Wow wow wow! A…read moregenerous gift card brought me to Macy's today. I ever forget how very much that this store rocks (Im a big TJ Maxx and eBay girl)! Sales galore to make room for the spring (and summer) lines to boot! I got a gorgeous fuchsia (light weight material) sweater and a classy short sleeve black velvet top. I still have moola left on my gc, soooo - an excuse to go back :) My son crapped out on the parka that he wanted (didn't have his size), so he was going to purchase a nice second choice one. BUT Vanessa, our cashier, helped him find a better comparable to the fav one when he inquired if they had other sizes in the Vince Camuto one that he really fancied. This woman was so sweet, kind, and genuine. Vanessa helped him find a great black one with a super similar design and even helped him order it! It will be arriving - with free shipping - to our house within a week! I (re) opened a Macy's account and scored an additional 20% off - woo hoo! I cannot wait to go back!!!

You can pull a suit out of the closet that you haven't worn since the Berlin Wall came down and you'd still look "in the moment" and impeccably dressed. I'll hold back a star until their commitment to quality, post hedge-fund buyout is more clear. Four very solid stars,.

Super friendly help towards the end of the day…read more I visited right before closing and got the help I needed with discounts that were close to expiration. I had to special order some pants to match a jacket I was purchasing and was able to do so and have it shipped to me with little fanfare. While the salesperson was finalizing the transaction, I was able to continue perusing the store and picked up a few other items. Normally I'd expect to be told to get lost, and for good reason, so close to closing but I appreciated the going above and beyond to help get what I needed.

I walked into this shop and the old salesman (Leonard Simon) immediately assumed I wasn't a paying customer and that I work for Amtrak. He told me he was going to be a while because he was dealing with a customer. No worries, I waited for him to be done. After waiting 45 minutes for him to finish with the customer, someone else came in and the salesman (Leonard Simon) told me that I had to wait because the person who came in was a "paying customer" and I wasn't. After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

I attempted to return it, in New Jersey, because it was convenient. The Target stores Downtown Brooklyn are super busy and the merchandise return lines are long. The Target in Deptford insisted that I have the receipt where it was purchased, because it was delivered by Instacart. The rep was not at all courteous. She acted as if she was in a rush. It doesn't matter which state I shop, I always find Target and the customer service questionable. One star because the k-pod coffee is lit. Other, I am not impressed.
