No, no, no, no. I went because it was close and last minute. But it was gross and not worth it. I got there and there was one of the employees husbands rip roaring snoring in the back room -- it sounded like a mad horse. They were very non-commutative with where to go and what they wanted me to do. There was no evidence of cleaning supplies in the main room for easy access (I noted once my feet were already in the water). Not an autoclave in sight (the sterilization machine). There were two adorable children there but it did not lead to relaxation in anyway. They were the owners kids, one of which had a 45 minute long conversation with herself in another language. The carpet was disgusting - littered with old nail clippings, acrylics and dead skin. They didn't listen when I asked them not to use the motorized nail file...I could go on. But just, no. read more

BEST pedicure I've ever had, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I started going to Jennifer's in 2005, when I first went to College! I'm 30 now, and my boyfriend and I go here, from Malden, just to get pedicures. The massage is Amazing, and my toenail polish lasts for a month or more-literally no joke. I love Jennifer, she's very friendly, and outgoing, as well as her staff. Couldn't ask for a better place. read more

this seems more like a daycare where they bring their kids in every single day as I'm trying to get my nails done on Monday at 2 PM when everyone is still at work. there were also flies all over me as I was getting my nails done and there happened to be a moment where there was a fly on my nose and I was flinching and they told me not to move but how could you not???! One time I got my hand stuck to the inside of the UV light machine when I was getting a gel manicure because it was sticky and upon taking my hand out I got severe burns. read more

Been a few times, very disappointed $50 + tip for acrylic nails. To start I asked if they do gel nails, don't want acrylic. He said yes but used acrylic anyways. Took a long time, looked okay when I left but not great and wasn't what I wanted. The girl did great flower work I would give her 5 stars on that part but the guy.... lucky to get 2. He was very nice but hard to understand Less than 3 days later I had water under a few nails but work kept me from getting back there for about a week They tried to insist I needed them filled for $30, umm no So I said just take them off... after a painful hr and a half he had drilled my nails so thin they were sore and fragile. I asked what could be done to make them healthier or just better in general so they used a regular nail polish. I sat under a uv light instead of fans for some reason? For at least a half hr left paying $17 (shouldn't have been charged at all) and 3 nails got ruined immediately just getting into the car. After a half hr for regular polish? Won't go back to this place ever Got back to my regular salon after 4 days and thankgod they finally look and feel right! read more

The normal nail salon that I go to was closed, so I tried Jennifer Nail. Immediately upon walking in, I regretted that decision. The salon was old and not very clean. The employees spent more time talking to each other than the customers and my nails came out horrible. It took an hour and a half for a fill (my normal salon is completely done in no more than 30 mins, minus dry time). I had a couple of broken nails, which happens, I was charged for 3 broken nails after the tech broke another one while filing them. I was cut several times and he even used the wrong filing tools a couple of times, causing pain. At one point I pulled my hand away because he caused me to bleed and he giggled and aggressively pulled my hand back. Along with the terrible service, even after asking how I liked my nails several times, he still did them how he wanted, not how I asked. And when it comes to painting, I could've done it better myself. Overpriced and underwhelmed. read more
