy one bowl, get one free. So I was able to get a bowl for my sister as well, and she absolutely loved it. She said it was good and that she enjoyed each bite. The food was still warm when I arrived home. Presentation and packaging were 5/5. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was asked what type of lemonade I wanted. There were two options provided, which were different than what was showing online, but that was fine and not a big issue. I went ahead and got the watermelon lemonade, which was really good and tasted exactly like watermelon. Although I've lived in the area for three years now, this was my first time here, and I will definitely return to try the wrap.

This location is very convenient with parking and indoor seating. Their menu tv-boards weren't working, so they helped me figure out what was what pricing-wise. The place smells fantastic- inside and out. I wish the smoky fragrance penetrated the food as well as it does the atmosphere. I got a brisket plate with Mac n cheese, collards with a scoop of black-eyed peas, some rice, and a couple mini-cornbread muffins. I also grabbed a whole rack of ribs and an a-la-carte chicken tips. Everything LOOKS really good, so it was hard to choose. I figured I can just save plenty of each for meals over the next few days. Unfortunately, when it comes to the quality of the food, there's a bit of a problem. I'm going to start with the sides. The Mac n cheese was peppery and oily, but not so much creamy or cheesy. The collard were rather sweet on their own. I like to add some black-eyed peas to my collards, so I did. Either way, they were OK, but not amazing. The corn bread muffin was lacking in almost every way- not sweet, not moist, not buttery- just dry. There was also no crunchy edge crust just all sponge bread. The rice was mildly seasoned with some aromatics, but it was, otherwise, just basic fluffy-soft rice. Now let's get to the meat. The chicken tips were DRY- even though they were wet and covered in sauce. They also lacked any real chicken or bbq flavor as though it'd been cooked out of them, then they were drizzled in sauce and placed into a pot of water that was then removed after a few minutes and then they got another drizzling of watery sauce.... They aren't good. The brisket is also dry and for some reason has been cut into square chunks- which dries them out even faster. Some of the chunks were JUST fat and most didn't have ANY fat. Such a waste... They don't come sauced, so you can taste the smokiness and the peppery rub they used, but while they definitely taste off the rub, the smoky flavor is so slight, it's almost undefined. Finally, the ribs. The ribs were alright, but the sauce was so mild I would've just preferred them without the sauce entirely. They had a decent bite and pull. They're not "fall off the bone", but not everybody likes ribs like that and according to the standard, they shouldn't fall off the bone or they're over cooked. I like them both ways and these were nice and juicy. There was a hint of smokiness, but nothing too pronounced. Overall, the flavor of the meat came through nicely, so the ribs were their saving grace. Would I go back? Probably, no. However, if my co-workers, friends, or family happened to be going, I wouldn't straight up avoid the place. Everybody is different and has a differing set of taste buds and preferences. Give them a shot and see what you think!

Being that it was early it wasn't crowded at all. We were greeted right away and seated. Our waitress Kiera (i believe that's how you spell her name) was the best. We entered after deciding this spot over long horn and was told the wait would be 45 mins. We were hungry, already there and so we took the chance still. While waiting, there was a party that came in. Without reservation and I'm aware of this because we were present for their arrival and heard the conversation. Just us two ppl were told 45 mins but this new party was able to sit before us after a manager ok'd them to be seated. We still waited patiently as more ppl arrived and were seated before us. I asked if we could just ordered to go , instead of waiting and we were told "no, the to go side is closed now." Yet there were ppl still coming in to order to go. Literally walked in looked over menus and ordered. I was appalled. When we finally was seated, was sort of annoyed at how things were already going, and then we sat for an additional 20+ mins while seated just to be half-Greeted. Waitress came by and literally told us to give her one minute and she'd come for our drink order and food order. It took her after already 29 mins of waiting sitting , 15 more mins to come back. At this point we are annoyed, tired and just flat out hungry. She finally came back and said "sorry bout that" and we ordered an appetizer and our drinks. She hurried off. While waiting , the table behind us was talking loudly about their dissatisfaction with the waitress and the restaurant and I could relate to some of the things they were saying. It had been a nightmare already and we hadn't even order our mains yet. It took soups 20+ mins to come out and at this time they are closing since so much time has passed and they are washing the floors and dropping dishes and washing and everything else. It was taking her so long to come back out, that the table complaining behind us had to ask another waitress to check them out because they were ready to leave. She came back asking for our main orders and took them down.. we waited another 20 mins and she came out with a face like "how can I tell them?" Then she did. The sauce on my pasta was "out" and they had no more So she was offering meat sauce or garlic sauce for my pasta instead. I asked about it Alfredo and she said of course. This was really a let down as I'd looked over the menu countless times and decided on that specific steak pasta because of the sauce and ingredients and wanted to try it. Then after another 10 minutes she comes back with the same face to say that there was no Alfredo sauce. Which now affected both dishes so she offered the meat sauce or garlic for both plates. I didn't want that sauce after settling for Alfredo and felt like we should've just went to long horn because the service at olive garden was sub par and pretty underwhelming. We eventually asked to speak to a manager who told us "the sauce guy was sick so I sent him home" like WHAT?! So you guys just run the restaurant without making certain to have two ppl that can make sauces? Or at least have enough sauce before operating with nothing customers can order? Uhhh okay. Manager offered to just take off the items not wanted and the waitress looked as if he was not telling the truth about the sauce guys being sent home. She literally said "I know nothing about that." There were many other tables asking for the manager for the same reason even the party that was say before us. We ended up leaving after only having soup and bread and at the time we left there weren't any other places open to stop at. We went to sleep hungry and annoyed. I won't ever go back to that place again. It wasn't clean, stuff under the table we noticed as if they didn't sweep.. we had to ask for the table top to be wiped as leftover food was there.. it was a reeking scent of old mop water causing people to be asked to move to other tables and areas and the customer service was bad.

