Lynn, the practice manager, and Jina, his dental assistant, are also wonderful. We had never heard of a prosthodontist until Dr. Lourdes Christopher, my husband's periodontist, recommended Dr. Huang after my husband lost a couple of teeth and had to have more pulled. Thank goodness she referred us to him! Dr. Huang is very calm and reassuring. My husband has dementia, but felt instantly comfortable with Dr. Huang. I stayed in the room during each appointment and saw what a perfectionist Dr. Huang is about making the upper partial fit comfortably and yet be easy to insert and remove. It almost made me wish I needed Dr. Huang's care. (I probably will, eventually!) She is very gentle but thorough with the cleaning and never recommends more work than actually needed. She emphasizes preventative care through sealants, x-rays and brushing/flossing habits. She is a dental angel. Super friendly, knowledgable, and assuring. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable....including putting wireless headphones on you so that you can watch any Netflix show you want during your cleaning since she has a TV above her chair. It always feels so....luxurious :) Her cleanings are gentle, thorough, and she is great at explaining x-rays, and following-up on things she has been keeping an eye on every 6 months. I even ran into her at the car dealership after I had only been to see her once, and she recognized me and remembered my name! She really seems to care and take interest in her patients. I always love that she professionally cleans my Invisalign retainer each time I go even though I didn't get Invisalign through them. She recently got a new hygienist who is also very friendly. I did get a couple of gum pokes when she cleaned my teeth but it wasn't as bad as previous hygienists in other dental offices. They are practicing strict COVID measures which I really appreciate. The process is to give them a call when you park and they will let you know when to come up. Masks are required, and they give you a clean set of gloves right before your cleaning.

Dr. Devasia's work was amazing, rebuilding and placing veneers on my teeth. She really knows what she's doing. She and her team use state of the art equipment and the latest dental techniques. Dr. Wahab confirmed I needed an implant in an easy and empathic manner, he provided comfort when I became upset, asked all the right questions, and explained all that was involved including the timeline. Since that day, I have been back to this office several times for the implant, a crown, and cleanings. His assistants, Roxanne, Vanessa, and others are professional and gentle, and always make sure I am not in any distress during all of my visits. Tracie at the front desk can't be beat! She greets me warmly on arrival, understands my dental insurance plan, and provides estimates on the spot. She is very kind. Although that was her first visit, your employee didn't tell her about treatment plan upfront. Is this your professionalism and how to treat new patients? If your office transparent about procedure, should verify all the information before start treatment. Again you are not acknowledging not confirming insurance information and treatment plan upfront. This is unacceptable. Also don't treat us differently just because of our ethnicity.
