Dr Libby is a rockstar Doctor! I came in with reoccuring uti I kept getting every month for a year! He treated me and I haven't had a uti in months. He listened to my concerns and didn't mess around, he checked everything out by giving me a full bladder scan and a ct scan of my kidneys. Thank God he did bc we found a kidney stone that was too big to pass. He called me and set up surgery asap. The surgery was done in no time. I was worried about having a stent put in and Dr. Libby again listened and told me If he could blast up the stone enough he wouldn't have too. After surgery was over I found out he didn't have to put a stent in and I felt so relieved. I had no issues passing the broken up stone. I'm so thankful for a knowledgeable Dr. Who listens and cares! Dr. Libby took Dr.Henry's place because he is going to retire the end of August 2023. Dr.Libby isn't careful inserting the probe into my punishment. He used little water and it hurt bad. Dr. Henry was a lot more comfortable using more water. Dr. Libby did a TURP procedure on me about 2 months ago and now I have blockage which I didn't have before. He told me I would have to pay for the procedure again, even though it seems like he messed up maybe tearing the lining of my penis because using little water. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! Don't buy the "We Care" lies on their website because they don't care. They will try and milk you for every last dollar! In order for them to treat you they need an up to date imaging, but that's not the scam. They won't give you the imaging order ahead of time. Instead they make you come pay for an office visit just to get the imaging order. Then after you complete the imaging, you have to come back and pay for a second office visit in order for them to treat you. So be prepared to pay for 2 office visits before you can expect any type of treatment. read more

I have been going to this office for more than five years. They where rude to start but I thought maybe they just were having a bad day. But, they are just RUDE and are not concerned or sympathetic about patients needs. They have no compassion for the people they are treating. They don't respect others schedules. Shame on this office. This is the WORST physicians office I have ever dealt with. They are RUDE and disconnected from the needs of their patients. They have no compassion for the people they are treating. If the staff is any representation of the quality of the care you would recieve - you'd be better served elsewhere. The Office Manager - Mz. Taylor - is the leader of the Rude Brood and certainly knows how to retain the honor. It only goes down from her. DO NOT USE THIS PHYSICIANS OFFICE!!! Honestly, we've gone their multiple times - never got in to an appointment when scheduled; waited for an appointment and watched as the employees logged off their computers, turned off the lobby music, turned off the lobby lights and went home while we were still waiting; made appointments on the phone and when arrived they had no record of any appointment. We've even had the unfortunate opportunity to try to work with Mz. Taylor who chooses to use the speaker phone and doesn't give the patient courtesy to pick up the telephone and talk privately. read more

I'm a relatively young man (under 35). After being treated by Dr. Kenworthy for more than 6 months for prostatitis (a regimen of increasing strength antibiotics, culminating in an unpleasant examination of the inside of my penis and bladder through a telescope, followed by no follow-up call, appointment, or prescription), I am now seeing a different urologist who is preparing me for the possibility of prostate cancer. After less than a month with the new doctor, I've had an MRI and a prostate biopsy, neither of which was even mentioned by Dr. Kenworthy. Additionally, no matter what the receptionist tells you, if you're seeing Dr. Kenworthy be sure to pay your co-pay. I was incorrectly credited $15 on one of my bills, I objected at the time of checkout (I was charged the discounted rate over my objections), and over a month later got a bill in the mail for the "unpaid" $15. I called and spoke to their billing department but I was told "We're only charging you what your insurance tells us we have to." I will never return to Dr. Kenworthy, even if my biopsy comes back negative. read more