Again,it's small venue: you really shouldn't come here with a slew of people if you can help it. They have some outdoor seating as well, but not a lot, so you don't want to count on that, but it's kind of intimate. The bar fits maybe six to eight seats at most, and the general seating probably no more than 20 people. It's in a shopping center area, so it's free parking when you go, and there's a number of other things there. You could easily start with this spot and then go to a show and then end up in a cigar lounge, so at least that's a little bit of flexibility. I had the House malbac which was pretty good. I'm looking around, though, and I noticed that the food looks amazing. It made me feel bad for not eating, LOL. Everybody says that it is good, but I just can't speak on it. It looks amazing, so I wanted to make sure I say that. I sat at the bar, and the bartenders kind of were in and out. There were maybe four people at the bar aside from myself. The bartenders kept disappearing, so I wasn't sure about the whole service component with this place. Once you get their attention, you're good, but it just seemed like there were a lot of disappearing acts. I gotta give them grace because it looked like the bartender was dropping off food as well, so I can't wholly take off for that because it looks like they had him doing double duty. If you're into seafood and you want some crab cakes or some salmon, you should probably at least take a look at the menu. It's a good stop-off point, so I would definitely suggest giving it a shot if you're in the area.

No worries, I didn't want to wait for an hour and a half or more bI'll get a to go order. Went around the building and placed my order. Was told the wait would be 35 minutes. Okay. I'll wait in the car. The young lady who took my order said when I get the text confirming my order I could pay through the link and they'd bring it to my car. I paid for my order and included a gratuity. Ten minutes past the appointed time, I walked back in and was told it would be a few more minutes. She went outside to deliver an order and when she returned she checked with the bagger who said they were just waiting for my dessert. Another ten to fifteen and it's finally ready. I ask for bread which was not included and was told they were out of bread! Huh?! Another patron came in and asked the same question and got the same response. She was not happy either. I get home (5 minutes away) to discover that my steak is missing the roasted mushrooms I paid for and was COLD! How the heck. How long was it sitting there waiting for the dessert. So then I try to call and ask for a manager. First time I get disconnected after 10 minutes on hold. Second and third time I was on hold over 20 minutes each time. If the manager is unable to get to the phone at least someone else on the team should be able to pick up and communicate that information. Guess I'll try back in the morning. Instead, they seated us in a corner beside tables that had already been broken down, with chairs placed on top of them only a few feet from where we were expected to eat. I would have had to squeeze through the area to get in and out while chairs were positioned above and around us. When I asked the hostess for another table, she huffed and said, "This all we got." When I pointed to the area and explained why the seating was unacceptable, he huffed, walked away, and complained to someone nearby about how "done" he was. He eventually took chairs down from another table but never told us the table was for us. No "we can seat you here," no gesture, nothing. He just stood there visibly irritated until I asked him whether the table was for us. His response: "That's what you asked for?" That was when I decided to leave. When I later asked for his name, he said "Moody." When I asked for his first name, he refused and said, "They know me." The hostess walked away when I asked her name. He eventually told me her name was Olivia, which contradicted what he'd just told me about not providing first names. I subsequently complained to Guest Relations. Their response emphasized that I arrived "near closing time," that the staff eventually arranged another table, and that I "chose to leave before dining." Yes, I chose to leave--but I left because of the disrespectful treatment, not because another table wasn't provided. The restaurant was still open when we arrived. If being 32 minutes from closing meant employees were no longer willing to provide normal service, they could have politely declined to seat us. What isn't acceptable is seating customers and then making them feel unwelcome because employees have already cleaned tables and are ready to go home. The most concerning part was the manager's behavior. Management sets the standard for employees. After interacting with him, I understood why the hostess apparently felt comfortable responding to customers the way she did. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because they arrive during the restaurant's posted business hours.
