This restaurant is in the Lotte shopping center and has been such a convenient place to have a bite after some shopping. They have a lot of authentic korean foods including sundubu, seafood pancake, and others. The food comes super hot and fast. However, the portions are a little bit small for the price.

    Pork cutlet

Delicious and quite affordable. Good service and clean too. You should try their pork cutlet, jjajangmyeon, and jampong.

My mother also had brought cake for later and the staff encouraged us to place the cake in there nearby fridge. After my sister blew out her candles, the manager of the restaurant gifted us a bottle of wine with a free pasty called egg drops. Such an amazing night my family won't forget and we are so thankful for all the love we received! Highly recommend!!

My friend and I usually order 5 dishes, have an amazing feast and take leftovers for lunches. Service is quick and efficient, servers definitely work together and check on you multiple times. I strongly recommend: 1) pork with tiger peppers - spicy level is inconsistent but flame flavor is top notch 2) beef with sour cabbage - tangy and little bit of sweetness. It's more of pickled cabbage with crunch texture and tender meat. 3) general tso chicken - ask for the sauce on the side and you will have crunch friend chicken with sauce controlled for your palate throughout the meal :)

It was such a cute little pho but the broth was aromatic, rich, and the brisket had the right about of fattiness. With the bahn mi, it was more than enough food. The service was also amazing. The person at the register was knowledgeable when I asked for recommendations, and he was very kind. This is definitely an unassuming place, but their food is packed with flavor. I'm definitely coming back here and would recommend others to try it out!

The fish sauce paired was the perfect amount of sweetness & tanginess I also go the special combination bahn mi which I thought was okay. The bread was not as flakey as I would have liked it. The pickled carrots & daikons were not soaked long enough imo. I tried some of the desserts as well which included a cherry Che & while this was good I wish the jelly was cut up more. They are extremely large pieces (personal preference here). I also got the fried rice with pork floss & first time having this I loved it! Service was nice & friendly. There's plenty of indoor seating & outside parking!

It has that perfect balance of savory depth without being overly salty, and you can tell it's been simmered for hours. The soft tendon was another highlight. It was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth, adding a great texture and flavor to the bowl. Too often tendon can be tough or chewy, but Saigon City gets it exactly right. The portion sizes are also fantastic. The bowls are generous and loaded with noodles, meat, and fresh ingredients, making it a great value for the price. I left completely satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit. If you're a pho lover looking for flavorful broth, perfectly cooked tendon, and hearty portions, Saigon City is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

We popped in after our gym workout for a nice soothing lunch!…read more We have been here several times but it has been awhile so we were glad to go back because we forgot how good it is! THE DEAL: Sit down service and you can basically pick your table. FOOD & DRINKS: We shared a nice piping hot pot of tea which is perfect for warming the winter soul and started off with some crispy eggrolls. They were hot, crispy, and delish served with lettuce, carrots, and daikon radish and of course, a sweet-and-sour dipping sauce. Hubs got the wonton soup, which was a full-size bowl like a pho, and it was incredibly delicious. The broth had so much depth and flavor and the pork was just tender as can be and the shrimp was perfectly cooked too and it was served with a side pho like accoutrements. I got the Buddha's Delight which is sautéed veggies and tofu and it was served with a side of white rice. The veggies were beautifully cooked al dente, the tofu was superb and the flavor of the sauce was delish! AMBIANCE: The restaurant decor is like going back in time with old laminate table tops and an almost cafeteria like feel but comfortable. We did have an annoying diner right behind us who was by himself and had his phone on speaker and was listening and watching videos as loud as could be and PSA people do that on your own time not on others lol!!! SERVICE: The service was superb and our server was zen the entire time. Thank you for your lovely demeanor! Excellent meal and excellent experience and we will be back

I grabbed my order from the worker as they walked out with it and proceeded to drive 5 minutes home. I get home and I'm excited to eat my KFC and bulgogi combo with mandoo when I take my first bite, and the KFC is cold and hard. Imagine my surprise at it being cold and hard after just leaving the restaurant. Unsure if maybe the soda in the bag had anything to do with it but my families meals were also in said bag and were warmed through. Well whatever I'm hungry and don't want to go to the microwave so I mix my food up and hope the heat from there will bring everything up to room temperature, in the mean time I'm ready to dig in to my dumplings. They're alright, again kind of cold but basically the same quality as if you got the ajimoto frozen dumplings from Costco. Back to the bowl now, much to my chagrin the rest of the KFC is either 90% batter, dry as hell, or cold. It's not as bad as my poor husband though, he got the pork cutlet which was 90% batter, 5% sauce, and 5% pork. It's almost comedic how small the slice of meat was in comparison to everything else, either way would avoid. Now I hear what you're saying, you got a combo bowl what about the bulgogi and to that I say it was aight. It was cooked well enough but the slices were super tiny and just not that flavorful. I recognize the flavor is probably supposed to come from the sauces you choose( I got gochujang and garlic mayo) but it was just bland. I can honestly say never have I appreciated vegetables and rice as much as I did in this dish, they were truly the saving grace this dish needed. The kimchi is trash and I can not say this enough AVOID IT (absolutely no flavor) and the sweet potato noodles were a bit goopy, but the carrots, spinach, cucumber and rice went hard. I think if I had gotten just the vegetable bowl I'd be a lot happier. I will say the size of the bowls are pretty good and I was definitely full afterwards but it wasn't a happy full it was a well that was edible food full. Maybe this was a bad day, but it seemed like all of the bowls from our orders were just disappointing. If I'm paying $14+ a bowl I really don't want disappointing. There is potential here but I think it'll be a while before I'm ready to give it another shot.
