This is the business model all auto repair locations should follow!!!!…read more I recently visited Lake Charles on business and had a bit of car trouble (obviously!). On the suggestion of a co-worker and by shear luck of location I ended up at Family Auto Service. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by Daniel who was as pleasant as he was helpful. I briefly explained my problem and he said it would take about 15 minutes but he have someone take a look at it. Less than 10 minutes later he had an estimate for me. Less than 40 minutes after arriving I was on my way fully repaired! Currently under remodel the location was still decently well kept and clean. Outside appearance was pleasant and inviting. I didn't see much of the shop, however, what I did see looked very organized. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of repairs! The cost of repair was slightly more than I anticipated but well worth the service I received.

I found a vehicle with everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. Add the fact that it was VERY competitively priced and you can't beat this dealership.
