Update: I called Circle K HR and had a conversation regarding the matter with the area manager. She reviewed the tapes and spoke with the employee and manager. The next day, she called me to follow up, which was surprising, but the fact that she took the matter seriously was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated her professionalism and I will continue to support this station. I am amending the rating to a higher rating due to the fact this one bad apple isn't a reflection of all of my positive experiences I have had at this business. Life is hard and people can't just lash out and verbally be aggressive towards others. That experience ruined my day yesterday, but today is a new day and everything was addressed and made right I feel. Thank you for truly caring, and upholding a higher level of professionalism.
