The valve cover gasket was very expensive and they were very patient and we both tried to find one on eBay and other places that was quite a bit cheaper, but never could. It was pouring oil out the back. It was the one on the inside next to the firewall of course. Once we decided we had to buy one from the dealer they replaced it very properly within two or three days and their labor was great. They cleaned up as much as possible the oil that was on the back of the engine and they were just very, very patient and very easy to talk to and the price was comparable with everybody else and it was very skilled labor. They did a great job.

I brought my side by side to troublemaker auto to have the shift cable replaced. he replaced it,…read moreand replace my good clutch with a clutch that did not work. when I picked it up I asked him why do i have to rev the engine to 2500 rpms to get it to go in gear. he told me that was normal. he was adamant that you have to rev it up to high rpms to get it to go into gear I tried getting him to repair this 3 times and each time it got worse. I took it to a different mechanic and I was told he sold me and installed a clutch that was not designed for this machine and was not working to begin with. it cost me $2800 to replace and repair the damaged he caused to my machine. I asked if he would refund me the money for the defective clutch. he is unwilling to do so. he charged me $1181.60 and it cost me $2800 to fix the damage he caused. He wants me to drop off the clutch without a refund but there is a trust issue as he has already scammed me and took out my good clutch and replaced it with a bad clutch

I took the vehicle back because it was under warranty. After two weeks I called them and Donnie said that he had drove it and could not find anything wrong with it. I told him the vehicle was starting to slip on hills, he said he would check into it. Another two weeks went by and nothing. I had been driving by the business a few times a week to check on my vehicle, It never moved from the spot it was sitting in for weeks on end. So I called and said I'll just come get it. They had no plans on fixing it as far as I was concerned. I paid a lot of money close to 6k just to get screwed over. Go somewhere and save your money.

After few months I had to have it towed back to them for slipping in 3rd. They changed a valve and recommended a cooler. Had cooler installed and was towing it back few months later. This time they replaced trans again under warranty. Now I have a shudder and they are telling me its a converter issue and will have to all come out, and possibility trans is bad again. Neither transmission made it 10k miles and now ive spent total value of vehicle trying to solve what I shouldnt have to deal with. I bought something new and will end up having to trash or give away my old vehicle. Take you vehicle somewhere else.

I took my 2017 Ram in for service, they called me and told me it was sealed and did not need service, so no charge. Some might have done a little bit like suck out the old fluid and put in new, but they did not take advantage of me. Transmission work is difficult, and I have never had one fail but appreciate that some people have a bad experience(s.) I do not think I would ever buy a rebuilt transmission at all from anybody (would buy new if I had to) but I have two buddies who did get rebuilds 4-5 years ago from Budget and they could not be happier.
