This has not been a problem until this last visit. They refused to let him go with me and when I told them about my previous issues and anxiety, I was called rude and told to leave. Afterwards I tried to make another appointment at the other location but I was put on indefinite hold. No one would talk to me. Today I get a letter from them discharging me as a patient for my disruptiveness. I did nothing wrong. I have a right as a patient to have a witness to protect myself from overbearing and abusive staff.

I ultimately found a new urologist who corrected his mistake. On top of this, they over book their time slots. They book 4 people for every 30 minute time slot. Even if you're the first person to arrive, they will make you wait over an hour past your appointment time. Also, be careful with all of the positive reviews. They look fake. Dr Libby is a rockstar Doctor! I came in with reoccuring uti I kept getting every month for a…read moreyear! He treated me and I haven't had a uti in months. He listened to my concerns and didn't mess around, he checked everything out by giving me a full bladder scan and a ct scan of my kidneys. Thank God he did bc we found a kidney stone that was too big to pass. He called me and set up surgery asap. The surgery was done in no time. I was worried about having a stent put in and Dr. Libby again listened and told me If he could blast up the stone enough he wouldn't have too. After surgery was over I found out he didn't have to put a stent in and I felt so relieved. I had no issues passing the broken up stone. I'm so thankful for a knowledgeable Dr. Who listens and cares! So when you found him everything went well until my last visit. My PCM sent a referral for my odd bloodwork to be looked at and it was not. I sat in a room for 35-45 minutes listening to a conversation between him and a employee. As I sat there, the room light went out on me several times so I had to move or move the do to get it back on. I left there, confused about my irregular bloodwork and why it was not addressed beings in did call to talk to staff prior. My doctor was trying to refer me elsewhere so I was trying to stay there and make sure they got the referral. It was just disappointing. I'm not use to having health issues myself, I take care of people so the last 18 months I have a great understanding why people do not like to go to the doctor. We look up to them to help us.

When I confronted him about not sharing the radiologist findings of "very worrisome lesions for malignancy" as well as nodules found on the lungs and elsewhere, he stated he felt he had done nothing wrong! Is keeping a patient's probable cancer a secret ethical?

And it reminded me that I had not reviewed him and both myself and my husband were very impressed. So impressed that we still remember it today.
