Jennifer stole the opportunity for my niece to feel her most radiant on her most important day, her wedding day. She arrived late for makeup and hair which ended up being so sloppy and thrown together that my nieces eyes appeared like black holes in nearly all of her photos. She charged for lashes (for all bridesmaids), which looked like they were purchased at the dollar store for Halloween, fake oversized and unnatural. None of the bridesmaids were happy with their hair or makeup but swallowed their pride in fear it would only stress out the bride. My niece was beside herself but because pictures were next on the agenda she had to leave as-is with the job Jennifer did, and which put us all two hours behind schedule. Because of this, pictures were extremely rushed and there is not a single picture that my niece feels are even frame worthy. I'm sickened over it, I can only imagine how my niece feels. As an aside, Jennifer had the balls to yell at the bartender who wouldn't serve her top shelf vodka as though it was her special day, ranted about it to the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride. My niece was kind enough to not even ask Jennifer to leave the wedding, and was so patient during the whole event. The bride just wanted to maintain her composure so she would not have more bad memories than already feeling absolutely caked on with makeup. Jennifer was so incredibly unprofessional. Jennifer said she wouldn't charge my niece in the end because she understood the memories this cost my niece, but Jen disappeared after the request for a refund was politely requested. read more

I had been looking for a hair stylist that could take my dark hair grey. I had been to two other salons since I moved to Seattle from Dallas and at the time I went to see them I was trying to go blonde, but neither one of them got it right. I stumbled across Jennifer's site and saw that she had Groupons, but lets be honest, no Groupon will really cover the extensive treatments necessary to go from dark to icy grey while also keeping the hair healthy. I signed up for a free consultation. The first meeting with her was awesome. She was full of energy and really nice, but she also didn't try to tell me it would be a quick and simple process. Since that first consultation I have had numerous appointments with her. I can't even tell you how much free product and services she has given me just because she wants me to have healthy hair and this process could be a hair killer if you let the wrong person do it! Let me tell you a story. I moved to Washington state in September 2017. I had gone to three different hairstylist spending over $600 leaving in tears every time. I was recommended by my hairstylist in Minnesota to see Jennifer. She is an hour and a half drive from me but worth every minute of driving to see her. I always leave looking and feeling beautiful.
