The location was convenient right near King Soopers in beautiful, historic Golden, CO, there was plenty of free parking, we were greeted upon entering and seated quickly, our order was taken quickly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the service was very good, the dining room was clean and not too loud, there was a football game playing on one of the screens, they took photos of our group requested by me, they gave a free Mexican fried ice cream plate for one person in our group whose birthday it was, and the restroom was clean and did not smell.

My favorites were the veggie and the pastor. My son really liked the chicken and I think my husband was the Carnitas and the pastor I had a house margarita with a Taheen rim. Love the convenience of the drive thru here. However, this is the second poor experience I had with the same rude, 20 something year old blonde working. Today, 8-15-25 @1:05 pm. What a nasty, hateful human you have working. After the first poor experience of her talking to me about not pulling closer to the window (as close as I could get without damaging my vehicle, via concrete guard next to me) 1st time after I said thank you, she said "Yeah wish you would pull up closer!" (All rude) And I said nothing. This time, said "You've just got to get closer DUDE!" Again very rudely. After attempting to purchase my items. I finally said to her that this is the closest I could get without damaging my vehicle. She said, "Give me that bag back" and handed me my card/phone (for tap to pay) I asked for her manager after telling her that she has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. She smirked very nasty like and said that she was the Manager. What a nasty person she was. I've worked customer/guest service for over 20 years. It's a shame to see such a hateful person in a position of power. She should be fired. Sickening. I was a regular. Will not be back here again. Very sad. Do better. And please don't refer to grown adult customers as dude. So unprofessional. And a MANAGER? Laughable

I had called and the person told me I had to order online, but I could have them write on it when I picked it up. I wish I could have put the writing on the directions when ordering. It was all just a PITA, honestly. And the fact that I didn't know exactly how it worked so therefore was treated like crap by the manager was BS.
