She is so attentive, truly listens, and makes you feel like you matter the moment you walk in. All of my kids love her, and that says a lot... especially with teenagers who don't always open up easily. She has such a special way of making them feel comfortable and heard, which means everything to me as a mom. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She is a truly special human, and we will not be going anywhere as long as she's there. I also want to mention Al, one of the nurses, he's been with the office for over 10 years, which really says something about the kind of place this is. He's always kind, welcoming, and consistent. It's people like Angelina and Al that make going to the doctor's office a genuinely positive experience. So grateful we found this place! And sorry it took me 10 years to create a review. But she is incredible I had to stop and leave one.

When he moved his practice North I didn't want to drive that far. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I have been back with him for three years now and would fly to another State if I had to. He is that good. Trust me you would not be disappointed. I have had all of my family move over to him. He never rushes. He is so dedicated to his patients. This past year I was very sick and I remember Dr. Goff saying to me: My job is to keep you alive. What Doctor do you know where if you are sick and you need him he will respond. His office staff is very friendly and Stacy she is the best of the best. She is loving and caring as well. Hid Nurse Practitioner Lori is awesome. I see Dr. Goff or Lori when I have to an appointment. You very seldom have to wait long, but if you do, he is worth the wait.

However, the experience at the front desk during the most recent visit was very disappointing. The interaction with the reception staff -- including one staff member who appeared to be named Jeany (or a similar name) -- felt dismissive and unprofessional. Both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking receptionists handled the situation in a manner that came across as lacking patience and compassion. This was particularly concerning because the patient is an older adult who needed some guidance with the administrative process. Healthcare environments should ensure that all patients, especially seniors, are treated with dignity, patience, and respect. It is my sincere hope that the doctor or clinic management becomes aware of this concern and reviews how patients are treated at the front desk, so that future patients receive the support and professionalism they deserve.

Of the eight rheumatologists I've seen over the past decade, Dr. Lomibao is the best care I've ever…read morereceived. Her new office is filled with fast, friendly, and professional staff who deliver unrivaled patient care. ****DR. FRANCES LOMIBAO**** Over the past decade, I've grown accustomed to the poor bedside manner of physicians. Most doctors don't listen to their patients. Most doctors mumble "mmhhmm" when you tell them you're in pain. Most doctors tell their patients what to do. Dr. Lomibao is not most doctors. Dr. Lomibao treats her patients like real human beings with real problems. She takes the time to listen to you (even when it meant listening to my decade's long medical history). She asks great follow-up questions. Most importantly, she's one of the first doctors I've had who actually empathizes with her patients. It's silly, but I cried after my first appointment with Dr. Lomibao. I've never had a rheumatologist say, "I'm worried about you." It's a breath of fresh air to have a doctor who is as concerned about my care as I am. On top of her amazing rapport, Dr. Lomibao has great training. She completed her internship at Long Island College Hospital SUNY Downstate (Brooklyn, NY); her internal medicine residency at Allegheny General Hospital (Pittsburgh, PA); and her rheumatology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine (Indianapolis, IN). Dr. Lomibao is Board-Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She is also a member of the American College of Rheumatology. ****THE CARE PROVIDED**** I have psoriatic arthritis with psoriasis. I've seen a rheumatologist at UT Southwestern for the past four years. Over the past year, two of my fingers got really misshapen, my psoriasis returned, and I've had a lot of inflammation and pain. My last rheumatologist really didn't seem to care as my symptoms got worse. When I would ask for more aggressive treatment, my rheumatologist would ignore my requests. So I scoured the internet for reviews and found Dr. Lomibao. It has changed the course of my care for the better. Dr. Lomibao immediately ordered a full set of labs and x-rays. She taught me about my condition and how treatments can help. Unlike most doctors, Dr. Lomibao doesn't tell you what to do. She offers options and lets you decide. However, if you want her recommendation, she will provide it. Dr. Lomibao got me started on a new medication with promising results. Most importantly, she presented me with a more aggressive (but safe) dosing regimen that my previous rheumatologist would have never cared to offer. For the first time in my life, I feel like I actually have a rheumatologist who is fighting for my health. ****THE OFFICE & STAFF**** This office is Dr. Lomibao's re-envisioning of how a doctor's office should work, including the staff. Miranda is fantastic, friendly, and fast. Whenever I have a question, they get back to me within 24 hours. I've never had a billing or insurance issue, and my appointments are always right on time. I have no idea how they do it! On top of all of this, Dr. Lomibao's office is brand new. I've never seen a more organized and clean doctor's office. (Check out the pictures I've posted to see just how beautiful this place is.)

Oh Gosh. Where to start ? I will simply offer the "highlights" of our visit. Although grateful to…read moreget in to see this doctor on the same day we called, we later learned that because he had NO patients scheduled for the afternoon, he had accepted two new patients. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our 2pm appointment in order to complete paperwork, which we did. At 2pm a man wearing dirty bluejeans, a Cancun T-shirt and a stethoscope around his neck, opened the door to the waiting area and asked us to step in. Our patient was weighed and eventually, his blood pressure and blood oxygen level was taken by this man. He sat with us in the exam room and began to talk and talk and talk about random things. ie: he reads the news to find the "good" news; a terrorist attack can't be stopped; the economy is going to be negatively affected when Amazon and Fed-Ex start transporting goods electronically driven trucks...yada yada yada. As I sat there, I glanced at the countertop beside me where sat a jar of "sterile" gauze pads with no lid. Then I noticed a pillow on the exam table and interrupted him to ask if they had paper pillowcases for it. He said yes, if needed, they would put one on and said I have them right here...indicating down on the floor on the other side of the exam table. Finally, I asked "what is your name?". He spoke his first name, but offered no credentials. He did say that he sits with patients and entertains them until the Doctor is ready to see them. All this is not the worst. The worst is that this man smelled bad ! Not the kind of smell you might have if you'd had to step outside in the heat to get something out of the car, but the smell that's present from no bath for 3 or 4 days. Oh and his hair was greasy dirty and he kept running his fingers through it. From the exam room next to ours, I could hear the Doctor and other new patient talking to one another, because the door was wide open. What kind of confidentiality is that and why did I just sign all those Hippa papers ?? Worse, I heard no exchange of medical dialog such as what's wrong and here's what I can do to help you. No ! What I heard was the Doctor talking about the political condition of our country and the patient talking about a dog that thought he was human. When it was one hour past our appointment time with no word from the doctor, my patience ran out and the alarm bells were ringing loudly in my mind, I told our patient that we were leaving. The man was nowhere in sight, neither was the receptionist, and we walked past the open door of the room with the Doctor and other new patient. No one said a word and no one called me. I immediately called our insurance company to let them know of our experience with this doctor that was on their approved physicians list. They were glad I called them.
