To the BEST TEAM EVER! Dr. Watters is a legend - say no more. Her expertise and brilliance as a surgeon and clinical/surgical skills are seriously extraordinary. Making her even more special is who she is, as a person. I have never met anyone like her or Dr. Adrian Choi who is one of the finest dentists I have come across. And I have been around the block, so I know talent/brilliance, when I come across it. Jennifer, I have often referred to as the earthly angel - she sings like one, is so aware of being kind to others; she is selfless always, placing patients and their concerns as her main priority. She has saved ALL of my teeth with her impressive gum grafts which by the way, never gave me any trouble whatsoever! She even used a different thread, so as to tailor this to my sensitive gums/mouth. Everything she does, is perfect. I didn't think that was possible - but meet Dr. Watters and their staff. Dr. Hing and I worked briefly together, years ago and he placed the most perfect crown you could find in my mouth. It was flawless. To Dr. Choi: Well.... he's another unique person: he has hand-delivered to me my invisiline, I lost a set, he had the arduous process of having to re-order these - he goes above and beyond, to ensure that his patients are very well cared for, and for a young dentist, his skills and talents are clearly extraordinary. I came to this office because of gum disease due to my recent pregnancy. I hesitated to come in because dentistry is always my least favorite thing to do. After years of escaping teeth cleaning, I come to realize I have to do something about those bad teeth of mine. I was referred to Dr. Watters by my sister. I heard this office offers very good service and gentle handling teeth. To my big surprise and my sister is right for once..Dr Watter is great. She's not only gentle with my teeth, but made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. She explained what's being done every step and never fail to check if I was ok along the way. We shared our personal stories about kids and our lives. She made me feel like I'm her friend and not her patient. This is a very different experience compared to the dentist I had years ago. I HEART Dr. Watters!! She is someone that puts the patients' feelings, comfort level and best interests FIRST! She's gentle and professional with a wonderful chair-side manner, gets the job done and I trust her completely. What I also absolutely love is that she doesn't smell of perfume or food!! Dr Jennifer Watters is the most amazing periodontist you will ever have the pleasure of working with. She takes great care of her patients and creates treatment plans to attempt to steer away from surgery, unlike the others who have not problem subjecting thier patients to harsh evasive procedures with out first exploring gentler methods. My son (13) had two forms of periodontal disease , and in less than one year Dr Waters turned a terrible condiion into a sucess story. He was on the verge of losing many of his teeth and now he is almost completely out of danger. The other perodontists I consulted with took one look and recommended surgery . Dr Watters did not. She did some rersearch on the condition and devised a treatment plan that turned out to be extraordinary. And she won his heart and mine, in the process. She is the best. Dr. Watters is an outstanding periodontist. She is incredibly experienced and talented in her work. I have been a patient of hers for over 10 years for my gum issues requiring gum surgery and "deep" cleaning. As a professional dentist goer, I've had my share of experiences with dentists thanks to my sweet tooth and snacking during bedtime. I have been with Michael Hing and Jennifer Watters for years now. They have both always been gentle and professional. In an emergency, they find a way to fit me in their busy schedule. I have both their mobile numbers for my piece of mind. I love the fact that Jennifer cleans my teeth and not pawn me off to a dental hygienist to do the job. Nothing against any hygienist but Jennifer is great. My special request is to use the old fashion tools where you manually have to scrape and dig to clean my teeth because I hate the electric cleaning tools that vibrate as they clean your teeth. My teeth are sensitive so that process actually hurts. I think it's so wonderful that she accommodates my wishes. I moved out of the city but refuse to change dentists. I commute for hours just to see them. Several years ago, my teenage daughter needed a skin graft on her lower gums. I was really worried about how it was going to turn out and the pain and discomfort my child would have to endure. Yes, moms worry about stuff like that... Here come Jennifer reassuring me that it would be just fine and that she was an experienced periodontist. She is absolutely correct. She did such a magnificent job that I couldn't even tell there was a skin patch on her gums. More importantly, my kid was back to her old self in a matter of hours... If I ever had to go under the knife in my mouth, I choose her. I know I'm in good hands. read more

Dr.Watters should have a 6th STAR !!!!!! Throat cancer was trying to take me out. U.C.School of Denistry strongly recommended extraction of three teeth before initiating Chemo and Radiation. "We do not push extractions but in your case, it MUST be done." Dr Watters, and Dr. Hing were very much on top of this recommended plan. They did not agree completely with U.C. and said it was NOT NECESSARY, only one extraction was really necessary. They were right. This call saved my teeth and probably a bridge,etc.... I recently had dental implant surgery with Dr.Jennifer Watters at St. Francis Denistry in San Fransisco. She is the most kind and compassionate and thorough periodontist. and a wonderful human being. I feel so lucky to find a Periodontist who is so incredibly experienced, professional, gentle, upbeat, and one who will go to great lengths to solve unusual dental issues...Jennifer Watters is truly amazing! I needed extensive crown-lengthing surgery and my friends in Marin & Dr. Michael Hing, DDS highly recommended Jennifer Watters. I feel like the luckiest person on the face of this earth to have found Jennifer...she put me at complete ease, carefully explaining every step of the procedure; she was so gentle, I never felt any pain during or after surgery. She spent quality time educating me on gum care as well as supplying me with special brushes for cleaning between a couple pesky teeth. The morning I was assigned to have my gum stitches removed, I woke up with an unusual case of vertigo and knew I could not safely drive to her office in San Francisco from Marin County, CA. Jennifer quickly made arrangements for me to come to her home in Marin the following day (Saturday!) so she could remove the stitches. How many dentists would be that accommodating? She honestly takes a special interest in every patient. She always checks up on her patients after surgery & makes certain they have immediate access to her via cell phone in case of emergency. What can you say about someone who's an awesome professional and a lovely person to boot? When you see Dr. Watters, you feel as if someone really cares about helping you get/feel better. Not only did she give me great periodontic care, she was able to help my new team of dental professionals identify my other dental issues I was having as well.
