She told me that my red hair is very bright and that she didn't carry my particular shade of red, and that it would be hard to duplicate. I thought that was a little strange, but, okay. Can't it be ordered? She also told me my shade red is hard to maintain. That I already knew. Red/Auburn is a very high maintenance color. I could be wrong, but I got the impression from when I met with her for a consultation that blonde color/blonde highlights are more her thing. And if you look at her Facebook page, you'll see many gorgeous pictures of clients with blonde hair/blond highlights. Or it could be that she didn't want to take me on as a client? So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

The salon is clean, modern, and has a really relaxing aesthetic. They also offer complimentary beverages with your service, including alcoholic drinks and soft drinks. I've kept it simple with a Sprite each visit, but it's a nice touch that makes the experience feel a little more elevated. I usually just get the classic pedicure, and they've done a thorough job each time. My pedicure was relaxing, my polish lasted well, and I left feeling refreshed. When they closed the place down and Jeremy decided to open Hair Echoes salon, of course we had to follow him. We don't live in the Downtown area, but we do come all this way just to cut our hair. Here's a few reasons why: 1. Jeremy is amazing at doing hair. No matter if you are a girl or guy, he does a spectacular job. In fact, he is the only person my husband and I let do our hair since people who usually do his hair do a terrible job and when I get my hair done somewhere else, it turns out horrible. 2. Not only is Jeremy amazing at hair, but he is an awesomely friendly guy too. He is very accommodating to scheduling us and will always try to squeeze us in if we really needed to. 3. I like the atmosphere of the place. It is clean and organized and comfortable to wait for our appointments to be had. Jeremy is not the only stylist at this salon and I believe they also do waxing, but I haven't had anything done but my hair by Jeremy. This is a great place to try! A little out of the way if you live in west Omaha, but worth it.
